이 연구에서는 y형강판과 L형강으로 기둥의 외부를 구성하고 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 완성하는 yLRC (Reinforced Concrete with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles) 합성기둥에 대한 기초적인 실험을 수행하였다. yLRC 합성기둥은 철골과 콘크리트의 합성작용으로 단면성능이 우수하고, 거푸집 공사와 배근 공사를 생략할 수 있으므로 공기단축과 시공성 향상에도 상당한 효과를 나타낼 것으로 예상된다. L형강의 폭-두께비가 압축강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 L형강의 폭-두께비를 실험변수로 하는 6개의 실험체 (축소실험체 3개 및 실대실험체 3개)를 제작하고, 이 실험체에 대하여 중심축하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 yLRC 합성기둥의 압축거동 및 압축강도에 대한 역학적인 특성을 분석하였다. An experimental study was performed on the yLRC composite column. Its external surface was manufactured with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles, and concrete was poured inside in the field. This composite column has improved the section capacity due to the composite action of steel and concrete, and provides good efficiency in reducing the terms of construction works because of its abridged formworks. The stub column specimens (three small and three large specimens) were tested through concentrical axial loading, and the effect of the width-to-thickness ratio of the steel angle on the column axial strength was examined. The axial strength and behavior of the composite columns were analyzed, and a formula for predicting the axial load capacity was proposed.

Nylon 6 chips recycled from waste fishing nets were extruded through filters of various mesh sizes (150:$100\;{\mu}m$, 250:$60\;{\mu}m$, 325:$40\;{\mu}m$, 400:$30\;{\mu}m$) and subsequently chain extending reaction was carried out through melt-compounding with chain extenders, 2,2'-bis(2-oxazoline) (BOZ) and hexamethylene 1,6-dicarbamoyl dicaprolactam (HDC). The resultant changes in ash content, molecular weight and crystallization behavior in the modified nylon 6 samples were investigated from themogravimetric analysis, intrinsic viscosity measurement, end group titration, and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. The thermal degradation kinetics were studied using a conventional thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 10, 20, 30, and $40^{\circ}C/min$. Thermogravimetric curves and their derivatives were analyzed using various analytical methods to determine the kinetic parameters for the thermal degradation of the modified nylon 6.

본 논문은 "지방토지수용위원회" 제도의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 영국과 미국의 토지수용 제도 등 이론적 고찰을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 한편 지방자치단체 토지수용 사례를 중심으로 개선방안을 모색했다. 첫째, 미국의 토지수용(Takings)은 공청회(Public hearing)와 배심제(The jury)의 활용이다. 토지수용권(Eminent domain)을 통해 재산을 강제수용하기 위해서는 공청회를 통해 이해관계인과 시민들에게 수용에 대한 필요성과 인식을 나누고 있으며 사업시행자 (행정기관)가 법원에 소송을 제기하여 공용수용권을 행사하도록 한다. 둘째, 영국의 강제매수(Compulsory Purchase) 제도는 의회가 제정한 법률에 근거를 가져야 하고 CPO를 사용하겠다는 결의도 지방의회에서 결정하게 하여 권력남용을 방지하는 시스템을 갖추고 있다. 셋째, 한국의 지방자치단체 토지수용위원회 개선방안으로 ${\triangle}$지방토지수용위원회 전문성 확보 ${\triangle}$유형별 신속한 토지수용 ${\triangle}$권리보호를 위한 대안제도 마련 등이 필요하다. This thesis is intended for addressing issues of the local expropriation committee system by drawing the policy suggestion through theoretical considerations on the land expropriation system of the UK and of the US, and for finding a plan to improve the system by focusing on the examples of land expropriation of local governments. The US' Takings utilize a public hearing and the jury system. When property is expropriated through eminent domain, stakeholders and citizens share the necessity of the expropriation and its awareness through a public hearing, and project institutes (administrative organizations) file a lawsuit to a law court to exercise takings. In the case of Compulsory Purchase in the UK, the system should be based on laws established by the Parliament, and the resolution to use CPO is also decided by district councils. So the system is able to prevent power abuse. As a plan to improve the land expropriation committee of local governments, it is necessary ${\triangle}$ to enhance the professionality of the local land expropriation committee, ${\triangle}$ to expropriate lands by the analysis of land type, and ${\triangle}$ to come up with alternative measures to prevent the rights of the expropriated.

지금까지 정부는 안전관리체제의 구축과 정착을 위해 다각적으로 사업을 추진하여 왔다. 이제는 기업에서 회사 실정에 맞게 안전관리체제가 잘 운영되고 있는 지를 자체 진단하고 평가하는 과정이 필요하겠다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 안전관리체제를 모니터링하고 운영성과를 평가할 수 있는 모형 개발과 안전관리체제를 운영할 수 있는 실행지원 모듈 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 주로 사용하게 될 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 방법 하나인 AHP 기법을 검토했다. Up until now, the government has propelled various projects to establish and stabilize the Safety Management System(SMS). Now it is time for companies to diagnose and evaluate the safety management system to see if it is being operated in accordance with the situations of the companies. Therefore, this study has proposed to develop a model that can monitor the safety management system and evaluate operational achievements and an implementation supporting module that can operate the safety management system. Additionally, the AHP scheme was reviewed, which is one of the major decision making method." mainly used in Management Science.

순차 패턴 탐사에 대한 연구는 대용량의 데이터베이스에서 사용자에 의해 주어지는 최소 지지도를 만족하는 빈발 시퀀스를 찾는 문제를 다룬다. 하지만 현재까지 이루어진 순차 패턴 탐사 방법은 빈발 시퀀스들의 길이가 길어지거나 최소 지지도가 상대적으로 낮게 주어진 상황에서는 생성되는 시퀀스가 기하급수적으로 많아져서 성능이 급격히 저하되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서 모든 빈발 시퀀스의 정보를 포함하며 그 수가 현저히 적은 닫힌 빈발 시퀀스를 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 효율적으로 가지치기를 수행하기 위해서 깊이우선 탐색 방법으로 후보 시퀀스를 생성하고 데이터베이스를 비트맵으로 표현하여 비트 연산으로 지지도를 효율적으로 계산한다. 또한, 비트맵으로 표현된 시퀀스 특성을 이용하여 가지치기할 시퀀스를 적은 연산 비용으로 찾을 수 있다. 이런 장점을 통하여 제안한 방법이 지금까지 제안된 알고리즘보다 훨씬 빨리 닫힌 빈발 시퀀스를 찾는 것을 성능 실험을 통하여 확인하였다. Sequential pattern mining finds all of the frequent sequences satisfying a minimum support threshold in a large database. However, when mining long frequent sequences, or when using very low support thresholds, the performance of currently reported algorithms often degrades dramatically. In this paper, we propose a novel sequential pattern algorithm using only closed frequent sequences which are small subset of very large frequent sequences. Our algorithm generates the candidate sequences by depth-first search strategy in order to effectively prune. using bitmap representation of underlying databases, we can effectively calculate supports in terms of bit operations and prune sequences in much less time. Performance study shows that our algorithm outperforms the previous algorithms.
