영재교육 담당 교원의 자질 및 양성, 임용

본 연구는 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 이상적인 자질을 탐색하고, 이러한 자질을 갖춘 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 바람직한 제도를 제시하고 있다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질은 문헌 연구와 개발원의 설문조사 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질을 영재교육에 대한 철학적 이해와 사명감, 전문적 자질, 인성적 자질의 세 측면에서 정리하여 제시하였다. 우리나라와 외국에서 현재 취하고 있는 영재교육 담당 교원 양성 및 임용 제도 현황을 분석하였으며, 외국의 사례로는 미국과 싱가포르를 제시하였다. 우리나라에서 우수한 자질을 갖춘 영재교육 담당 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the teachers of the gifted and to identify present status of the training and employment system of the teachers of the gifted in Korea. The characteristics of the teachers of the gifted were explained in three areas of philosophical understanding, experts' characteristics, and personal characteristics. This paper presented several suggestions to improve a system of employment and training of teachers of the gifted in Korea, and they were as follows: - To enhance the quality of training program. The training program should include various activities, for example, discussion, field trip, making a product, seminar, workshop, practice in various teaching models, etc., to foster creative and higher-order thinking abilities. - To prepare various kinds of training programs in consideration of various teachers' needs. - To provide a training successively. The 60 hours' training is not sufficient to be a good and effective teacher of the gifted. Successive training is needed. - To prepare various incentives which make many competent teachers to take part in gifted education. - To improve process to select and to employ the teacher of the gifted. Many teachers want an more open and strict scrutiny process to select and employ the teachers of the gifted.

최근 환율변동이 한국의 국제수지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This paper attempted to make an investigation into the effect of foreign exchange rate volatility(Won/Dollar) recently on the balance of payment(BOP) in Korea. The empirical results are as follows : (1) Maintain prices at a reasonable of foreign exchange and exploitation of various substitute energy sources for a sudden rise of oil price. (2) For Grain imports of join venture, international M&A and cooperation with self-subsistence on the spot country. (3) Develope a new total theme style sight seeing linked an Gyue Sung industrial complex for balance on goods and service. (4) Unrestricted flow of FDI(foreign direct investment) maximizes global welfare. The term source country refers to the country from which the capital, income increase, balance of payment, etc. therefore, we must one stop service for FDI into Korea. (5) The rectification of the trade imbalance in Japan's favor long time, we have to develop the newly core parts (optomechatronics) of precision instruments.

수학 영재 판별 도구 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop a test which can be used in identification of the gifted students in the area of mathematics. This study was carried out for two years from 1996. Mathematical giftedness is, in this study, regarded as a result of interaction of mathematical thinking ability, mathematical creativity, mathematical task committment, background knowledge. This study presumed that mathematical thinking ability is composed of seven thinking abilities: intuitive insights, ability for information organization, ability for visualization, ability for mathematical abstraction, inferential thinking ability(both inductive and deductive thinking abilities), generalization and application ability, and reflective thinking. This study also presupposed that mathematical creativity is composed of 3 characteristics: fluency, flexibility, originality. The test for mathematical creative problem solving ability was developed for primary, middle, and high school students. The test is composed of two parts: the first part is concentrated more on divergent thinking, while the second part is more on convergent thinking. The major targets of the test were the students whose achievement level in mathematics belong to top 15~20% in each school. The goodness of the test was examined in the aspects of reliability, validity, difficulty, and discrimination power. Cronbach was in the range of .60~.75, suggesting that the test is fairly reliable. The validity of the test was examined through the correlation among the test results for mathematical creative problem solving ability, I. Q., and academic achievement scores in mathematics and through the correlation between the scores in the first part and the scores in the second part of the test for mathematical creative problem solving ability. The test was found to be very difficult for the subjects. However, the discrimination power of the test was at the acceptable level.

박용 발전기 냉각 팬 설계변경에 따른 유동해석

A study for increase of fan flow rate by geometric modification has been conducted to decrease<br/> temperature rise of marine generator inner part. Through experiment of a real product, a performance curve<br/> for various flow resistances was obtained. Flow analyses for each cases were done by using commercial code-<br/> FLUENT and the results were very similar to experimental data (0.7% deviation at normal operating<br/> condition). Through flow analysis results for various design geometric modification, a scroll type fan was<br/> adopted as a best design geometry with 100Pa more pressure and 22% more flow rate than original fan.

우주로봇의 가변 어드미턴스 제어 기반 접촉 제어 알고리즘 설계

This paper proposes a contact control method of space robot based on variable admittance control. Unexpected impacts which can damage the robot may occur when space robots execute their mission such as capturing a target due to uncertain environments. To address these problems, contact control of the robot to stably contact with various other objects is needed. We propose a contact control based on variable admittance control which consider the uncertainty of the environment. A damping coefficient of the admittance controller is changed according to the contact force to safely contact with different masses. Additionally, A force coefficient of the admittance controller is applied according to manipulability to prevent exceeding its workspace. Computer simulation shows that the robot with proposed controller contact with different masses safely.

중국 위안(CNY)화 절상과 한국 기업의 전략적 대응방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find the problems and the study on the Korean Firm's Strategy Towards the Appreciation China Yuan's(CYN). The appreciation of the Chinese Yuan has accelerated since November 2007, and in April 2008, the Yuan/US$ exchange rate fell to the lowest level since 1993. The Chinese economy has average annual economic growth of 10% and average inflation 1%(high growth and low inflation) after 2001. The empirical results are as fellows ; First, Korean firms debt redemption an early refund the China Yuan(CYN) extend business to China. Second, If the appreciation of the CYN continue Korean firms have to make preparations of China's competitive power. Third, Korean firms are engaged in export of raw material to China diversification of export country of India and Vietnam etc. Firth, Korea foreign direct investment(FDI) into China will be on the decrease our country firms research increase of FDI.
