나노유체 적용에 따른 판형 열교환기의 대류열전달 및 압력강하 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate heat transfer characteristics and pressure drop in applying Al₂O₃ nanofluids to plate heat exchanger. Experiments were performed under Reynolds number from 100 to 500 and respective volumetric flow rate. The working temperature of heat exchanger was in the range of 20℃ to 40℃. The measured thermophysical properties, such as thermal conductivity and kinematic viscosity, were applied to calculating convective heat transfer coefficient of plate heat exchanger according to Al₂O₃ nanofluids made by two-step method. As the Reynolds number increases, the overall heat transfer coefficient under 6 vol% of Al₂O₃ went up to almost 30% respectively. But it was observed that for a given volumetric flow rate the performance is not increased. Also pumping power enhancement due to viscosity.
상사의 체면손상행동과 조직침묵의 관계에서 상호작용 불공정성의 매개효과 : 광주·전남 제조업 종사자를 중심으로

조직침묵은 조직의 발전을 저해하는 행동으로 조직성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려졌다. 특히, 한국과 같은 집단주의 문화권에서는 더욱 큰 의의가 있다. 조직침묵은 여러 경로를 통해 발생하지만 본 연구는 상사와의 관계에서 나타나는 조직침묵에 초점을 두고자 하였다. 이와 같은 배경 하에 본 연구는 상사의 체면손상 행동이 부하의 조직침묵에 미치는 영향관계를 살피고 자 하였다. 아울러 두 변수 간 관계를 매개해주는 변수로 상호작용 불공정성을 설정하여 매개효 과를 보고자 하였다. 광주와 전남 지역 6개 제조업체에 종사하는 310명의 종업들을 대상으로 이루어진 실증연구결과에 의하면, 상사의 체면손상행동은 부하의 상호작용 불공정성 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부하의 상호작용 불공정성 지각은 조직침묵에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 아울러 상호작용 불공정성 지각은 체면손상행동과 조직침묵 간의 관계에서 유의적 인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 규명되었다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 본 연구는 이론적 및 실무적 측면에서 충분한 시사점을 제공하였으며 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 연구상의 한계점과 더불어 향후 연구과제도 제시하였다. Although researchers have recently paid increasing attention to organizational silence, further research is needed that examines the negative outcomes of organizational silence. In this study, we tested the relationship between face-threatening behavior by supervisors and organizational silence. The mediating role of interactional injustice of subordinates between threatening behaviors of supervisors and organizational silence was also tested. Based on related theory and literature review, hypotheses were developed and tested. Participants were 310 employees of six manufacturing firms. Statistical analysis demonstrated that, as hypothesized, face- threatening actions of supervisors were positively related to subordinates' sense of interactional injustice, which was positively correlated to organizational silence. In particular, the mediating roles between supervisor's face-threatening behavior and organizational silence were also supported. Implications and directions for future research are discussed in the conclusion.

The objective of this paper is to discuss technologies on assessing reliability of arc detectors by composing a system that generates and simulates occurrence of arc caused by loss of contact between pantographs and contact wires in a laboratory condition. In order to establish the arc simulator, a device that generates light having the bandwidth of arcs that occur between carbon-metal. The simulator was designed under conditions of EN 50317 and simulations were conducted using the developed device. According to the results, it was possible to conduct certification tests following regulations of international standards and the precision of the simulator was satisfactory. The proposed arc detector assessment system is expected to enhance precision of current collection quality performance assessment methods at high-speed lines and conventional lines while being referred as fundamental technologies for development of detectors suiting international conditions.

In electic railway, 25㎸ is applied to AC sections of overhead contact lines and pantographs of Korea Train eXpress(KTX) make contact at speeds of 300km/h. Thus, there is a need to utilize wireless, optic, contact-less sensors to implement condition monitoring systems. This paper is based on describing and analyzing the condition monitoring system implementation technologies for efficient catenary current ratio characteristic assessment. The conclusion of this paper should be widely applied to design, diagnosis, completion of construction, current collection status, fault diagnosis, and selection of contact wires and suspension wires.
