        서지 보호 소자의 열화 방지를 위한 소형 서지 카운터 설계

        The surge counter, one of the methods for checking the degradation status of the surge protector, is used to measure the frequency of surge occurrence by detecting the transient abnormal voltage of the protection line. However, the bulky surge counter is installed separately from the surge protector and can be used in limited environments. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult to check the degradation state of a surge protector for communication protecting from a relatively low current since the current standard for counting surges is high. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a compact size surge counter to prevent the degradation of the surge protection device. The proposed surge counter measures the number of surge inflows, identifies the failure cycle due to stress, and provides a replacement time for the surge protector through notifications. In addition, by using a secondary battery, even if a power failure or power failure occurs, the counter can be operated normally. As a result of the performance analysis, it was confirmed that the normal count operation was performed from the surge impulse waveform of 0.5㎸/0.25㎄ to 15㎸/7.5㎄.

        커큐민 섭취와 마사지가 과체중 여대생의 신체변화와 활성산소 및 총 항산화력에 미치는 영향

        This study tried to scientifically verify changes in active oxygen and anti-oxidant activity, in vivo indexes, to identify physical changes and oxidative stress changes as affected by curcumin and massage. Forty overweight female college students with a body fat ratio exceeding 30% were selected. Subjects were classified into 4 groups: a control group which did not use either curcumin or massage, a curcumin-only group, a massage-only group and a curcumin and massage group. Testing was conducted over an 8 week period. Changes were measured, compared and analyzed for pre-testing, 4 weeks post-test, and 8 weeks post-test. The results are presented below. 1. For physical change, reducing weight, fat mass and body fat percentage per measurement in test groups, except the control group, showed statistically significant differences (p<.001). A relationship was found between measurement time and test and control groups (p<.01). 2. The groups, except the control group, had statistically significant differences in reducing free oxygen radicals in blood per measurement (p<.001). For the antioxidative activity in blood, the massage group and curcumin intake and massage group showed a statistically significant difference in increasing antioxidative activity per measurement (p<.01, p<.05, respectively). No relationship was found between time of measurement and groups. Furthermore, a significant difference among test groups was not observed. In conclusion, curcumin intake and massage to overweight female college students in their 20s is shown to be a positive change depending on the treatment method. Thus, it was concluded that curcumin intake and massage induce physical changes including weight loss, removal of free oxygen radicals and improved antioxidative activity.

        아급성 편마비환자의 어깨관절 Scapular Taping적용이 근 활성도와 통증, 관절가동범위 및 고유수용성감각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 뇌졸중으로 인한 아급성 편마비 환자의 견관절 거상 시 scapular taping 적용이 견갑골 상방 회전 근과 전 삼각근의 근 활성도와 통증, 관절가동범위, 그리고 고유수용성감각에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하 였다. 28명을 대상으로 실험군과 대조군으로 나눠 테이핑 전과 후의 상승모근, 하승모근, 전거근 그리고 전 삼각근의 근 활 성도를 측정하였다. 그리고 견관절 관절가동범위와 통증, 고유수용성 감각을 측정하였다. 실험결과 근 활성도는 하승 모근과 전거근에서 scapular taping 적용 시 유의하게 증가하였으며(p<0.05), 관절가동범위는 유의한 차이가 있었다 (p<0.05). 그러나 통증과 고유수용성 감각은 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 본 연구 결과 견관절을 거상하는 동안 아 급성편마비 환자들에게 적용한 scapular taping은 견갑골 상방회전근의 근 활성도를 증가시키고 관절가동범위를 증가 시키는데 부가적인 치료 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of scapular taping on muscle activities of the scapular rotators and anterior deltoid, ROM, shoulder pain, proprioception in subacute stroke patients. Twenty-eight patients were randomly assigned to an experimental and control groups of fourteen patients respectively. Muscle activity of upper and lower trapezius, serratus anterior, anterior deltoid was measured using surface electromyography. Visual analog scale was used for shoulder pain. Electro-Goniometry was used for shoulder elevation ROM. Assessment board was used for shoulder elevation proprioception. The muscle activity of the lower trapezius and serratus anterior increased significantly after scapular tape application (p<0.05). The AROM and PROM in the shoulder elevation significantly increased after scapular tape application (p<0.05). The VAS in the shoulder no significantly decreased after scapular tape application (p>0.05). The proprioception in the shoulder no significantly increased after scapular tape application (p>0.05). The results of this study suggest that scapular taping can be used an additional therapy for increasing muscle activity of lower trapezius and serratus anterior and ROM during shoulder elevation in subacute stroke patients.

        적작약 꽃 추출물의 활성산소 억제와 항염증 및 MMP-1 발현 억제능 효과에 관한 연구

        This study attempted to investigate the effects of Paeonia Lactiflora Pallas (P. lactiflora) on the inhibition of oxygen free radical, anti-inflammation and MMP-1 inhibitory activity and examine its possibility as a functional cosmetic material. For test methods, the inhibition of oxygen free radical after measuring reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cell, cytotoxicity assessment and anti-inflammation were measured, and MMP-1 inhibitory effects in the HDF cell were measured. According to the test, the inhibition of ROS was confirmed in RAW 264.7 and HDF cells. In terms of cytotoxicity assessment, 90% or higher cell viability was detected at 5/10μg/mL Paeonia Lactiflora Pallas extract while it was 80% or higher at other concentration levels in both RAW 264.7 and HDF cells. In addition, NO production was inhibited in the RAW 264.7 cell while MMP-1 was significantly inhibited in the HDF cell. The above results reveal a possibility of Paeonia Lactiflora Pallas extract as a functional cosmetic material after confirming the inhibition of ROS synthesis in the cell, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting NO synthesis, low toxicity on skin cells and anti-aging effect through MMP-1 inhibition. 본 연구는 적작약 꽃 추출물의 활성산소 억제와 항염증 및 MMP-1 발현 억제능 효과에 관해 알아보고 기능성 화장품 소재로써의 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 본 실험 방법으로는 세포 내 ROS 측정을 통한 활성산소 억제효과와 세포 독성 평가 및 항염증 측정, HDF 세포에서의 MMP-1의 발현 억제능 효과를 측정하고자 하였다. 실험 결과, RAW 264.7 세포와 HDF 세포 내에서 ROS로 억제효과를 확인하 였고, 세포 독성평가는 적작약 꽃 추출물 5, 10 μg/mL 처리 농도에서 90% 이상의 세포 생존율, 그 외 처리 농도에서는 80% 이상의 세포 생존율을 확인하였다. 또한 RAW 264.7 세포에서의 NO 생성 억제와 HDF 세포에서 MMP-1의 발현 억제능이 유의하게 억제되는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 적작약 꽃 추출물의 세포 내 ROS 생성억제와 NO 생성 억제로 항산화와 항염증 효과, 피부세포에 대한 낮은 독성, MMP-1의 발현 억제를 통한 노화 효과가 확인됨에 따라 기능성 화장품 소재로써의 활용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

        통신용 탈부착형 서지 보호기의 제한 전압 특성 연구

        Surge protectors for protecting devices from overvoltages are difficult for customers to select and use due to various specifications and installation methods for each manufacturer. In addition, the conventional surge protector requires a separate installation space when connecting to the electronic communication equipment, and withstand voltage increases with the length of the connection line between the equipment and the protector, causing damage to the equipment. To solve this problem, this article presents guidelines on the selection and installation of surge protectors and proposes a removable surge protector for communication. The proposed surge protector is connected to communication equipment through D-SUB connector without separate connection line. The performance analysis shows that the limited voltage has improved about 3 - 7 times in the line to line test compared to the conventional surge protector, and about 1.1 - 1.6 times in the line to ground test.

        결합조직형성 소원형세포종양은 비교적 최근에 독립된 질환으로 분류되었으며 젊은 나이의 남자에게서 복막에서 기원한 것으로 보이는 종괴가 복강에 다발성으로 있으나 복부 장기에서의 기원이 불명확하며, 여러 장기를 침범하고, 공격적인 성향을 보이는 경우에 복강 내 결합조직형성 소원형세포종양의 가능성을 고려해 봐야 될 것이다. 본 저자들은 다운증후군 환자에서 발생한 결합조직형성 소원형세포종양 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. A desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) is a rare, aggressive neoplasm that occurs predominantly in children and young men. It presents as a large mass inside the abdomen, particularly within the pelvis, and may be accompanied by extensive tumor implants throughout the peritoneum. Microscopically, it typically appears as nests of small undifferentiated cells within a desmoplastic stroma. A DSRCT shows a special immunohistochemical staining pattern, expressing epithelial, neural, and muscle markers. A DSRCT is associated with a specific chromosomal translocation, t(11;22) (p13;q12), resulting in a chimeric EWS/WT1 transcript that is helpful for diagnosing this tumor. We experienced a case of DSRCT in a 19-year-old man who had been diagnosed with Down`s syndrome. (Korean J Med 76:471-475, 2009)

        공공스포츠센터 구성원의 멘토링과 직무만족, 조직시민행동 및 근속의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among mentoring, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and job retention for public sport center employees. In order to achieve this goal, 222 mentees were selected by the convenience sampling method, and data were collected by distributing ques-tionnaires and analyzed by using PASS 18.0 version and AMOS 18.0 version statistical package programs to conduct correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equations modeling analysis. In turn, the following results were obtained, First, mentoring had positive affect on job satisfaction, organizational citi-zenship behavior and job retention. Second, job satisfaction had positive affect on organizational citizenship behavior and job retention.
