        2007개정 교육과정 고등학교 일본어 교과서 Ⅰ · Ⅱ 에서의 종조사 ‘ ね ’ 와 ‘ よ ’

        本論文 では 日本語 の 文末 に 付 いて 話 し 手 の 感情 や 聞 き 手 に 対 する 訴 えを 表 す 終助詞 の 中 で 「 ね 」 と 「 よ 」 の 高等學校 の 日本語 の 敎科書Ⅰ․Ⅱ での 扱 い について 考察 を 試 みた。また 実際 の 会話 の 中 での 使 い 方 との 比較研究 を 行 うため、アニメーション 耳 をすませば の 全 ての 会話文 を 分析 し、 「 ね 」 と 「 よ 」 が 使 われている 文 を 抽出 して 意味用法 について 調査 した。 その 結果 、 敎科書内 で 終助詞「 ね 」 は 入門課程 の 日本語Ⅰ では 「相手 に 同意 を 求 める 気持 ちを 表 したり、または 相手 の 言葉 に 同意 する 気持 を 表 す 用法」 の 出現頻度 が 最 も 高 く、 初級課程 の 日本語Ⅱ では 「軽 い 主張」 の 出現頻度 が 最 も 高 いことがわかった。 終助詞「 よ 」 は、 日本語 の 敎科書Ⅰ․Ⅱ両方 とも 「情報傳 達 または 判斷․主張․感情 などを 相手 に 知 らせたり、 言 い 聞 かせたりする 意 を 表 す 用法」 が 最高 の 使用頻度 で 現 れた。アニメーションの 實例分析 でも 敎 科書 の 分析結果 と 同樣 に 終助詞「 ね 」 の 場合 は 「相手 に 同意 を 求 める 気持 を 表 したり、または 相手 の 言葉 に 同意 する 気持 を 表 す 用法」 の 出現頻度 が 最 も 高 いことがわかった。また 「 よ 」 では 「情報傳達 または 判斷․主張․感情 などを 相手 に 知 らせたり 言 い 聞 かせたりする 意 を 表 す 用法」 が 最 も 多 く 使 われた。 In this article, we analyze the final particles ne and yo , which are attached to the final part of a sentence in Japanese, in the context of the high school textbooks of Japanese I and II. Furthermore, in order to conduct comparative work on the use of these particles in actual conversations, we analyze conversational parts of the animation Mimi-o Sumaseba , especially semantic aspects of those sentences containing ne or yo . As a result of our analyses, it is revealed that the particle ne most frequently expresses the speaker’s agreement with the hearer or the hearer’s statements in the textbook I, and it most frequently expresses “moderate statements” in the textbook II. The most frequent use of the particle yo in the two textbooks is concerned with “the use of information-conveying or the communication of the speaker’s judgments, statements, and emotions.” This result is in congruence with the analysis of animations, according to which the particle ne is most frequently employed as the means of “encouraging the hearer to agree with the speaker or expressing the speaker’s agreement with the hearer’s statement.” As for the particle yo , its most frequent use is concerned with “the use of information-conveying or the communication of the speaker’s judgments, statements, and emotions.”

        상황버섯 자실체 메탄올 추출물과 분말의 지방소화효소 억제 및 항산화 활성

        상황버섯의 지방소화효소 억제와 항산화 활성을 구명하기 위해 상황버섯 메탄올 추출물의 췌장 lipase 억제 활성과 항산화 활성을 in vitro에서 측정하고, 흰쥐에 고지방식이와 함께 상황버섯 분말을 투여하여 지방소화효소 활성 저해를 통한 지방 흡수 억제와 항산화 효과를 in vivo에서 관찰하였다. 메탄올 추출물의 췌장 지방소화효소 활성 저해능과 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 측정한 결과, IC50가 각각 36.3 ㎍/mL와 20.1 ㎍/mL로 나타났으며, DPPH 소거능은 비타민 C의 IC50인 18.3 ㎍/mL와 비슷하였다. 상황버섯 분말을 고지방식이에 각각 2%와 5% 첨가한 식이를 공급하고 8주간 사육한 결과, 상황버섯 첨가로 인해 식이섭취량은 증가하였으나 체중과 체지방량에는 차이가 없었으며 따라서 식이효율은 낮았지만 유의적이지는 않았다. 그러나 상황버섯 섭취로 인해 지질의 흡수가 감소되어 분변으로의 지질 배설량이 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 혈장 지질의 경우, 상황버섯 첨가군에서 혈장 총 콜레스테롤과 LDL 콜레스테롤, 간의 총 지질과 총 콜레스테롤 함량이 대조군에 비해 낮아진 것으로 조사되었다. 혈장 GPT 활성은 상황버섯 2%와 5% 첨가군에서 각각 대조군에 비해 43%와 45% 감소하였다. 혈장, 적혈구 및 간의 항산화 효소 활성을 측정한 결과, 상황버섯의 첨가로 T-SOD 활성은 영향을 받지 않았으나, GSH-Px는 간과 혈장에서 활성이 증가하였다. 실험식이를 공급하고 2주, 4주 및 8주에 림프구를 분리하여 DNA 손상 정도를 측정한 결과, 상황버섯을 2주간 섭취한 후의 림프구 DNA 손상이 대조군에 비해 큰 것으로 조사되었으나, 4주간 섭취한 군에서는 차이가 없었고, 8주에서는 DNA 손상이 억제되었으며 2% 첨가군에서 DNA 손상 억제 정도가 가장 크게 나타났다. 림프구에 H₂O₂로 산화스트레스를 가하고 DNA 손상 정도를 측정한 결과, 상황버섯 첨가군의 DNA 손상이 대조군에 비해 식이섭취기간에 비례해서 낮아졌고, 5% 첨가보다는 2% 첨가군에서 억제 효과가 더 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 결과들로부터, 상황버섯은 생체 내 항산화 효소계의 활성유도와 산화스트레스로 인해 생성된 라디칼의 활발한 소거를 통해 세포의 산화적 손상을 억제하는 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. Phellinus linteus (PL) has been known to exhibit potent biological activity. The present study was designed to investigate lipase-inhibitory and anti-oxidative activity of the methanol extract and the powder of PL fruiting body. The methanol extract of PL appeared to have the inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase with an IC50 value of 36.3 ㎍/mL, and the scavenging activity of DPPH radical with an IC50 value of 20.1 ㎍/mL, which was similar to that of vitamin C (IC50 18.3 ㎍/mL). To investigate the lipase-inhibitory and anti-oxidative effect of PL on animal, Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with high-fat diet supplemented with either 2% or 5% PL powder for 8 weeks. Total food intake was significantly increased, but body weight was not changed by PL powder supplementation. However, fecal fat excretion of the experimental groups fed with the PL powder were higher than that of the control group. PL powder showed a decrease in the plasma total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and the hepatic total cholesterol levels. The anti-oxidative enzyme activities were also affected by PL supplementation. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the plasma and liver were significantly increased by 98% and 46% in the 2% PL group, and 99% and 32% in the 5% PL group, respectively. Total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity was not affected by PL supplementation. DNA damage was measured by the comet assay in the lymphocytes collected after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks of feeding PL supplemented diet. Lymphocyte DNA damage was decreased in the PL supplemented group. Furthermore, PL feeding enhanced the resistance to lymphocyte DNA damage caused by an oxidant challenge with H₂O₂.

        Purpose: Rapid and accurate assessment of impaired consciousness is very important, especially for critically ill patients. Therefore, the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) has been widely adopted in the assessment of adult and pediatric comas. But the GCS should not be used for small children who show various normal responses according to their developmental stage. Therefore, the objectivity of pediatric coma measurements was verified by applying the modified GCS to patients in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at a university hospital in Korea. Methods: The level of consciousness was evaluated for 200 cases who were admitted to a PICU from July 4, 2009 to September 18, 2009 and could show a verbal response, with our modified GCS for children. In addition, and we confirmed the frequency analysis and Kappa statistics with SPSS/WIN 17.0. Results: Kappa statistics which show inter-observer reliability were very good for all components (eye opening, verbal, and motor score) and was good for total GCS scores. Conclusion: It is concluded that our modified GCS is reliable. Therefore, reliable assessment for the level of consciousness is clinically practicable if enough training is supported.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among teacher and child's relationship, parent-teacher's partnership, and its related variables - age of child, gender of child, child-teacher's ratio, educational experience of teacher, and so on - in kindergarten. Subjects were 612 parents and 37 teachers in Iksan and Junju. The mean, percentile, t-test, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, there was no significant difference between age of child, gender of child, and child-teacher's ratio and child's adjustment in kindergarten. Second, there was no significant difference between educational experience of teacher, age of teacher and child's adjustment in kindergarten. Third, it was found that teacher and child's relationship and parent-teacher's partnership were important influential variables in explaining variance in child's adjustment in kindergarten.

Second, there was no significant difference between parent educational beliefs on child's education and child's adjustment in kindergarten.
