        음양곽(淫羊藿) 수추출물(水抽出物)이 생쥐의 항체생성(抗體生成)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Epimedii Herba is an important traditional herb medicine widely used as a tonic. However, the mechanism of action of this drug on the immune system is not well studied. This study was performed to elucidate the effects of the aqueous extract of Epimedii Herba on the production of antibodies in mice. Antibodies in serum were detected in male ICR mice treated with the aqueous extract of Eplmedii Herba (AEEH) at a dosage of 40, 120, and 360mg/kg orally for 2 weeks. Effects of oral administration of AEEH on antibody forming responses were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of immunoglobulin (Ig) levels in serum. The results were as follows; 1. Epimedii Herba slightly decreased body weight gain. 2. Epimedii Herba significantly increased the relative spleen weight. 3. Epimedii Herba significantly increased total serum IgG levels. 4. Epimedii Herba significantly enhanced total serum IgG1 levels. 5. Epimedii Herba significantly increased total serum IgG2a levels. 6. Epimedii Herba markedly increased total serum IgM levels. These findings demonstrate that Epimedii Herba significantly enhances the production of antibodies at therapeutic concentrations, and suggest that administration of Epimedii Herba may prevent the host from immunologic diseases.

        동해 묵호항 근처에서의 난류세기인자에 따른 음향수신신호의 위상분산 추정

        음향수신신호의 위상은 매질에 대한 정보를 포함하고 있기 때문에 위상 변동을 연구하는 것은 매질에 대한 연구와 동반 되어야 한다. 또한 SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar)나 수중통신 등의 신호처리 시 수신신호의 위상변동 보정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 미세구조 난류에 의한 수신신호의 위상분산을 고찰하였다. 국지적으로 등방성이고 균질한 난류 환경 하에서 난류세기인자를 구하였고 음파 전달경로에 따라 난류세기가 미치는 영향을 고려하여 위상분산을 계산하였다. 난류세기 계산에 필요한 CTD자료와 ADCP자료는 묵호항 근처에 설치된 부표에서 획득하였으며 음파 전달경로는 Bellhop알고리즘을 이용한 음선 모델을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 난류세기인자는 주로 수온과 유속의 변화에 의해 결정되었으며 수신신호의 위상분산에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 위상분산은 소나 운용에 고려되어야 할 사항으로 여겨진다. Phase variance of the acoustic signals has to be investigated with the research of the medium, because the phase of the acoustic signals carries the information of the medium. The phase compensation of the received signals is required for the signal processing of SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar) and underwater communication. In this paper, the phase variance of the acoustic signals was studied depending on the micro-scale-turbulence of ocean. The turbulence strength of the locally isotropic and homogeneous turbulence was calculated, and the phase variance affected by the turbulence strength was computed along the ray paths. The CTD and ADCP data were acquired from a buoy system near the Mukho port in the East Sea of Korea and the ray paths were calculated by the Bellhop algorithm. As a result, the turbulence strength was mainly determined by the variation of temperature and flow speed, changing the phase variance of the received signals. Hence, we thought the phase variance should be considered in the sonar operating system.

        황기의 메탄올 추출물의 용량에 따른 면역생물학적 연구

        Effects of methanol extract of Astragali Radix (AR) on the immune responses were studied using ICR mice. Mice were divided into 4 groups (10mice/group), and methanol extracts of AR at doses of 0.05, 0.25 and 1.25g/kg were orally administered to ICR mice once a day for 2 weeks. Mice were immunized and challenged with sheep red blood cells (SRBC). The results of this study were summarized as follows; (1) Methanol extract of AR at 0.05, 0.25 and 1.25g/kg didn't affect the weight ratios of thymus to body, as compared with those in controls, but significantly increased spleen weight ratio. (2) Methanol extract of AR at 0.05 and 0.25g/kg significantly increased hemagglutination titer and splenic plaque forming cells corresponding to humoral immunity, as compared with those in controls, but their enhancements were somewhat lowered at a high dose (1.25g/kg). (3) Methanol extract of AR at 0.05 and 0.25g/kg siginificantly increased delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction resulted from cell-mediated immunity, as compared with those in controls, but not so significant increases were observed at a high dose (1.25g/kg). (4) Methanol extract of AR at 0.05 and 0.25g/kg significantly increased phagocytic activity and the number of circulating leukocyte compared with those in controls, but their enhancements were lowered at a high dose (1.25g/kg). These results suggest that methanol extract of Astragali Radix increased humoral and cell-mediated immune responses, phagocytic activity and the number of circulating leukocyte, dependent upon dose, but inhibited their enhancement effects were decreased at a high dose (1.25g/kg).

        황기 부탄을 분획물이 생위의 세포성 면역기능에 미치는 영향

        Effects of the butanol fraction of Astragali Radix (BFAR) on the cellular and nonspecific immune responses were investigated in ICR mice. Mice were divided into 4 groups and BFAR at doses of 5,25 and 125 mg/kg were administered orally to mice daily for 3 weeks, and the normal animals were given vehicle. The results of this study are summarized as follows; the relative weight of thymus was greatly increased by BFAR treatment, compared with that in normal mice. However, the body weight gain was not affected. Delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) for cellular immunity was significantly enhanced by BfAR treatment, compared with those in normal mice. In these mice, BFAR also dose-dependently increased activities of phagocyte and natural killer (NK) cells as well as the number of leukocyte resulted from nonspecific immunity, Thus, these results demonstrate that BFAR treatment results in a significant increase in both cellular and nonspecific immune responses to antigen in concentrations that enhance humoral immune function.

        음양곽분획물이 생쥐의 면역반응에 미치는 영향

        The fractions of Epimedii Herba were examined for the immunological effects in ICR mice. Mice were divided into 4 groups and administered orally the fractions of Epimedii Herba for 10 days. The results of this study were summarized as following: (1) The fraction 1 (EtOAc layer) administered group as compared with control group significantly decreased spleen weight, Arthus reaction and hemagglutination (HA) titer but significantly increased circulating white blood cells (WBC). (2) The fraction 2 (H20 layer) administered group as compared with control group significantly decreased liver weight, Arthus reaction and HA titer but significantly increased WBC. (3) The fraction 3 (ppt) administered group as compared with control group significantly increased liver weight, thymus weight rate, delayed type hypersensitivity, phagocytic activity and WBC. The results showed that Frs. 1 and 2 administered groups reduced humoral immune response but increased WBC, and that Fr. 3 administered group increased cell-mediated immune response, phagocytic activity and WBC.

        국공립 · 민간 보육시설 안전사고 실태에 대한 차이분석

        본 연구의 목적은 국공립.민간 보육시설에 따른 안전사고 실태에 따른 차이를 분석하는 것에 있다. 이를 통해 유아가 건강하고 안전하게 성장할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 있다. 그리고 국공립.민간 보육시설의 안전사고에 대한 기초자료를 제공하여 보육시설 종사자들의 안전의식 제고에 연구의 의의가 있다. 서울시에 소재하는 국공립.민간보육시설을 중심으로 보육시설의 시설장과 교사 265명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 한 결과 시설별로 안전사고 발생 비율, 사고 발생 시간대, 안전사고 유형, 사고처리 및 사후관계에서 국공립.민간 보육시설 간에 유의한 차이가 있었으나 사고성별, 상해보험 가입 유무, 안전사고 기록사항, 사고처리 인지유무, 안전사고 발생 후 부모 연락 정도에서는 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 보육시설에서의 유아기의 안전에 관련한 국공립.민간보육시설 종사자들의 안전에 관한 인식과 시설 발전방안을 제언해 보았다. The purpose of this research is to perform a comparative analysis of the status of negligent accidents in public and private child care facilities, which will allow for the creation of healthy and safe environments for children to grow up in. The research is significant in that it will provide basic information on negligent accidents in public and private child care facilities so as to increase safety awareness among child care professionals. According to the survey of 265 principals and teachers at public and private child care facilities in Seoul, there were significant differences in the rate, time, and types of negligence accident occurrences, and handling and follow-up of accidents between public and private child care facilities. However, there were no significant differences in gender, presence of accident insurance, and contacting parents after the accident. Using these results, this study proposes a direction for the safety awareness of child care professionals and for the improvement of facilities to increase safety in early childhood.

      • 세미본넷 차량의 R-MDPS 시스템 적용 연구

        This paper describes modeling of Rack type-Motor Driven Power Steering (R-MDPS) steering system in a semi-bonnet vehicle in order to apply a fuel consumption analysis program. Light commercial vehicles, such as less heavy semi-bonnet, are still mounted HPS apparatus. MDPS systems, however, has many advantages over traditional HPS systems in fuel efficiency and environmental compatibility; therefore, in order to improve vehicle efficiency, such research is essential. So, we present not only a mathematical modeling of mechanical steering system, but also modeling of electrical system of RMDPS using electric motor. The steering characteristics of the models are validated through weave test experiment data of semi-bonnet car mounted. As a result, it seems that the results of simulation are fairly reasonable. To proceed with this simulation, these models are conducted by Matlab/Simulink and Trucksim car model.

      • 사회복지시설종사자의 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 노인복지시설 사회복지시설종사자에 대한 셀프리더십에 초점을 두고 조직몰입과의 영향관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 사회복지시설종사자의 조직몰입 향상을 위한 사회적 제도 개선과 정책 마련의 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도 내 시설에서 근무하는 사회복지시설종사자 489명을 대상으로 하여 2021년 11월 10일부터 2021년 11월 30일까지 20일간 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회복지시설종사자의 셀프리더십은 사회복지시설종사자 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지시설종사자의 근로 조건도 중요하지만 심리적인 요인도 사회복지시설종사자의 조직몰입을 높일 수 있는 요인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 셀프리더십과 조직몰입 관계를 매개할 수 있는 요인들을 살펴보았다는데 그 의의가 있다. This study focuses on the self-leadership of social welfare facility workers in elderly welfare facilities and aims to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational commitment. Through this study, it was intended to contribute to providing basic data for social system improvement and policy preparation to improve organizational commitment of social welfare facility workers. The subjects of this study conducted a survey using structured questionnaires for 20 days from November 10, 2021 to November 30, 2021 targeting 489 social welfare facility workers working in facilities in Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows. The self-leadership of social welfare facility workers was found to have an effect on social welfare facility workers' organizational commitment. These results confirmed that not only the working conditions of social welfare facility workers are important, but psychological factors are also factors that can increase the social welfare facility workers' organizational commitment. Therefore, it is meaningful that the factors that can mediate the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment in this study were examined.

      • 북한이탈주민정책에 대한 신제도주의적 분석

        이 연구는 북한이탈주민에 대한 정책이 과거 '정부주도정책'에서 과도기를 거쳐서 '정부ㆍ민간주도정책'로 바뀌게 된 것을 역사적 제도론적 관점에서 살펴보는 것이다. 역사적 제도론 관점으로 살펴보게 된 것은 현재의 북한이탈주민 문제가 통일독일의 상황에 비추어 통일이후에 대비해야 됨에도 정부 내부에서 빠른 응답성을 가지지 못한 점을 살펴보다가 이것이 '경로의존성'적인 정부정책에서의 문제점인 것에 아이디어를 얻어서 첫째로, 정책의제화 과정을 살펴 본 후 이것을 바탕으로 역사적 제도주의 특징인 제도의 경로의 존성, 제도변화의 영향요인으로서 제도적 맥락, 단절적 제도변화의 결정요인들 중에서 제도적 맥락과 단절적 제도변화의 결정을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 순서는 (T기 : 민간주도기), (T2기 :과도기), (T3기 :정부ㆍ민간주도기)로 구분하여 서술하여 정책의 변화에 대한 이해를 하고자 하였다.
