Bovine-derived Xenograft가 치주 골내낭 치유에 미치는 영향

The ultimate goal of periodontal treatment is to regenerate the lost periodontal apparatus. Many studies were performed in developing an ideal bone substitute. Anorganic bovine-derived xenograft is one of the bone substitute, which were studied and have been shown successful for decades. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect anorganic bovine-derived xenograft. Total of 20 patients, with 10 patients receiving only modified widman flap, and the other 10 receiving anorganic bovine-derived xenograft and flap surgery, were included in the study. Clinical parameters were recorded before surgery and after 6 months. The results are as follows: 1. The test group treated with anorganic bovine-derived xenograft showed reduction in periodontal pocket depth and clinical attachment level with statistically significance(p<0.001) after 6 months. The control group treated with only modified Widman flap showed reduction only in periodontal pocket depth with statistically significance(p<0.001) after 6 months. 2. Although periodontal probing depth change during 6 months did not show any significant differences between the test group and the control group, clinical attachment level gain and re-cession change showed significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05). On the basis of these results, anorganic bovine-derived xenograft improves probing depth and clinical attachment level in periodontal intrabony defects. Anorganic bovine-derived xenograft could be a predictable bone substitute in clinical use.

조직신학 : 종교개혁신학의 창조적 종합으로서의 웨슬리 신학

2017년이면 종교개혁 500주년이 된다. 500주년 기념사업과 행사들이 유럽과 북미를 중심으로 준비되고 있는 가운데, 한국에서도 종교개혁 500주년을 기념하려는 움직임들이 일어나고 있다. 이러한 시기에 종교개혁신학을 다시 한 번 상고해 보는 것은 큰 의미가 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웨슬리에 의해 해석되고 평가되었으며 종합된 종교개혁의 신학을 구원론을 중심으로 살펴볼 것이다. 칼빈과 루터를 통해 웨슬리에게 흘러들어간 종교개혁신학을 살펴본다는 것은, 그들을 둘러싸고 있는 다양한 신학적 전통들에 노출되는 것을 말한다. 학자들에 따라서 웨슬리를 프로테스탄트, 경건주의자, 가톨릭, 고교회주의자, 저교회의 복음전 도자 등으로 다양하게 해석한다. 그리나 웨슬리의 신학적 그림은 칼빈, 루터, 그리고 다른 종교개혁자들이나, 로마 가톨릭, 혹은 동방정교회의 특정 전통 속에서만 이해될 수 없다. 왜냐하면 웨슬리는 이러한 전통들을 자기 안에 흡수하여 창조적으로 결합시키며 종합하였기 때문이다. 특별히 본 논문은 구원론을 중심으로 한 종교개혁의 신학이 웨슬리 안에서 어떻게 창조적으로 종합되었는가를 살펴본다. 웨슬리의 구원론은 어떤 신학적 전통의 맥락 안에서만 해석될 수 없다. 왜냐하면 웨슬리 이전의 신학은 웨슬리 안에서 창의적으로 평가되고 종합되었기 때문이다. 종교개혁신학에 대한 웨슬리의 창조적 종합은 은총과 율법, 믿음과 행함, 칭의와 성화, 호의로서의 은총과 능력으로서의 은총, 은총의 순간적 측면과 점진적 측면, 은총의 보편성과 구원의 은총의 제한적 실현, 하나님의 주도권과 인간의 반응 등을 모순됨 없이 견지하고 있다. 또한 좀 더 거시적인 차원에서는 신학과 목회, 신학과 복음전도, 신학과 윤리, 도그마와 프락시스, 바른 교리와 바른 실천을 통합하며 종합한 것이다. 웨슬리의 신학은 실제로 종합적인, 혹은 통합적인 신학인 것이다. 이러한 견지에서 웨슬리의 올바른 이해를 위해서는 한 쪽의 극단을 취하는 것은 바람직하지 않으며, 양편을 아우르며 제 3의 길을 제안하는 웨슬리의 신학의 지평을 마음껏 누리는 것이 최선일 것이다. 그렇게 함으로써, 우리가 이전에 상상했던 웨슬리보다 더욱 큰 웨슬리를 발견할수 있을 것이다. 또한 신학적 전통의 다양성 안에서 더욱 풍성한 대화를 위한 자료들을 웨슬리 안에서 넉넉히 발견할 수 있을 것이다. 무엇보다 웨슬리 안에서 창조적으로 종합된 구원의 길을 통하여 기독교적 구원의 희망과 약속에 대한 적실성을 가지고 그리스도의 증인들이 될 수 있을 것이다. In the year of 2017 we will be celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. As we celebrate the anniversary, it would be meaningful that if we investigate the theology of the reformers such as Calvin, Luther and Wesley. In this thesis, the writer examines the theology of the Reformers focused on their soteriological understanding which is interpreted, evaluated and synthesized by John Wesley. That one explores the theology of the reformers which flows into John Wesley means he or she cannot help but exposing to the various theological traditions surrounding John Wesley. Different scholars show different interpretations on John Wesley. In other words, John Wesley has been understood in light of Protestant, pietist, Catholic, High church man, or low church evangelist by Wesley scholars. However, John Wesley``s theological portrait can not be understood by a certain theological tradition because Wesley absorbs these theological traditions into his theological understanding and critically evaluates them, and even further creatively synthesizes them. Wesley’s creative synthesis embraces the soteriological themes of the Reformation theology without any contradiction: that is, grace and law, faith and works, justification and sanctification, grace as favor and grace as power, instantaneous aspect of grace and gradual aspect of grace, universality of grace and its limited actualization, God``s initiative and human response; in the broader context, theology and ministry, theology and evangelism, theology and ethics, dogma and praxis or right doctrine and right practice. In terms of this paradigm, it is not right to take one side of Wesley``s theology to understand Wesley properly. It is best to enjoy Wesley``s theological horizon which leads to the third theological alternative. In doing so, we find out some plentiful materials for the rich dialogues in the diversity of theological tradition. Above all, through the way of salvation(via salutis) which is creatively synthesized by John Wesley one might become a witness of Christ with the hope and promise of salvation.

This study is objecting to Unaksan Regions, Gapyung-gun, where breakdown of main income properties has been expected due to newly established road. The study is also aiming to promote activation of local economy by grouping new income sources. For those purposes, this study evaluated local resources through resident survey and interviews along with literature reviews. The research result shows grapes have been utilized in Yulgil-ri as a main income crop and a regional revitalization plan centering on the grapes should be established by linking grapes with other local resources. In case of Bongsu-ri, a regional revitalization plan has to focus on ecological tourism resources such as Boungsucheon Stream and Woonaksan Mountain. The study effectively evaluated local resources fit to regional characteristics, through one to one local resident and village leader interview with literature review of theoretical assess criteria. This research has several limitations as well. Although using face to face interview for subjective viewpoints has many advantages, subjectivity needs to be overcome. Future study can utilize quantitative research methods to generalize those qualitative study results.

기존 월파량 산정식의 대부분은 파랑이 구조물에 직각으로 입사하는 조건에 대한 산정식으로서 경사입사파에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 또한 경사입사파 조건의 경우에도 상대적으로 짧은 모형을 실험에 적용함에 따라 경사입사파 내습시 구조물을 따라서 진행하는 파랑에 의한 월파를 고려할 수 없었으며, 단지 입사각에 따른 월파량 저감효과를 고려할 수 있는 월파량 저감계수(γ β)를 도입한 월파량 산정식을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 경사입사파 내습시 구조물 전면을 따라 진행하는 파에 의한 월파, 즉 월파의 공간적인 분포를 고려한 월파량 저감계수를 평면 수리실험을 통하여 제시하였다. 산정된 월파량 저감계수는 EurOtop(2007)에서 제시된 결과와 비교하였으며, 입사각이 45? 이상인 조건에 대해 EurOtop(2007)에서 제시한 월파량 저감계수를 개선하였다. The existing formula for estimating the wave overtopping are mainly about the perpendicularly incident wave to the structure and wave overtopping formula for the obliquely incident wave are rare. Moreover, these formula present only the overtopping reduction factor(γ β) with respect to the incident wave angle rather than the spatial distribution of overtopping along the structures because the length of model is relatively too short for the wave to propagate along the structure. In this study, the wave overtopping reduction factor considering the spatial variation of wave overtopping along the vertical wall is investigated using the hydraulic model tests and the results are compared with the those of EurOtop(2007). The wave overtopping reduction factor is modified for β > 45? condition.
