The purposes of this study were to investigate the differences in brand identification ability, opinions on purchasing imported casual wears and purchase behaviors among the high school students grouped by the attitodes toward imported casual wears. Data were obtained from 452 high school students in Seoul by using self-administered questionnaires. Chi-Square Analysis and ANOVA by SAS statistical package were used for data analysis. The subjects with favorable toward imported casual wears suggested higher price levels as appropriate price levels of jeans, were more positive about purchasing imported casual wears than the less favorable. Those with more favorable attitudes tended to purchase at individual stores and to have more experiences in purchasing imported brands, spent higher amount of monthly clothing expenditures, searched information mostly through the conversation with peers, and indicated design as the most important evaluative criteria used when purchase clothing. Most of the high school students relied on their parents as the sources of allowances to purchase clothing.

옥외광고물에서 나타난 지역적 상징성 및 계통분류에 관한 연구 : 도시환경을 중심으로 In 1 View of Urban Environment

도시환경에 있어서 옥외광고물은 단순히 의부공간에서 인간과 인간을 둘러싼 어떤 현상과의 만남을 넘어서서, 도시의 환경 속에서 정보체계를 구축하여 생활의 편리함과 환경의 질을 높이며 그 지역의 이미지 형성요소 즉 상징적 요소로서 작용한다. 이러한 옥외광고의 협상을 서울특별시의 6개 구 중에서 11개 지역을 선정하며 각 지역의 경제적 ·문화적 상황이 옥외광고물을 통하여 어떠한 상징성으로 표현되며, 상징의 유형으로 나타나는 광고물의 구조적 계통분류를 통하여 도시환경에 있어서 옥외광고물의 현상을 파악해 보고자 한다. 도시의 이미지라고 표현될 수 있는 상징성은 광고물을 통하여 나타나야 하지만 그 표현은 도시의 환경을 저해하지 않으면서 인간에게 즐거움과 정보전달의 기능을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 표현이 되어야 하겠다. 이를 위해서는 광고물 관리법의 재정비, 광고물과 건축물과의 조화, 색상의 아름다운 표현, 표현 내용의 적합성, 광고물의 관리 문제, 광고주의 의식개선 등의 문제가 해결되어야 할 것이다. In the urban environment, the billboard is more than an encounter between human beings and a phenomenon surrounding the human beings in an outdoor space. The billboard enhances the convenience of life and the quality of the urban environment by generating an information system. In order to discover in whet symbolism the economy and culture of urban areas are manifested on the billboards. eleven areas were elected of Seoul City. In addition. the structural and systematical classification was made on the billboards to understand the phenomena that they create in the urban environment. The symbolism of a city representing the urban image is expressed through the billboards. Therefore, the expressions should not undermine the environment, and furthermore, Provide the citizens with satisfaction and information. To this end, there should be revision of the regulations to manage the billboards. harmony between the billboards and the buildings, refined color selection appropriate use of materials. good management, and the sponsors' recognition of the importance of the billboards.

초, 중학생 및 급식 담당 영양사를 대상으로 한 버섯의 인식 및 이용형태에 관한 연구

A study on the recognition on the mushrooms by elementary school pupils, middle school students and school dietitians were-carried out. The ways of cooking mushrooms by school dietitians were also investigated. Most students and dietitians highly recognized mushrooms as good food. The most favorite mushroom was Flammulina velutipes, the cooking of mushrooms with meat and the hot mushroom soup with meat(Jungol) being the most preferred cooking methods. School ditetitians like to use mushrooms in school lunch and generally use medium or high quality mushrooms. Students, however, do not tend to prefer mushrooms compared to other vegetables. Mushroom dishes that can promote the consumption by students are mushroom bulgogi, mushroom pizza, sweet and sour mushroom in the order.

정신보건사회복지사의 정신장애인 지원고용서비스 실천경험에 대한 연구

본 연구는 정신보건사회복지사의 정신장애인 지원고용 서비스 실천 경험의 본질을 이해하고자 한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구 참여자는 12개월 이상 지원고용서비스 전 과정을 수행한 경험이 있는 서울, 경기지역의 사회복귀시설 내 정신보건사회복지사 5명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 참여경험의 본질은‘끌어들이기’, ‘이해시키기’, ‘밀어붙이기’, ‘가능성의 확인’, ‘부족함을 절감함’, ‘복지서비스의 수혜자인가? 값싼 노동자인가?’, ‘역할 딜레마 속의 혼란’, ‘새로운 도약을 위한 위험한 시도인가? 열악한 현실에의 안주인가?’, ‘또 하나의 상급자였던 서비스 제공자’, ‘횡적인 관계로의 힘의 이동’등 10개의 주제로 드러났다. 이는 다시“개척자”, “딜레마 속의 혼란”, “관계의 성장” 이라는 세 개의 범주로 분류되었다. 연구결과를 통해 정신보건사회복지사의 지원고용서비스 경험을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 지원고용 활성화를 위한 함의를 제언하였다. This study is a phenomenological analysis of the experiences of mental health social worker in supported employment program for people with psychiatric disabilities. The 5 mental health social workers who have worked on supported employment program over 12 months participated in this study. The research data was collected through in-depth interview. 10 themes emerged from the data analysis: ‘Bring in on’, ‘deepen one’s understanding’, ‘push’, ‘feeling of deficiency’, ‘client or laborer’, ‘confused’, ‘jump or comfortable life’. 3 categories appeared from 10 themes above: ‘frontier’, ‘dilemma’, ‘growing relationship’. The study provides the understanding of the experiences of mental health social worker as service provider and make suggestions for the improvement of supported employment program for mental health consumer.

능이버섯 가공품이 스테이크용 우육의 품질에 미치는 영향

The possibility of using the dried powder form of Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody (a kind of mushrooms) as a meat tenderizer was explored in this study. The freeze-dried powder had higher protease activity compared to the hot air dried powder of S. aspratus. The powder kept higher activity when preserved at -20℃ than at ambient temperature. The hardness of the meat decreased and the cooking loss increased more rapidly when the meat was treated with the mushroom powder at ambient temperature than at -41℃. In terms of sensory evaluation, 0.1% of the powder based on the meat and 3 hours of treatment at 4℃ gave the highest acceptability score. In the comparison test, the meat was more acceptable when treated with the mushroom powder than with the imported commercial tenderizer. This led to the conclusion that it is quite feasible to develop a natural meat tenderizer using the Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody.

학교부적응 중학생 집단에 대한 학교사회사업 실천의 일 예

This study shows an illustration of school social work practice for the middle school students who have manifested adjustment difficulties to school system. Two clinical social workers provided services for the eight students from H middle school. Services included initial assessment, intervention and evaluaion. The assessment included individual interviews for eight students, MMPI Testing, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory scale testing. Intervention included group therapy sessions and consultation session for the home-room teacher. Evaluation included students self reported results regarding group therapy sessions, and prepost test results of instruments, self-esteem, and school attitudes measure. As a result of the worker's intervention, the students manifested improved self esteem, and improved school attitudes and this resulted in their better adjustment to school system. We argue that school social workers are much needed at various school systems to prevent and treat maladjusted students.

Xenoestrogens are chemicals with diverse structure that mimic estrogen Bisphenol A, a monomer of polycarbonate and epoxy resins, has been detected in canned food and human saliva Bisphenol A stimulate cell proliferation and induce expression of estrogen-response genes to vitro The purpose of the this study was to evaluate cell proliferation of bisphenol A in the presence of a rat liver S9 mix contaning cytochrome P450 enzyme~ and Cu(Ⅱ) The fragmentation of intact DNA, a parameter of apoptotic cell death, was evaluated quantitatively by diphenylamme reaction method Bisphenol A induced apoptotic cell death in a dose-dependent manner The effect of radical Scavenger on the apoptottc cell death induced bisphenol A was investigated The DNA fragmentation induced by bisphenol A was significantly inhibited by addition of radical scavenger to the culture medium This indicated that elevated oxidative stress caused by imbalance between the production and removal of free radicals occurred to cells Taken together, these results suggest that tree radical reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) leading oxidative stress
