PZT 후막의 치밀성 향상에 따른 PZT 다층 후막의 구조적 특성 (pp.2211-2212)

Ferroelectric PZT (70/30) thick films were fabricated by the screen printing method. And the PZT (30/70) precusor solution were infiltrated by the spin-coating method on the PZT thick films to obtain a densification. All PZT thick films were sintered at 1050℃ for 10 min. Structural properties, such as crystalline structure, microstructures and compositional ratio, of PZT thick films were investigated with the variation of the number of sol coatings using XRD, SEM and EDS, respectively. All PZT thick films exhibited a perovskite polycrystalline structure without a pyrochloer phase. The thickness of PZT thick films, 4-times screen-printed, was approximately 60㎛. And the densification of the PZT thick films increased with increasing the number of sol coatings.

The influence of the concentration of precursor solution and the number of solution coatings on the densification of the $Pb(Zr_xTi_{1-x})O_3$ (PZT) thick films was studied. PZT powder and PZT precursor solution were prepared by3 sol-gel method and PZT thick films were fabricated by the screen-printing method on the alumina substrates. The composition of powder and precursor solution were PZT(70/30) and PZT(30/70), respectively. The PZT precursor solution was spin-coated on the PZT thick films. A concentration of a coating solution was 0.5 to 2.0 mol/L[M] and the number of coating was repeated from 0 to 6. The XRD patterns of all PZT thick films shelved typical perovskite polycrystalline structure. The porosity of the thick films was decreased with increasing the number of coatings and 6-time coated films with 1.5 M showed the dense microstructure and thickness of about $60{\mu}m$. The relative dielectric constant of the PZT thick film was increased with increasing the number of solution coatings and the thick films with 1.5 M, 6-time coated showed the 698. The remanent polarization the 1.5 M and 6-time coated PZT thick films was $38.3{\mu}C/cm^2$.

In this paper, we consider the implementation of connected digit recognition system and the several approaches to improve its performance. To implement efficiently the fixed or variable length digit recognition system, finite state network (FSN) is required. We merge the word network algorithm that implements the FSN with one pass dynamic programming search algorithm that is used for general speech recognition system for fast search. To find the efficient modeling of digit recognition system, we perform some experiments along the various conditions to affect the performance and summarize the results.

In this study, we investigated the effects of structural and electrical properties of $(Ba_{0.6},\;Sr_{0.3},\;Ca_{0.1})TiO_3$ thick films with variation $Dy_2O_3$ contents. $(Ba_{0.6},\;Sr_{0.3},\;Ca_{0.1})TiO_3$ powders, prepared by the sol-gel method, were mixed organic vehicle. The BSCT thick films doped with 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 mol% $Dy_2O_3$ were fabricated by the screen-printing techniques on the alumina substrates and the structural and dielectric properties were investigated with variation of $Dy_2O_3$ doping contents. All BSCT thick films were sintered at $1420^{\circ}C$, for 2hr. In the TG-DTA analysis, the formation of the polycrystalline perovskite phase was observed at around $670 ^{\circ}C$. In the XRD analysis, all BSCT thick films showed the cubic perovskite structure. The average thickness of BSCT thick films was approximately $65{\mu}m$. The Curie temperature decreased with increasing $Dy_2O_3$ amount. The relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss of BSCT thick films doped with $Dy_2O_3$ 0.1 mol% were 6267 and 2.6 %, respectively.
성인에서 전정안구반사를 이용한 평형감각과 자율신경반응의 관련성

The nature of the interactions between the vestibular and autonomic systems is complex and has not been fully defined. Vestibuloocular reflex induced by sinusoidal rotation and activity of the autonomic nerves in the heart were measured to investigate the interactions between the vestibular system and the autonomic nervous system in healthy adults. Eye movement induced by sinusoidal rotation of the whole body or optokinetic stimulation at 0.04 Hz was analyzed in gain, phase, and symmetry. EKG was measured during vestibular stimulation and analyzed in heart rate variability including mean R-R interval, standard deviation (SD) and coefficient of variance (CV) of R-R interval, and power spectrum of low frequency region (LF) and high frequency region (HF). Gain of eye movement was 0.65±0.03 by rotatory stimulation, 0.70±0.02 in optokinetic stimulation, 0.08±0.02 in visual suppression, and 0.84±0.04 in visual enhancement. In R-R interval, resting condition (control) was 0.82±0.03 sec, and visual suppression showed significant increase and visual enhancement did significant decrease compared with control (p<0.01).CV was 0.06±0.02 in control and visual enhancement increased significantly (p<0.05). In LF/HF control was 1.40±0.23, which was not different from rotatory or optokinetic stimulation. But visual suppression decreased LF/HF significantly and visual enhancement increased significantly compared with control (p<0.01). These results suggest that degree of gain corresponds with LF/HF and increased gain in visual enhancement is deeply related to the activity of sympathetic nerves.
Dy₂O₃가 첨가된 BaTiO₃계 강유전체 후막의 유전특성

(Ba,Sr,Ca)TiO₃ powders, which were prepared by sol-gel method using a solution of Ba-, Sr- and Ca-acetate and Ti isc-propoxide, were mixed with organic vehicle and the BSCT thick films were fabricated by the screen-printing techniques on high purity alumina substrates. The structural and dielectirc properties were investigated for various Dy₂O₃ doping contents. As a result of thermal analysis, the exothermic peak was observed at around 670℃ due to the formation of the polycrystalline perovskite phase. All BSCT thick films, sintered at 1420℃ for 2h, showed the typical XRD patterns of perovskite poly crystalline structure and no pyrochlore phase was observed. The average grain size of the specimens decreased with increasing amount of Dy₂O₃. The average grain size and thickness of the BSCT specimens doped with 0.1 mol% Dy₂O₃ were approximately 1.9㎛ and 70㎛, respectively. The relative dielectric constant decreased and dielectric loss increased with increasing amount of Dy₂O₃, the values of the BSCT thick films doped with 0.1 mol% DYZ03 were 3697 and 0.4% at 1 ㎑, respectively. The leakage current densities in all BSCT thick films were less than 10?? A/㎠ at the applied electric field range of 0-20 ㎸/㎝.
독활기생탕가미방(獨活寄生湯加味方)이 배양 척수운동신경세포에 미치는 영향

Objectives & Methods : To evaluate the mechanism of oxidative damage by Xanthine oxidase(XO) and hypoxanthine(HX)-induced oxygen radicals, XTT assay was carried out after the cultured mouse spinal motor neurons were preincubated for 5 hours with various concentrations of XO/HX. And DNA synthesis, PKC activity and c-fos immunohistochemistry were measured to evaluate the protective effect of Dokhwalgisaeng-tang(Duhuojisheng-tang: DGT), Dokhwalgisaeng-tanggami(Duhuojisheng-tangjiawei: DGTG), Herbar Chelidoni(HC) water extract on cultured spinal motor neurons damaged by XO/HX. Results : The results were XO/HX showed the quantitative decrease of DNA synthesis, increase of PKC activity and c-fos positive cell, in proportion to concentration and exposed time on cultured spinal motor neurons and DGT, DGTG and HC showed the protective effects against decrease of DNA synthesis and increase of PKC activity and c-fos positive cell by XO/HX. Conclusions : From the above results, it is suggested that XO/HX have a neurotoxic effect on cultured spinal motor neurons and the herbs extract, such as DGT, DGTG and HC, prevent the toxicity of XO/HX effectively.
