지역주택조합의 주택건설사업 추진에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지역주택조합에 의한 주택건설사업에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 분석을 위해 계층분석기법과 퍼지이론을 활용한 설문분석을 통해 관련 전문가 및 사업참여자의 특성별, 사업 진행단계별로 요인의 중요도 차이 및 우선순위를 비교·분석하였다. 요인의 대분류 분석결과 '토지 특성', '사업주체 특성', '법적 특성', '조합원 특성'의 순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 소분류 중요도는 '전문성', 사업토지의 '입지', '투명성', 토지의 '적정가 매입', '행정청 관리·감독 규정', '지주참여도', '시행 주체별 손해배상책임', '조합원 가입·탈퇴 규정' 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이를 건설사, 금융기관과 시행사, 법률전문가, 조합관계자의 특성별로 구분하면 각각 '전문성', 사업토지의 '입지', 토지의 '적정가 매입', '투명성'의 중요도가 가장 높게 도출되었다. 또한 조합사업자의 특성별로는 지역주택조합의 운영진은 '시행 주체별 손해배상책임'을, 지역주택조합 조합원은 조합원의 '사업관리·감독·견제'를 지역주택조합 일반분양자는 '지주참여도'를 각각 가장 중요하게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 향후 지역주택조합사업의 활성화를 위한 이론적 자료로서 시사점을 제공하고, 실무적 자료로서 사업참여자의 다양한 관점과 입장을 고려하여 지역주택조합 및 건설사업자의 합리적인 의사결정에 도움이 되고자 한다. This study intends to explore the factors influencing the progress of housing construction projects by regional housing associations. In order to develop the importance weight of factors classified into 11 factors with 4 categories, AHP and Fuzzy methodologies are implemented based on survey analysis by field experts and project participants. Research findings indicate that the four categories of land, business, legal entity, and copartner, and the factors of professionalism, location, transparency, purchasing cost, administrative supervision, landlord participation, liability for damages, etc are in order of importance. It is noteworthy that the contractor, financial institution, developer, legal expert, and association consider professionalism, location, purchasing cost, and transparency as the most important factors respectively. This study aims to help provide the implication for factors Influencing the progress of housing construction project to project participants.

백두산 화산활동 평가를 위한 화산가스 및 온천수에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 2015년 7월부터 2016년 8월까지 백두산 주롱 온천 지역에서 화산가스 및 온천수를 채취하여 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이전 연구(Lee et al. 2014)에서 보고된 온천수의 측정값 중 $HCO_3{^-}$ 농도에 오류가 있음을 확인하고, 이를 개선하고자 했다. 온천수의 용존 $CO_2$는 이전 연구에서는 가스 크로마토그래프를 이용하여 분석하였지만, 이를 개선하여 2015년부터 TOC-IC를 이용하여 분석을 실시했다. 또한, 여러 농도의 $Na_2CO_3$ 표준 시료를 GC로 분석하여, 실제 농도와 표준시료 사이의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 2014년 온천수의 용존 $CO_2$ 농도를 추정하고자 했지만, 실제 주롱(Julong) 온천 주변의 물을 채취하여 GC로 분석했을 때는 이 상관관계가 잘 적용되지 않아서 2014년 온천수의 용존 $CO_2$ 농도를 추정할 수가 없었다. 연구기간 동안 화산가스 내 $CO_2/CH_4$의 농도는 꾸준히 감소하였는데, 이에 대하여 두 가지 해석이 가능하다. 첫 번째는 화산체 내부의 환경이 조금 더 환원환경에 가까워져 상대적으로 화산가스 내 탄소가 $CO_2$ 보다는 $CH_4$ 또는 CO로 분배되기 유리해 진 것이다. 두 번째 가능성은 화산가스와 물의 상호작용이 강화되어 물에 대한 용해도가 훨씬 높은 $CO_2$의 농도가 상대적으로 감소한 것이다. 일반적으로 화산가스가 물에 희석되는 현상(scrubbing)의 영향은 화산활동이 활발한 시기보다는 잠잠한 시기에 강화된다. 한편, 온천수의 분석은 화산가스 연구에서 중요한 산성기체 성분의 음이온들과 주요 양이온, 그리고 Cd, Re, As에 대해 이루어졌다. This study performed the analysis on the volcanic gases and hot spring waters from the Julong hot spring at Mt. Baekdu during the period from July 2015 to August 2016. Also, we confirmed the errors that $HCO_3{^-}$ concentrations of hot spring waters in the previous study (Lee et al. 2014) and tried to improve the problem. Dissolved $CO_2$ in hot spring waters was analyzed using gas chromatograph in Lee et al. (2014). Improving this, from 2015, we used TOC-IC to analysis dissolved $CO_2$. Also, we analyzed the $Na_2CO_3$ standard solutions of different concentrations using GC, and confirmed the correlation between the analytical concentrations and the real concentrations. However, because the analytical results of Julong hot spring water were in discord with the estimated values based on this correlation, we can't estimate the $HCO_3{^-}$ concentrations of 2014 samples. During the period of study, $CO_2/CH_4$ in volcanic gases are gradually decreased, and this can be interpreted in two different ways. The first interpretation is that the conditions inside the volcanic edifice are changing into more reduction conditions, and carbon in volcanic gases become more favorable to distribute into $CH_4$ or CO than $CO_2$. The second interpretation is that the interaction between volcanic gases and water becomes greater than past, and the concentrations of $CO_2$ which have much higher solubility in water decreased, relatively. In general, the effect of scrubbing of volcanic gas is strengthened during the quiet periods of volcanic activity rather than active periods. Meanwhile, the analysis of hot spring waters was done on the anion of acidic gases species, the major cation, and some trace elements (As, Cd, Re).

소저너 트루스 연설 텍스트 분석에 나타난 수사적 전략의 특성에 관한 연구

이 논문은 소저너 트루스 연설 텍스트를 분석하며 수사적 전략의 특성을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 1851년 오하이오주 애크론(Akron)에서 열린 여성권리운동대회에서 소저너 트루스가 행한, 일명 ‘나는 여자가 아닌가요?’ 혹은 ‘나는 여성이 아닌가요?’(‘Ain’t I a Woman’) 연설과, 1865년 노예해방선언 직후 1867년 뉴욕의 미국 평등권리협회에서 행한, 일명 ‘동요가 있을 때, 계속 전진하라!’(‘Keeping the thing going while things are stirring!’)는 연설 텍스트를 분석하며 트루스의 수사적 기법과 전략을 논의한다. 첫째, ‘나는 여성이 아닌가요?’ 연설의 텍스트를 분석하며 소저너 트루스의 반복적인 수사적 질문 기법인 설의법을 논의하고, 남녀평등을 실체적으로 입증하기 위한 ‘현시적 구현’(power of enactment)의 수사적 전략을 탐구한다. 둘째, 자신의 주장에 대한 근거를 보강하기 위해 성서의 일화나 서사를 활용하는 비유와 은유의 수사적 기법을 탐색한다. 셋째, 앞선 1851년 연설에서는 흑인 노예로서 연사의 에토스가 약한 상황이었지만, 노예해방선언 이후인 1867년 연설에서 소저너 트루스는 자신을 ‘권위있는 사회운동가’ 혹은 ‘카리스마 있는 연설가’로 재규정하고 이미지를 변신하는 ‘수사적 페르소나’(rhetorical persona) 전략을 검토한다. 마지막으로 소저너 트루스가 남성을 목표 청중으로 설정하고 남자들이 주체적으로 여성에 대한 행동과 태도를 바꾸도록 호소하는 수사적 전략인 ‘변화 주체’(agent of change)를 논의한다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the text of Sojourner Truth’s two speeches; ‘Ain’t I a Woman’ speech delivered at the Women’s Rights Convention in Akron, Ohio in 1851 and ‘Keeping the thing going while things are stirring’ speech delivered at the American Equal Rights Association in New York in 1867. It examines the characteristics of rhetorical styles and strategies in her speeches. It discusses the effects of rhetorical questions to enhance the equal rights of woman and examines the effect of her adoption of ‘power of enactment’ strategy to prove gender equality. It argues that she quotes biblical anecdotes, parable or narrative to strengtern her ethos in her speech. It also explores how she redefine her rhetorical persona to transform her image from a female slave to a social movement leader or a charismatic speaker. Finally, it argues that Sojourner Truth sets men as the target audience, and discusses a rhetorical strategy, the ‘agent of change,’ that appeals to male audience to change their attitudes and values toward women in a subjective manner.

비상위치송수신장치(ELT)는 항공기 추락 시 조난 신호를 송출하는 장비이다. 유용한 장비이지만 항공기 추락과 경착륙에 대한 오판으로 인하여 잘못된 조난신호를 송출하기도한다. 이러한 문제점은 현재 사용되고 있는 기계식 G-스위치의 부정확성에 그 원인이 있다. ELT의 성능 개선을 위하여 기계식 G-스위치를 MEMS 가속도계로 대체한 ELT 시스템을 개발하였다. ELT 시스템은 가속도 정보 수집/분석 시스템과 추락 판단 프로그램, 추락 상황에서 위치 정보를 제공하기 위한 GPS 수신 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 또한, ELT 시스템을 검증하기 위한 자유 낙하 실험대를 제작하였다. 자유 낙하 실험대는 추락과 경착륙에 해당하는 충격 가속도와 충격 유지 시간을 모사할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 자유 낙하 실험대를 이용하여 개발한 ELT 시스템이 정확히 작동함을 확인하였다. ELT(Emergency Locator Transmitter) is used to send distress signal in the event of an aircraft crash. It is very useful but the ELT may transmit wrong signal caused by misjudging between crash and hard-landing. The reason of this problem is the low accuracy of the mechanical G-switch currently in use. To improve the ELT, we developed an ELT system using the MEMS(Micro Electro-Mechanical Sensor) accelerometer. The ELT system consists of acceleration data acquisition/analysis system, program of crash recognition, and GPS receiving system for the position information of an aircraft crash site. A free-drop table was developed for verification of the ELT system. The free-drop table was designed to replicate the acceleration and the pulse duration of the hard landing and the crash. By using the free-drop table, we showed that the ELT system performed well.

학교마을공동체 개념 정립과 유형별 사례 분석을 통한 활성화 과제 탐색

본 연구는 학교마을공동체의 개념 정립과 유형별 사례 분석을 통해 활성화 과제를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교마을공동체 개념 정립이다. 학교와 지역사회의 관계에 따라 마을학교, 마을결합형학교, 마을교육공동체 등으로 사용되고 있는데, 학교마을공동체는 기존의 학교공동체와 마을공동체가 결합된 개념으로 ‘학교가 중심이 되어 지역사회의 풍부한 인적·물적 자원을 활용함으로써 학생들이 지역사회 속에서 배움이 이루어지는 공동체’로 개념을 정립할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 학교마을공동체의 유형별 사례 분석이다. 추진 주체나 방법에 따라 학교 주도형, 마을주도형, 센터(교육플랫폼) 주도형, 학교협동조합형 등과 같이 다양한 유형으로 발전하고 있으며, 각 유유형별로 학교 주도형은 부산 금성초, 마을 주도형은 부산 대천마을학교, 센터(교육 플랫폼) 주도형은 경기 시흥행복교육지원센터, 학교협동조합형은 서울 국사봉중 사례를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 학교마을공동체 활성화 과제로 지역사회는 학교마을공동체 형성에 필요한 운영 기반 구축 필요, 지역사회의 여건에 따라 다양한 유형으로 발전 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activation tasks through the case analysis and conceptualization of school village community. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is to establish the concept of school village community. School village community is used as village school, village combined school, and village education community according to the relationship between school and community. The school village community is a combination of existing school community and village community. It is possible to establish the concept as ‘a community where students are taught in the community by utilizing the abundant human and material resources of the community’. Second, it is a case analysis by type of school village community. It is developing into various types such as school led type, village led type, center (educational platform led type) and school cooperative type according to the propulsion subject and method. Finally, we suggested the development of various types according to the needs of the local community and the necessity of establishing an operating base necessary for forming a school village community.
