Various studies on the effect of mushroom, a member of phytonutrients, on inflammatory diseases have been reporter over the years, Among various species mushrooms, King oyster mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) and winter mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) are popular dietary ingredients for Asian cuisine. The extracts from all the three mushrooms were used to determine the antioxidative effect and the cytotoxicity. Result analysis were repeated more than three times to get an average${\pm}$standard deviation, and statistical significance were confirmed by SPSS. As a result, total phenol content of the king oyster mushroom and the winter mushroom were $19.66{\pm}0.10mg/g$ and $22.08{\pm}1.10mg/g$, respectively. Also, the total flavonoid content was $15.21{\pm}1.31mg/g$ for the king oyster mushroom and $20.50{\pm}4.52mg/g$ for winter mushroom. The results in winter mushroom showed higher values in total phenol and flavonoid content than in the king oyster mushroom. All samples of extracts showed free radical DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) scavenging activity with their 10 mg/mL concentration. These results indicate that the extract of the king oyster mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) and the winter mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) may be possible phytonutrients with the anti-inflammatory and the anti-cancer effect.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of education service quality of taekwondo department in university on student satisfaction and re-registration intention in Gyeongsangdo region in 2012. As for the study object, 4 University were selected per region where survey questionnaires were distributed, and random sampling method was used to collect data from 291 participants. As for the data processing, SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Through the above study result the following conclusion was obtained. First, the education service quality had statistically meaningful effect on student satisfaction. Second, the education service quality had statistically meaningful effect on re-registration intention. Third, the student satisfaction had statistically meaningful effect on re-registration intention.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activities and nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 macrophages in extract of Alisma orientale Juzep (EAOJ) and fermented extract (FAOJ) by Paenibacillus kribbensis AM49 (P. kribbensis AM49). Methods : The Alisma orientale Juzep was fermented with P. kribbensis AM49 at 37℃ for 72 hours. We measured total polyphenol and total flavonoid, DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP activity and reducing power by spectrometric assay in EAOJ and FAOJ at concentrations at 0.5, 1, 5, 10 ㎎/㎖. Positive control was used ascorbic acid. Furthermore, we examined effect of EAOJ and FAOJ on the cell viability and NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Results : The total polyphenol and total flavonoids content of FAOJ were increased 9.16 ㎎/g, 2.59 ㎎/g to 12.58 ㎎/g, 3.45 ㎎/g. DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP activity and reducing power were dose dependently increased according to the treatment concentration (0.5, 1, 5, 10 ㎎/㎖) of EAOJ and FAOJ. In particular, DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP activity of FAOJ was significantly increased at 5, 10 ㎎/㎖. Reducing power of FAOJ at 10 ㎎/㎖ was similar to ascorbic acid at 0.1 ㎎/㎖. In addition, the cell viability and NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages were significantly increased at the concentrations of 250, 500, 1000 ㎍/㎖. Conclusions : These results suggest that FAOJ by P. kribbensis AM49 has effects to antioxidant activity. In addition, the cell viability and NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages were significantly increased.
