전망이론 통해 본 북한의 행위 이해: 천안함,연평도 도발 사간을 중심으로

천안함·연평도 도발 전후 북한 정권의 상황은 2000년대에 들에서 두 차례의 핵실험과 정거리 미사일 발사실험으로 국제사회로부터 제재를 밭는 고립을 자초하였다. 대내적으로는 경제난을 타개하고 불안한 체제 내부통제를 강화하기 위해 실시한 계획경제로의 회귀, 화폐개 혁 등의 경제정책 실패로 주민들의 불만온 더욱 커져갔다 또한 갑작스런 김정일의 건강이상은 후계체제 구축을 급박하게 하였으나 후계자로 등장한 김정은의 정치적 경험 부족과 업적 미흡, 이린 나이, 후계자로서 권위를 갖추기 위한 상징조작 부족 등은 권력자들로부터는 물론 주민들로부터 후계자로서 위치를 확보하지 못하고 있는 상황이었다 특히 핵실험 미사일 발사 등으로 남·북 관계 및 미·북 관계가 경색되고, 전통적인 우방국이었던 중국과 러시아마저 북한의 행위를 비판하는 상황이었다. 이렇듯이 대내외적으로 위기상황에 직면한 북한정권은 이를 극복하기위해 대화와 타협보다는 천안함·연평도 도발과 같은 위험용 감수하는 위기고초전략의 강경책용 취했다. 이 글은 천안함 피격사건, 연평도 포격도발사건 당시 북한정권이 대내·외적으로 직면한 상황을 살펴봄으로써 북한정권의 위기상황시 행위를 전망이론에서 주장하고 있는 손실영역에서의 위험감수 행위에 기초하여 논의하고 북한의 위험감수 행위를 차단할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The North Korean government isolated themselves by the sanction of the international society for their two nuclear experiments and long distance missile laLlnches. Domestically, the government`s attempt to return to planned economy in order to overcome economic crisis and reinforce the unstable in rnal structure and currency reformation failed, further aggregating he dissatisfaction of the citizens. ]n addition, the sudden illness of Kim Jung-]II called for an Llrgent establishment of his successor but Kim Jung-Eun could not secure his position as the successor by the authorities and the citizens due ro his poli ical inexperience, lack of achievements, young age, insufficient symboliza ion, and etc. Especially with the nuclear experiments, North Korea`s relationship with South Korea and the US rapidly deteriorated and even Russia and China, traditionally friendly nations of North Korea, are criticizing North Korea`s ac ions. The North Korean government, confronted with such foreign and domestic crisis, assumed resolute measures of crisis levation strategy by taking risks with the Cheon-Ahn Battleship assault and Yeon-Pyeung Island bombardment instead of overcoming the crisis through talks and compromise. This paper discusses th actions of the North Korean government at times of crisis based on their risk acceptance at the domain of losses proposed by the prospect theory by observing the domestic and foreign crisis confronted by the North Korean governm nt at the time of Cheon-Ahn Battleship assault and Yeon - Pyeung artillery bombardment incidents and intend to provide a solution to stop the North Korea`s risk-taking tendency.

메이크업테라피가 우울증 환자의 자아존중감 및 자아효능감에 미치는 효과

This study was carried out for the purpose of examining the influence of a group make-up therapy with the focus on a make-up therapy upon adult women's depression and self-efficacy. The research subjects targeted adult women with depression at the ages from 30 to 70 who dwell in Okcheon of Chungbuk and were progressed totally 8 times with once a week for 8 weeks in the whole from July 4, 2017 to August 29. To figure out the effectiveness in the process of make-up therapy, the survey was conducted so that the subjects can prepare a questionnaire on CES-D(Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale) test and the test of SEI(Self-Esteem Inventory and of SES(Self-Efficacy Scale) before and after the beginning. The subjects were observed through the talk therapy during the process. As a result of analyzing depression before and after the make-up therapy, the average melancholy following the make-up therapy can be observed a decrease by 6.2(from 27.4 to 21.2). The conclusion was obtained as saying that the improvement in image through the makeup therapy causes psychological stability and that the promotion in interpersonal relations and in self-confidence is helpful for mental health. Accordingly, this study contributes to being applied to basic data that induces an academic attention to a make-up therapy and further that the make-up therapy can solve psychological problems with seeking the valuable practical learning and self-esteem in real life as for women and is conducive to curing melancholia.

폐플라스틱 분해 촉매의 특성

본 연구에서는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 촉매 분해 반응을 연구하였다. 제조된 촉매의 결정 구조를 파악하기 위하여 XRD (X-ray diffraction) 분석을 시행하였고, 결정형태를 알아보고자 SEM (Field Emission-SEM) 분석을 시행하였다. 또한 접촉 분해 후 생성물의 분포를 알아보고자 GC-MAS 분석을 시행하였다. 폐플라스틱을 사용하여 분해 촉매반응을 한 결과 Pt-zeolite 촉매가 가장 휘발유 C5∼C11로의 수율이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 340℃ 이상부터는 플라스틱(PE, PP, ABS)에 대해서 분해 전환율이 약 75% 이상인 것으로 나타났다.

갈근 추출물이 항산화 활성에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to compare anti-oxidant activity according to the extraction procedure of Puerariae Radix extracts, and to clarify anti-oxidant possibility and anti-oxidant efficacy. To achieve this research objective, it tested heavy metals and measured cytotoxicity, the inhibition of NO(Nitric Oxide) synthesis, the inhibitory effect of ROS production, the total polyphenol content & total flavonoids, 2,2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzthizoline -6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) radical scavenging activity, and DPPH radical scavenging activity. The results are as follows. First of all, as a result of gauging ABTS radical scavenging activity, the Puerariae Radix ethanol extract and the Puerariae Radix water extract were gradually increased the ABTS radical scavenging activity in the concentrations of 10, 20, 40 ug/ ml. Its growth level was higher in the Puerariae Radix ethanol extract than in the Puerariae Radix water extract. Synthesizing the above findings, the Puerariae Radix ethanol extract had the higher anti-oxidative effect than the Puerariae Radix water extract, and can be known to be a safe material available for being used as a raw material of anti-oxidant, functional cosmetics and food. Given being further carried out a research of mechanism on the probability of a raw material in functional cosmetics through the anti-oxidant activity of Puerariae Radix ethanol extract, it is considered to be likely capable of being helpful for boosting the possibility of developing Puerariae Radix ethanol extract as the safest natural material that has multiple functionality in whitening and wrinkle improvement.

난관난소농양의 경직장배액술

N/A Objective:We report six patients with tuboovarian abscess(TOA) drained through sonographically guided transrectal route, in whom percutaneous or transvaginal approach was not accessible due to the risk of pelvic organ. Method : This procedure was performed under the guidance of transrectal ultrasound. Six patients with aged 25-42years (mean31.6years), who had appendectomy(1), C/S(2), hyterectomy(1) and no operaion Hx(2). Size of abscess cavity was variable from three to eight centimeter. Catheter was removed when drainage amount was reduced less than 10cc and the patient becomes afebrile. Result : Drainage was successfully done in all patients without any complication to the procedure. Fecal contamination was not occurred after transrectal drainage due to abdominal pressure and gravity ought to empty the abscess cavity. There was no problem in defecation due to the catheter and in its expulsion by defecation. Catheter was removed after 3-8days (mean 6days) without recurrent abscess . Conclusion : Transrectal drainage of abscess performed with ultrasound guidance is a safe, feasible procedure, which is well tolerated by patient and relatively easy procedure
