        내화충전구조의 실태와 성능 개선방안에 관한 연구

        방화구획은 건축물 화재 시 화염확산을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 재실자들의 피난 시간을 확보하기 위해서 다목적 복합건축물의 설계에 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 시스템이다. 방화구획을 구성하는 벽체와 바닥에는 배관, 덕트, 트레이 등이 관통하고 있으며 관통부의 틈새는 연기와 화염을 확대시키는 주요 통로가 되어 방화구획 성능에 약점이 될 수 있어 내화충전구조(Firestop)로 충전하게 규정되어 있다. 방화구획의 약점이 되는 틈새의 시공은 밀실하게 누락되는 공간 없이 완벽한 방화구획이 필요하지만 현행 관련법규와 관리체계에 모호한 경계로 인하여 큰 위험요소가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 Firestop의 실제 시공단계에서의 실태 분석 및 문제점을 도출하고 그에 따른 해결방안을 모색하고 국·내외 Firestop의 관리방안 및 규정 고찰을 통하여 Firestop 성능향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. The fire compartmentation is one of methods for preventing fire spread between compartments in buildings. This system is important for multi-complex buildings because of the critical effects on occupant evacuation time. The walls and floors of fire compartment are penetrating with pipes, ducts, and trays. The gap between piping and walls is the critical passage for fire and smoke spread. Therefore, Firestop construction is necessary by regulation to cover the weak points of fire compartment. However, even the law has stated, there is vague boundary between related laws and management systems of Firestop construction. In this study, we analyzes the current situations of Firestop construction to improve the domestic regulation. Besides, the study is suggesting more reliable management systems and regulation reviews to increase the performance of Firestop construction for both locally and internationally.

      • 시설물 생애주기 설계 안전성 검토(DfS) 체계 구축에 관한 연구 - 유지관리 업무 중심으로 -

        최근 건설업계의 가장 큰 경영화두는 “안전”이다. 정부는 최근 몇 년간 산업안전보건법 및 건설기술진흥법 개정으로 건설안전 관련 법령을 대폭 강화하였다. 하지만 정부는 산업재해율이 크게 개선될 조짐이 보이지 않자 중대재해 발생 시 고용주를 직접 처벌하는 중대재해처벌법까지 제정하게 되었다. 이에 따라,국가 주요 기반시설의 발주를 담당하는 공공기관은 앞다투어 추가적인 안전관리 강화 조치를 쏟아내고 있다. 하지만,동시에 그간 쌓였던 건설업계의 불만도 같이 터져 나오고 있다. 이러한 조치는 결국 추가적인 시간과 비용을 수반하여 부담으로 작용할 수 밖에 없기 때문이다. 이에따라,현장 중심의 안전관리 한계를 극복하고 보다 근원적인 위해요소를 제거할 수 있는 설계단계 안전성 검토 (DfS,Design for Safety)의 필요성 및 체계구축 방안에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

      • GIS를 위한 홍수유출해석에 관한 연구

        In the rainfall-runoff simulation, it is crucial problem to extract the hydrologic topographical factors that are used as the model input parameters. Those factors are drawn out from DEM(Digit a1 Elevation Model) along with GIS(Geographic Information System) techniques represent a wide range of topographical informations. GIS is employed to estimate the parameters and examine application. Also, the results from different GIS data and analysis methods are examined. In the study, spatial data are calculated using WMS(Watershed Modeling System) v.6.1, which is hydrologic analysis software coupled with GIS, and flood analysis is accomplished by HEC-1 included in WMS, and applied to Dukchon River basin. To calculate the effective rainfall CN values of NRCS are used. Clark, Snyder and NRCS methods are selected to derive unit hydrograph respectively. In addition, the characteristics of runoff responses according to the selection of GIS spatial data for NRCS CN, TIN or Grid used to extract hydrologic topographical informations. and the number of partitioning sub-basin are investigated.

      • 남강댐 유역에서의 HEC-HMS 모형의 적용성

        In order to find out the runoff characteristics in Nam River Dam basin, hydrological data such as rainfall, water level, and discharge, have been collected and measured. Using the collected and measured data for the study area during 1990-1999, hydrological parameters were estimated. The HEC-HMS(Hydrologic Modeling System) model was used to review the applicability of flood hydrographs and the results of simulation were compared to the observed data and Stroge Function Method for several flood hydrographs in this study. From the results of analysis, the following conclusions were obtained: First, the HEC-HMS model showed better results for the capabilities of regenerating flood hydrographs Second, the fluctuation shape of flood hydrographs for the rainfall distribution concentrated on head have been shown peak time to be relatively short for other rainfall distribution. Third, for forecasting and warning of flood occurrence in future, it is necessary that the existing hydrological data were made good and hydrological data were accumulated more. Also, using the HEC-HMS model to complement the Storage Function Method, it is possible that forecasting and warning flood occurrence is progressive in Nam River Dam.

      • 물과 공기를 병용한 역세척 방식의 효과 및 적용성 분석

        Determination of backwashing method is very important to be successful in rapid filtration process. In this study, an analysis of the effectiveness and the applicability for backwashing method of filter layer in Jinju water purification plants, and the cleaning efficiency of three different backwashing methods has been investigated. Actually, dual media of anthracite and sand was replaced sand filter. Improving filter run time was extended 2.42 times. Thus, the backwashing numbers is 16 to 25 for present filter in summer. And that improving backwashing number was reduced 7 to 10 with same water quality, and media loss was not developed any more. An applicability analysis of KOWACO and Jinju water purification plants was showed little difference for water with air-backwashing equipment. Cost of construction for improving backwashing method of filter layer amounts about 406 million won in case of Jinju water purification plants. This cost to pay back after 5 years.

      • 경남지역 강우량의 분포특성

        A rainfall distribution is very complicate owing to topographic influence in Korea. Hence, the variations in the distribution of monthly rainfall are required precise analysis in order to predict a flood control and to secure a sufficient capacity of water. In this study, time series of 32 rain gage stations over Gyeongnam area are examined for a 36-year secular period(1963-2000) and the extent and nature of changes, such as fluctuations, trend and persistence, are investigated. The trend analysis of regional rainfall practised a tendency towards annual rainfall and seasonal rainfall totals in all regions divided into two climatologically homogeneous regions by cluster analysis for annual rainfall series ; namely, Region Ⅰ(gyeongnam's inland area), Region Ⅱ(western mountain & southern coastal area), the periodicity is examined by the power spectrum analysis.
