광학계의 배율 변화를 고려한 DFF 기반의 형상 측정법

Errors resulting from magnification variations of optical system are largely generated in three-dimensional shape measurements. In the case of measuring the surface morphology of tiny objects based on DFF, images are acquired with a very small interval and then magnification changes are minimized. However, the magnification variations are actually existed in optical system and so focus measures in DFF are wrongly or ambiguously extracted. In this paper, a methodology based on DFF with the magnification changes is proposed to make more accurate measurement in surface morphology with high depth discontinuity, compared with previous ones. Several experiments show that the proposed method outperforms existing ones without magnification changes.
배반엽성세포를 이용한 카이메라 닭 ( 화이트레그혼 ↔ 오골계 ) 생산

The chicken embryo contains 30,000 to 60,000 cells at development stage X, the blastodermal cells at this stage are believed to he pluripotent and subsequently contribute to melanocytes derived from the neural crest, to erythrocytes and to germ cells. In this study, blastodermal cells were isolated from stage X embryos of Korean Native Ogol Chicken (KNOC). The isolated blastodemial cells were transfected with liposome and dispersed by pipetting. A 2㎕ volume of cell suspension was microinjected into the subgerminal cavity of recipient embryos at an equivalent stage of development of the donor and recipient. Of the 332 White Leghorn embryos that were injected with KNOC blastodermal cells, three unhitched embryos were phenotypically chimeric with respect to feather color and one embryo hatched. This technique may be useful in development of a transgenic chicken production system.
문맥 표현과 셀프 어텐션을 이용한 한국어 영화평 감성 분석

감성 분석은 특정 대상에 대한 의견을 수집하고 분류하는 과정이다. 그러나 자연어에 포함된 사람의 주관을 파악하는 일은 어려운 일로써, 기존의 감성 단어 사전이나 확률 모델은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 어려웠으나 딥 러닝의 발전으로 문제 해결을 시도할 수 있게 됐다. 셀프 어텐션(self-attention)은 주어진 입력열 자신에 대하여 어텐션을 계산하고 가중치 합으로 문맥 벡터를 만들어 모델링하는 방법이며, 문맥상 비슷한 의미를 가진 단어들 간에 높은 가중치가 계산되는 효과가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사전 학습된 문맥 표현을 한국어 감성 분석에 활용하고, 셀프 어텐션으로 모델링하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과, NSMC의 경우 정확도 89.82%, 다음카카오의 경우 92.25%의 성능을 보였다. Sentiment analysis is the processing task that involves collecting and classifying opinions about a specific object. However, it is difficult to grasp the subjectivity of a person using natural language, so the existing sentimental word dictionaries or probabilistic models cannot solve such a task, but the development of deep learning made it possible to solve the task. Self-attention is a method of modeling a given input sequence by calculating the attention weight of the input sequence itself and constructing a context vector with a weighted sum. In the context, a high weight is calculated between words with similar meanings. In this paper, we propose a method using a modeling network with self-attention and pre-trained contextualized embedding to solve the sentiment analysis task. The experimental result shows an accuracy of 89.82%.

This study was performed to analyze genetic characteristics of Korean Native Ogol Chickens compared with various breeds of chickens including Korean Native Yellow Chickens, White Leghorns and Rhode Island Reds. For DIVA fingerprinting, we collected blood samples from each of 10 individuals per breeds and obtained the genomic DNA. The genomic DNA samples were digested with restriction enzymes(Hinf I, Hcre III. etc.) and hybridized with various probes(Jeffreys` probes 33.15, 33.6, and M13) after Southern transfer. Probe 33.1 gave only a few unresolvable bands, however, probe 33.6 and M l3 detected a large number of bands and was thought to be the desirable probes for the analysis of genetic characteristics for various breeds of chickens. The use of pooled DNA enabled us to significantly reduce the number of DNA samples for estimation of genetic relationships among breeds. Furthermore, the results of DFP prepared from pooled DNA were similar to those of DFP prepared from individual DNA. In this analysis, KNOC was estimated to be a highly inbred line (band sharing $gt; 0.69), and to be closest in genetic distance to KNYC than any other bred.
Identification of Sex-Specific DNA Sequences in the Chicken

닭에서 적절한 성감별 방법을 개발하고 닭의 성분화 기작의 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 배아의 섬유아세포의 염색체를 분석하고, W 염색체 특이적인 반복염기서열과 50∼60%의 유사성을 보이는 random primer로 PCR 증폭을 실시하여 성을 판별하는 방법이 이용되었으며, 닭에서 성분화에 관련된 유전자를 분리하기 위해 W 염색체 특이적인 반복염기서열을 클로닝하였고, PCR을 이용하여 ZFY와 SRY 염기서열을 증폭하였다. 닭의 배아섬유세포의 염색체 분석 결과 Z 염색체와 W 염색체를 구분함으로써 배아의 성을 직접적으로 판별하는 것이 가능하였으며 , 암닭의 DNA를 Xho Ⅰ와 Eco RI로 절단하여 생성되는 band를 이용하여 성을 판별하는 것이 가능하였다. Xho Ⅰ와 Eco RI family를 클로닝하고, colony hybridization을 통해 Xho Ⅰ과 염기서열이 유사한 80∼100개의 clone을 동정하여, 이들 두 그룹간 DNA homology는 매우 유사하였다. 150개의 random primer 중 W 염색체 특이적인 반복 염기서열과 유사성을 보이는 primer 7개를 screening하였으며, 이 중 3개의 primer는 닭에서 자성과 웅성간의 차이를 나타내었다. 닭에서 성분화에 관련된 유전자를 동정하기 위하여 포유류의 ZFY와 SRY유전자의 PCR증폭을 실시하였다. ZFY를 증폭한 결과, 자성과 웅성간의 차이를 발견할 수 없었으며, 이는 닭에서 ZFY는 상염색체 또는 Z 염색체에 존재함을 시사한다. SRY의 증폭에서는 성간의 차이가 확인되었으나, 이 유전자가 Z 염색체에 존재하는지 W 염색체에 존재하는지 혹은 상염색체 존재하는지 여부는 연구가 필요하리라 사료된다. This study was performed to find out the reasonable sexing methods In the chicken, obtain the basic information for the mechanisms related to chicken sexual differentiation and identify the genes which known to involved in chicken sex differentiation. The chromosome analysis of chicken embryonic fibroblast was a simple method to determine sex of chicken by means of Z and W chromosome identification. The bands of female chicken genomic DNA digested with Xho Ⅰ and Eco RI restriction endonuclease showed to be useful in direct sex determination and these repetitive sequences of Xho Ⅰ and Eco RI families were proposed to be very homologous in their sequences by colony hybridization analysis. Seven of 150 random primers were selected to amplify the W chromosome-specific band by using arbitrary primed PCR and three of them were useful to identify the sex of chicken. To identify the sex differentiation genes in the chicken, PCR for the amplification of ZFY and SRY sequences was performed. ZFY and SRY sequences were amplified successfully in the chicken genome, implying that chicken genome might have the sex-related conserved sequences similar to mammalian ones. The PCR products of ZFY amplification were the same in both sexes, suggesting that these sequences may be located on autosome or Z chromosome. The profile of PCR amplification for SRY sequences showed variation between sexes, but this result was not enough to specify whether the SRY gene in chicken is on the autosome or sex chromosome.
차량 샤시 부품의 피로 해석을 위한 도로 부하 측정시 샘플링 주파수 설정에 관한 고찰

In road load acquisition of the vehicle chassis component for fatigue-related test, there are different aspect to sampling frequency between frequency analyst and fatigue analyst. If acquired data from road are used for simulator, natural frequencies of components and actuation frequency are concerned, but for fatigue analyst's sake much large sampling frequency is used to catch peaks and valleys.<br/> Modern road load acquisition technique uses PC based instruments and can apply about hundred or thousand kilohertz sampling frequency But their storage devices are limited for long time acquisition, so some compromises are required.<br/> This paper describes experimental examination on setting of the sampling frequency for road load acquisition of vehicle chassis component. Data from different sampling frequencies are compared by rainflow count for fatigue analysis and proper sampling frequency is determined.<br/>
