Inspired by the gecko's footpad structure, we developed a method to create tilted micropillars on the surface of an elastomeric polymer mimicking the geometry of gecko's setae. The method combines son lithography to create straight micropillars and ion beam irradiation to tilt the straight micropillars in a controlled fashion. We experimentally quantify the asymmetric adhesion and friction characteristics of the fabricated tilted micropillars as a function of the tilting angles. The tilting angle of the pillars was varied by changing the incident angle and duration of the ion beam irradiation. Potential applications of the developed pattern include non-wetting painting and switchable adhesion essential in wall-climbing robots.
RLC regulation circuit과 snubber circuit을 이용한 LED Back Light Unit Driver 회로에서의 전압, 전류 안정화 방법

In order to realize low power consumption, system safety and the stable luminance uniformity of LED BLU (Back-Light Unit) system, new circuits with RLC (resistance-inductor-capacitance) regulation and snubber circuits have been proposed. From the simulation and experiment results based on our proposed model, the ripple power of the RLC regulation-embedded BLU circuit shows a dramatic reduction by more than 94.3 % as compared to the normal BLU and the overshoot voltage of the snubber circuit-embedded BLU circuit shows a dramatic reduction by more than 90.0 % as compared to the normal BLU, indicating that the proposed compensating-circuit is very promising for the realization of high-electrical efficiency BLU circuits.

구조적인 방법에 근거한 본 논문은 더 효율적인 분류를 구현하기위해 실시간 시스템에서 요구 되는 빠른 처리속도에 주안점을 두어 연구한다. 지문을 분류하는 방법은 한국인의 지문문형 빈도수를 고려해 정량적으로 접근하여 궁상문, 오른쪽 제상문, 왼쪽 제상문, 순와상문, CW와상문, CCW와상문으로 세분류하여 지문 문형을 6종류로 분류한다. 빠른 처리속도 문제는 기존에 지문처리과정 중에서 많은 비중을 차지하는 이진화, 세선화등 전처리결과에 대한 방향성분 추출을 참고문헌 [2], [3]에서 알려진 바와 같이 FFT알고리즘을 이용해 처리하여 기존의 방법에 비해 빠른 처리속도를 얻는다. 또한 템플릿매칭 전 단계에서 매칭할 특이점 가능영역을 설정하고, 설정된 영역에 대해서만 매칭을 하여 매칭 횟수를 감소시킨다. 매칭시에는 필요조건이 아닌 삼각점 추출을 배제한 탐색을 하여 보다 효율적인 처리시스템을 구현한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 기존의 결과들을 통합, 보완한다. 실험 결과 85.5%의 분류율을 얻을 수 있었으며, 특이점 가능영역 설정 등으로 인한 매칭횟수 감소, 분류율의 개선 등으로 본 연구의 유효성을 입증할 수 있었다. Based on structural method, this paper presents an efficient classification scheme of fingerprint images focusing on the fast processing required for its real time application. As a classification method of the fingerprints, we classify them into six types based on the statistics of korean fingerprints. arch, left loop, right loop, whorl, CW twin, CCW twin type. For the fast processing, we reduce its preprocessing time by applying FFT directly to raw fingerprint images and extracting direction components, as shown in [2], [3]. This is different from the most previous schemes which use some additional preprocessing such as binarization and thinning before extracting direction components. Also, we can reduce the number of matching by setting the singular regions for matching and performing matching for the singular regions only. Also, we can improve the efficiency of classification processing by excluding, from the features, delta point which is not a necessary condition for correct classification. In order to implement the proposed classification scheme, we combine and compensate the previous study results in this field. As a result of experiment, we can get 85.5% classification rate and show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme due to reduction of the number of matching and improvement in the classification rate by setting the singular regions.

In order to realize low power consumption and the uniformly efficiency of LED BLU (Back-Light Unit) system, new circuits with 2 stage L-C (inductor-capacitance) circuits have been proposed. From the simulation results based on our proposed model, the ripple power of the L-C regulation-embedded BLU circuit shows a dramatic reduction by more than 89.3 % as compared to the normal BLU (without L-C circuits), indicating that the proposed compensating-circuit is very promising for the realization of high-efficiency BLU circuits.
종합병원 간호사의 감정노동과 회복 탄력성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 감정노동, 회복 탄력성, 및 조직몰입을 파악하고, 조직몰입에 영향하는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. G시 종합병원 간호사 180명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2020년 6월 7일부터 7월 16일 까지 자료를 수집하였으며 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 감정노동은 평균 3.21±0.06점, 회복 탄력성은 평균 3.32±0.48점 이었으며 조직몰입은 평균 3.16±0.46점 이었다. 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호직 만족도, 임상근무 총 경력, 회복 탄력성으로 나타났으며 39%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 이는 간호사의 조직몰입을 증진하기 위해서는 간호직 만족도 및 회복 탄력성을 높일 수 있는 간호조직과 병원 차원에서의 프로그램 개발 및 다양한 전략이 필요함을 함의한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate emotional labor, resilience and organizational commitment and to identify affecting factors of organizational commitment on hospital nurses. The subjects consisted of 180 general hospital nurse in the G city. The variables were measured using questionnaires, analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The average score of emotional labor was 3.21±0.06, resilience was 3.32±0.48, and organizational commitment was 3.16±0.46. The factors influencing on organizational commitment were the satisfaction of the nursing job, total work experience, and resilience. The explanation of organizational commitment was 39%. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop promotion program and stratiges to improve nursing job satisfaction and resilience at the nursing organization and hospital level.

The effect of sintering temperature, sintering time and forming pressure on microwave dielectric properties of (Zr1-xSnx)TiO4 ceramics containing 1.0wt% B2O3, 0.3 wt% La2O3 and 1.0wt% NiTa2O6 was investigated using the response surface methodology. The optimum values of processing variables were determined based on the reproducibility. The optimum values of the dielectric constant of >35. Q.f0 of >55000 and $\tau$f=$\pm$5 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ could be obtained when the sample was pressed at 500~600kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and sintered at 1500~155$0^{\circ}C$ for 2~3 hrs.

The Janus membrane with asymmetric wettability has been extensively utilized in diverse engineering fields, including fog harvesting. The Janus wettability is known to improve fog harvesting performance by facilitating water drainage as well as decreasing the re-evaporation rate. In the present work, fog harvesting experiments were performed by fabricating Janus mesh with different hole sizes. The experiment revealed that the Janus property, which causes spontaneous water transport through either clogged or non-clogged mesh holes, is beneficial in increasing fog-harvesting yield. Furthermore, it showed that the non-clogging Janus mesh collected more fog than the clogged Janus mesh, emphasizing the significance of maintaining fog particle inertia by not causing high resistance to the fog flow.
