『장석조네 사람들』은 바깥세상과의 대조를 통해 산동네 공간의 동질성을 확립·강화한다. 바깥세상은 복면의 공간·이원적 대립구조의 공간·거대담론의 공간으로 묘사된다. 복면은 역할의 수행 혹은 폐기의 상징인데, 여기서의 역할이란 이원적 대립구조의 내면화·주체화를 뜻한다. 극단적인 이원적 대립구조에 맞서 살아남기 위해 침묵·진술의 지연이라는 방법으로 미결성 공간을 창출해내려 한다. `지금 여기`의 산동네는 신자유주의·자본제적 세계화의 대타개념으로서의 로컬이 담지하고 있는 이상적이고 낭만적인 공간이 아니다. 공간적 인접성으로 인해 산동네는 서로에게 개방적인 공간, 소문의 공간이 된다. 소문이 산동네 안에서만 일회적으로 유포된다는 점 그리고 바깥세상의 거대담론은 소문의 내용에 포함되지 않는다는 점 때문에, 하위의 언어인 소문은 산동네를 일종의 공동체 공간으로 재편한다. 동시에, 소문에는 로컬 구성원의 오랜 무의식적 욕망과 이데올로기적 관습이 투사되어 있다. 『장석조네 사람들』은 `지긋지긋한 산동네`라는 로컬이 주인공인 소설이다. 이는 김소진의 소설에 대한 새로운 해석의 가능성, 즉 아버지가 아니라 아버지를 테제와 안티테제 중 하나로 규정하기를 종용하고 구조화한 1980년대의 이원론적 대립구조 자체에 대한 성찰과 대안 모색을 공간의 차원에서 시도하고 있다는 해석의 가능성을 열어준다. Chang sok-cho ne people establishes and reinforces the identity of the mountain village area contrasting the outside world. The outside world is described as a mask space, a space of a dual opposition structure, and a space for grand narrative. A mask represents the performance of a role or its termination, where the role means internalization and subjectification of the dual opposition structure. To survive an extreme dual opposition structure, this novel tries to create an openness space using the method of delay in silence and statement. The mountain village in "now here" is not an ideal, romantic space which the local as a substitution concept for new liberalism and capitalized globalization contains. The mountain village, due to its space adjacency, becomes a space open to one another and a space for a rumor. Now that the rumor spreads within the mountain village one time and the grand narrative of the outside world is not included in what the rumor says, the rumor - a sub-language - serves to reorganize the mountain village into a kind of community space. Simultaneously, the rumor represents the unconscious long desire and ideologic custom of the local members. Chang sok-cho ne people is a novel featuring a local called a "tedious mountain village". This opens an opportunity for a new interpretation of Kim So-jin`s novel, that is, an attempt is being made in terms of a space to seek self-examination of and an alternative to the dual opposition structure itself in the 1980s in which father is urged to be specified and structuralized as one of the two - These and Antithese - instead of as father.

In this study, we have developed an arsenic ion detection system capable of measuring low concentrations of arsenic ions by electrochemical methods. A sensor chip having three electrodes of a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode was designed and fabricated using microfabrication techniques. Also, we developed a portable signal processing board capable for anodic stripping voltammetry. Various types of electrolytes were used to detect arsenic with concentrations of < 10 ppb, the World Health Organization’s guideline for arsenic standard. The preliminary test results were analyzed, and compared with the results using commercially available sensors. A total analysis time using the developed arsenic measurement system was < 1 minute, including the time to concentrate samples. Our work can be applied to the measurement or monitoring of arsenic ion contamination level in many health hazard water sources.

중앙행정기관과 지방자치단체, 공기업 운영 특성에 관한 비교 연구

2021년 3월 2일, LH 직원들이 내부 정보를 이용해 신도시 부동산 투기를 한 사건이 폭로되었고, 사회적으로 어마어마한 파장을 불러왔다. 그 여파로 공직자윤리법과 공공주택특별법, 한국토지주택공사법, 게다가 이해충돌방지법까지 일사천리로 공포되었다. 이 사건으로 말미암아 공직, 공직자, 그리고 공공기관에 대해 되돌아볼 기회가 되었다. 이 연구는 공공부문의 대표적 유형인 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 공공기관, 지방공기업 사이에는 어떤 공통점과 유사점, 차이점이 있는지를 탐색한 비교법 연구이다. 이를 위해 정체성, 의사결정, 인사제도, 조직관리, 성과관리, 그리고 교육훈련의 관점에서 4대 유형의 조직을 수직적ㆍ수평적으로 검토하였다. 이 때 공공기관은 LH, 지방공기업은 SH공사를 사례로 연구하였다. 첫째, 정체성 관점에서 보면 4대 조직의 구성원은 공통적으로 헌법 제7조 제1항에서 명시한 ‘공무원’에 해당하였다. 헌법과 지방자치법, 한국토지주택공사법, 그리고 지방공기업법에 존립 근거가 있었다. 둘째, 의사결정 관점에서 보면 4대 조직은 행정기본법에서 규정한 6대 행정 원칙을 보편적인 의사결정 기준으로 삼고 있지만, 최고 의사결정 구조는 큰 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 인사제도 비교에서 의미있는 공통점과 차이점을 발견했다. 4대 기관은 공통적으로 직업공무원제 요소를 가지고 있지만, 공기업은 예외적으로 정치활동과 단체활동이 가능하고 공무원의 일부 의무는 빠져 있었다. 넷째, 조직관리 관점에서도 상당한 공통점과 차이점이 동시에 존재했는데 각각 직제 및 정원관리의 자율성이 제한적이었고 다양하고 복잡한 근거 법령에 따라 엄격히 관리되고 있었다. 다섯째, 4대 기관 모두 정부업무평가법의 적용을 받아 자체평가와 기관평가를 받지만 공기업은 경영 성과를 30-50%까지 반영하고 있어 경영수익이 평가에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 중앙행정기관과 지방자치단체는 교육훈련 목적을 공직가치 확립에 뒀지만 두 공기업은 기본 자세나 인재상으로 대신하고 있었다. This is a comparative study that explored the commonalities, similarities, and differences between central and local governments, public institutions, and local public enterprises, which are representative types of public sector. For this purpose, the four major types of organizations were reviewed vertically and horizontally in terms of identity, decision-making, personnel system, organizational management, performance evaluation, and education and training. The subjects studied LH for public institutions and SH Corporation for local public corporations as a case study. First, from the perspective of identity, the members of the four major organizations in common corresponded to the ‘public officials’ specified in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution. Second, from the point of view of decision-making, the four major organizations use the six administrative principles stipulated in the Basic Administrative Act as a universal decision-making standard, but the highest decision-making structure differs greatly. Third, meaningful similarities and differences were found in the comparison of personnel systems. Fourth, commonalities and differences exist at the same time from the perspective of organizational management. Fifth, as public corporations reflect up to 30%-50% of their management performance, management revenue had a significant impact on the evaluation. Sixth, the central and local governments set the purpose of education and training to establish public office values, but the two public enterprises were replacing them with basic attitudes and talents.

일제강점기 동반자작가의 지식인소설 연구

This paper is aim to analysis the Lee hyo-suk’s, You jin-o’s, Chae man-slk’s, and Um heung-sub’s intellectual fictions. This paper compares an aspect of the intellectual’s belif and the novelist’s strategy for the justification of this change in a novelist’s fictions with another’s. The contents of this dissertation can be summarized as the followings. The first, 4 novelists recognize the outside world as the world divided duality. You and Chae explain the opposition as the specialization of the upper-caste and the lower-caste, Um and Lee explain as the specialization of the intellectual’s Utopia and the outside world. The second, You, Cha’s goal is the rise in the social position, Un’s is the construction of the Utopia. Lee’s changes from the rise in the social position to the construction of the Utopia. The third, You understands the intellectual as the floating being, and the intellectual is the subject for this goal. Um express the intellectual as the absolute being acting practically for this goal. Chae understands the intellectual as the floating being, but the intellectuals in his fictions are the compensation in substitutes of the observation. The same thing about Lee. The forth, You, Chae indicate ‘the concealment-exposure strategy’ and the dismantling of the strategy for the achievement of his individual; desires. Um run out of the construction of the Utopia distorted and limited. Lee copy ‘the concealment-exposure strategy’ and dismantle the strategy, accomplish his desires. After, he make the escapism space for the Utopia. The fifth, You, Um provide the knowledge as the intellectual’s critical will. Um put trust the knowledge and serve for this. Chae recognize the knowledge as the instrument for his desires. Lee understand the knowledge as the critical will, abolish this, After, he attendance for the knowledge.

Participatory Behaviors and Interactive Experiences at a Science Museum

In allowing visitors to manipulate objects or models with their hands, science museums can become informal education institutions. However, little research has been conducted analyzing the specific interactions of visitors at museums and the effects that specific characteristics of interactive exhibit have on visitors. This research classified exhibits according to the three characteristics: the presentation of concepts, interaction with exhibits and concept levels. Further, relationships among engagement behaviors, visitors’attraction to exhibits, and the holding power of exhibits were analyzed. Using the three characteristics, 55 exhibits were classified into five styles. The results suggest that intriguing content and novel interfaces, maximizing information on science and technology, should be developed for the educational purpose of encouraging visitors to engage in active learning with interactive exhibits. The results of this study provide useful data that planners, designers, and instructors of science museums can use to maximize visitors’ participatory learning and interactions.
