This study was aimed to learn from university students in physical education major in order to understand the structural causality of professor’s super leadership on self-esteem, learning satisfaction and learning flow. Total 450 questionnaires were distributed, but 37 questionnaires were exempted, and 413 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For data analysis SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for demographic analysis, exploratory analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, super leadership positively influenced self-esteem. Second, super leadership positively influenced learning satisfaction. Third, super leadership positively influenced learning flow. Forth, self-esteem positively influenced learning satisfaction. Fifth, self-esteem positively influenced learning flow.
일반품질 연구 : 6시그마 성공요인과 혁신역량이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify Six Sigma success factors and analyse the effects of Six Sigma success factors and innovation capability on innovation performance. Methods: The study build a research framework which include the variables of Six Sigma success factors, innovation capability, and innovation performance. A sample of 127 survey questionnaires is taken to test the proposal theoretical model through structural equations modeling using AMOS 20.0. Results: This study proves that there are the positive relationship between Six Sigma success factors, innovation capability, and innovation performance. It also confirms that there are the partial mediating effects of innovation capability between Six Sigma success factors and innovation performance. Conclusion: There are various factors affecting innovation performance of firms. This study provide the mechanism transformed from Sig Sigma to innovation performance.

As an innovative way evolves, integration of Six Sigma way and TPM(Total Productivity Management) way is necessary for manufacturing innovation. This study process a method of implementing Six Sigma methodology linking TPM methodology. A case study carried out in a L company is explained process of five macro phase and ten micro phase. Implementing guidelines are given to achieve the whole manufacturing company.

This paper aims to identify greenhouse gas cost and economic effects between regions of dairy industry. For this purpose, we distinguished regional types (production areas, self-supporting areas, consumption areas) using milk production and milk consumption. In addition, livestock manure and greenhouse gas emissions by type of regions were calculated based on the recently revised 2019 IPCC Guidelines to analyze Regional-Environmental Input-Output Analysis. According to the analysis, the cost of greenhouse gas in the dairy sector in 2015 was 3.05% of the value added. The economic ripple effect considering the greenhouse gas cost of the dairy industry in 2015 was 1.723 trillion won in the dairy sector and 5.23 trillion won in the dairy product sector. The dairy sector in the production area has an economic effect of 296.5 billion won in the consumption area.
지역 농산물브랜드의 특성과 소비자 구매의향간의 관계 연구

The purposes of this study were to analyze the effect relationship between local agricultural products brand and consumer purchasing intention and then to find some influencing factors for them. This study tested three hypotheses as follows: brand personality, consumer personality, and brand equity for Andong agricultural products would be influenced by socio-demographic characteristics; brand power of Andong agricultural products would have a positive effect on consumer purchasing intention; consumer personality would have a effect on consumer purchasing intention. According to the survey of the metropolitan area residents on Andong agricultural product brand, brand image had the biggest influence on consumer purchasing intention. Raising consumer's trust and ability-orientation on Andong agricultural products would have a positive effect on consumer purchasing intention. Also brand acknowledgement was positively related to consumer purchasing intention.
