        생활권 개념을 적용한 주거성능 평가모형

        본 연구는 주거단지의 노후나 성능저하의 문제를 단지 내 건축물의 물리적 주택 성능으로 한정하고 있는 평가범위에서 벗어나 도시적 관점에서 거주민의 생활권을 범위로 하는 주거성능 평가모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 주호 및 주동, 단지, 생활권 영역에 대한 평가항목을 도출하고, 적합성 검정 및 가중치 적용을 통해 13개 평가속성, 45개 평가항목을 갖는 평가모형을 도출하였다. 평가모형의 가중치는 전문가 설문과 ANP 및 AHP분석을 통해 속성별, 항목별 가중치를 도출하였고, 이를 통해 주거환경성능에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 기존 노후도 및 성능평가에서 제시하고 있던 주호 공간이나 주거단지 내 시설물에 대한 물리적 노후 문제뿐만 아니라 근린생활권의 다양한 도시기능의 확보와 이용편의성이 매우 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 과거와 달리 사회경제 및 환경변화로 주민생활의 변화를 초래하였고, 주거성능의 질적 수준을 결정하는 요인이 주택성능에서 주거성능으로 확장되어가고 있음을 반영한 결과라 할 수 있다. 이는 지속가능한 도시 및 주거단지 구현을 위해서는 주택성능은 물론, 생활권 차원에서의 주거환경 성능이 주거단지의 지속가능성을 높이는 중요한 결정요인임을 확인해 주는 결과라 볼 수 있다. This paper presents the residential performance evaluation model for living area (neighborhood) of the residents from urban perspectives, which are beyond the limits to the physical performance of buildings in residential complex, such as aging and degradation of buildings.. We have reviewed the properties and developed a weight system for suite, building, complex and living area, and then devised an evaluation model made up of 13 evaluation properties and 45 assessment questionnaires. The property and questionnaire weights were derived by expert survey and ANP & AHP analysis. We verify that a lot of urban functions of neighborhood living area and ease-of-use are very important factors, which have significant impact on the residential environment performance as well as on physical aging of facilities within suite or residential complex, provided by the existing aging or performance evaluation. Unlike the past, the life of residents were changed due to socio-economic and environmental changes and the requirements of residents revealed that the factors for quality of residential performance are expanding from housing performance to residential performance. It shows the residential environment performance of living area is an important factor to enhance the sustainability of residential complex as well as the residential performance of complex in order to implement the sustainable city or residential complex.

        도심재생 측면에서 본 고속철도 역세권 개발(계획) 분석

        This study aims to find out the development strategy of high speed railway station areas in terms of city center regeneration. It consists of four parts. The first part of this paper reviews the concept and role of the high-speed railway station area in the city center. In addition, it includes the strategies of city center regeneration as a theoretical review. The second part is a case studies that analyzes the features of the six development cases with respect of four critical aspects like urban housing, mixed-use development, public transportation network, and open spaces in city center including pedestrian malls. The third part is a priority analysis above mentioned strategies in city center regeneration through the questionnaire. In particular, we take questions to three expert groups of urban planning fields: architect, urban planner, public official in urban planning. The last part is a synthesis of case studies and questions, which find out the crucial development strategies of the high speed railway station areas on city center for city center regeneration.

        The evolution of Korean fish fermentation technology was reviewed from the old literature. and the on going proceses were surveyed. The principles involved in the traditional fermentation methods were explained by the recent acientific findings. The fish fermentatlon technology can be classified into two groups: jeot-kal process, where salt is the only material added to the fish for fermentation and aik-hae process, where cooked cereal, garlic and red pepper powder are added to the salted fish. A total of 46 kinds of jeot-kal was identifed in a survey, depending on the raw materials used. The characteristic feature of Korean jeot-kal process is to produce fermented products which still has original shape after 2·3 months of fermentation to be used for add-dishes of rice meal, as well as fish sauce by keeping these products for longer time(over 6 months) for severe enzymematic hydrolysis to be used for the subingredient of Kimchi(Korean fermented vegetable food). The taste of Jeot-kal is formed by the protein hydrolysates due to the action of salt-tolerant Pediococcus, Bacillus, Halobacterium etc. When the taste of joet-kal deteriorates, yeasts appear to dominate. In aki-hae fermentation, the safety of preserved fish is kept by the rapid decrease in pH resulting from the acid fermentation of added cereals. The roles of cid forming bacteria and proteloytic bacteria are important. The fermentation is completed in 2 weeks and the excess production of acid during prolonged storage limits the taste acceptability. The fish fermentation technology in Korea stands at important position in Korean food science and technology, since the processes of jeot-kal and soysauce have same root in the principle of microbial proteolysis and the processes of aik-hae and Kimchi in the microbial acid production principles.

        노인의 건강지식 및 행위가 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인

        As the problem of the elderly stands out to be a big social problem, it become mare and rmme important to devise a policy and a measure for the ahed. And this study conducted from November 15, 1995 through February 15, 1996, for about 4 months objective of providing basic data to solve this problem. This questionnaire was prepared by 1,500 subjects; 400 were from big cities like Seoul, Taejeon, and Taegu, 300 were from agricultural districts like Ichon, Pohang, Kimcheon, Kumi and Youngcheon. All of the subjects who selected were interviewed by trained graduate students. The summary and conclusions are as follows. 1. Health Imowledge level was 10.73 ±2.41 of a perfect score 16(66.1/100). And high level was 25.1%(81.0 and over/100), low level was 19.8%(50 and below/100). 2 Health behavior level was 6.02 ±1.64 of a perfect score 9(66.7/100). In the group of high level, 19.1% were 8 and over (80/100), in low level, 17.3% were 4 and below(44/100). 3. The prevalence rate was 44.6%. The rate was significantly high when the age was older, when the monthly pocket money was less(p<0.001). 4. Health status by self-decision of the respondents ; 27.9% were healthy, 42.8% were unhealthy. 5. According to the resuly of multiple regression analysis, the factors which have an effect on health status were disease experience, health behavior, sex, occupation. And it could explain 19.4%. The factors which have a significant effect on health knowledge were education level, health behavior, a monthly pocket money, and marital status. And it could explain 16.0%. The factors which have a significant effect on health behavior were health knowledge, health status, a place of residence, sex, education level, disease experience, marital status. These variables could explain 20.5%. The health knowledge(66.0/100) and health behavior level(66.7/100) of the aged were low. Based on the above results, so in health education and in sociology, the health pormotion program need to be developed immediately for the elderly to heighten this level. Especially the disease and health status of the elderly have an effect on the health knowledge and health behavior level of the aged. So the program including health education, preventive health services should be developed for the elderly, to prevent a disease and to keep being healthy. To do this, government, related group, specialist on health care and problem of the elderly related welfare should try to prevent a disease and to expand welfare facilities for the aged with great interests.

        노인의 스트레스 요인과 대처방안에 영향을 미치는 요인

        This study was conducted to analyze factors influencing old people's stress and coping with it. The subjects of this study were 1186 people who lived in 6 cities. The data were collected from September, 2003 to March, 2003. The result of this study can be summarized as follow. 1. 14.3% of the respondents was in good health, while 30.6% of them was not in good health. 11.0% of them had good eyesight and 22.2% had a good sense of hearing. 12.0% of them had good teeth. 2. The level of coping with stress was 59.9 points on the basis 100 points. The level of coping with it actively was highest, while the level of coping with it passively was lowest. 3. Factors which influenced old people's stress were job health condition, leisure activity, smoking, hearing ability, and regular exercise. 4. Factors which affected coping with stress were gender, having meals regularly, smoking, job, vigor, preference of foods, and average pocket money per month. As shown in the above results, the level of old people's stress factors and coping with it were significantly low in the groups of low education level, having less pocket money, living alone, being in bad health, having weak eyesight, having bad sense of hearing, having bad teeth, low satisfaction level with leisure, and having no health behavior. Therefore, the method of decreasing stress factors and coping with it should be developed. The government and related organizations must make great efforts to improve old people's quality of life and increase healthy life expectancy.

        노후 아파트단지의 주요 개선 요구와 재생요소 도출에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 지속가능성 측면에서 노후 주거단지의 재생을 위한 주요 노후문제와 이에 대한 중점재생요소 도 출을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 단지 재생은 주거환경 개선 측면에서 추진되거나, 부동산적 가치 상승을 기대하며 추진 되는 경우가 대부분이다. 때문에 실제로 단지의 노후문제를 바탕으로 재생계획이 수립되기 보다는 용적률 상승, 주차 장 확보 등과 같은 편의시설의 개선, 단지 브랜드화 등을 주된 목적으로 추진하고 있어, 단지 및 주변지역에 잠재된 도시의 사회문제를 개선하는데 한계를 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 노후되어가는 단지의 재생을 통해 단지 및 주변지역이 가지는 노후의 문제를 개선하고 적절한 대응방안 마련을 위해 중점재생요소의 도출이 필요하다고 판단된 다. 이를 위해 세 단계의 연구과정을 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 지속가능성 측면에서 기존 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 주거단지 노후의 문제들과 대응 계획기법을 정리하고, 둘째, 전문가와 단지 주민을 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 노후 아파트단지에서 나타나는 주요 노후의 문제와 개선요구에 대한 각 그룹별 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 셋째, 분석된 노후문제와 개선요구에 대해 전문가를 대상으로 노후문제와 대응기법의 상대적 중요도 파악을 통해 노후 주거단지가 갖는 주요 노후문제와 개선요구를 파악하고, 이 에 대한 중점재생요소를 파악하고자 한다. This study intend to analysis the main issue of deterioration of old housing complex for reproduction and derive the solution. Most of existing reproduction of hosing complex pushed to improve residential environment or expected rise real estate in value. For that reason, there was a limit to improve social problem of urban area behind hosing complex and surrounding area. Because government propel to make brand of city, have parking facilities and rise floor space index rather than established reproduction plan based on the aging problem of housing complex. Therefore, city need to deduct major reproduction issue to improve aging problem and prepare effective counterplan in complex and surround area by reproduction. This study progress through three steps of research. First, arrange problem of aging complex and way of response sustainably. Second, understand the importance by group toward improvement and aging problem that appear aging apartment complex through survey and opinion of expert. Third, comprehend major reproduction issue over this.

      • 스마트폰 기반 비침입적 수면예측 시스템에 관한 연구

        스마트 밴드를 활용하여 사용자의 손목 움직임을 측정해서 수면을 예측하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있지만 스마트 밴드를 구입하는데 비용이 소모되고 수면 중에 스마트 밴드를 착용하는데 불편함을 느낄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 밴드를 구매하지 않고 수면 중 스마트 밴드를 착용하지 않아도 스마트폰 센서 데이터를 활용하여 수면 예측이 가능한 스마트폰 기반 비침입적 수면예측 시스템을 제안한다. 연구원 5명을 대상으로 한 실험에서 제안하는 수면예측 알고리즘이 사용자의 수면패턴을 합리적으로 추출해냄을 확인 할 수 있었다.
