        제주 곶자왈 숲 자연 놀이 체험 학습이 초등학생의 환경 감수성 변화에 미치는 영향

        The aims of this study are to develop and apply a Nature Game program for the ecological experience learning in Jeju Gotjawal forest and analyze the environmental sensitivity change of the students. The results obtained in 4th graders of A elementary school of Seogwipo-city are as follows: It was found that attention, susceptibility and practice will of environment protection for forest environment of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the comparison class. And it was found that interest and curiosity into forest environment were also elevated in the results of the qualitative evaluation, suggesting that we could get the effect of developed Nature Game program on ecological experience learning. If various ecological experience learning programs considering the regional-specific characteristics are developed to cause students' interest and curiosity, students would come to participate in the protection activity of environment aggressively a little more.

      • 췌장암에서 간 문맥 순환 종양 세포의 임상적인 유용성

        Despite recent advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer, clinical results remain dismal. Furthermore, there are no reliable biomarkers or alternatives beyond carbohydrate antigen 19-9. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) may be a potential biomarker, but their therapeutic application is constrained by their rarity in peripheral venous blood. Theoretically, the portal vein can be a more appropriate location for the detection of CTCs, because the first venous drainage of pancreatic cancer is portal circulation. According to several studies, the number and detection rate of CTCs may be higher in the portal blood than in the peripheral blood. CTC counts in the portal blood are strongly correlated with several prognostic parameters such as hepatic metastasis, recurrence after surgery, and survival. The phenotypic and genotypic properties analyzed in the captured portal CTCs can assist us to comprehend tumor heterogeneity and predicting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. The investigations to date are limited by small sample sizes and varied CTC detection techniques. Therefore, a large number of prospective studies are required to confirm portal CTCs as a valid biomarker in pancreatic cancer.

        증강현실을 이용한 차체 조립시스템의 재구성

        Nowadays, the global market requires a variety of products and shorter life cycle to fulfill the diverse demands of customers. To survive in the turbulent and competitive markets, automobile assembly companies must design and implement manufacturing systems that respond rapidly to market demands. In this paper, methods for reconfiguring system based on modular concept is proposed using AR(Augmented reality) technologies. First, the relationship matrixes between change drivers and system components are generated to divide existing manufacturing system to each module. And, new change drivers are selected based on required function in new system. Through the modification of relationship matrix, the concept design of new system is proposed and implemented in AR environment. Finally, according to proposed methods and procedure in this paper, the existing cockpit assembly system is reconfigured to spare tire assembly system as a case study. As the use of the modular-based reconfiguration method in AR environment, the time and cost for reconfiguring manufacturing system will be reduced dramatically.

        습식 식각에 의한 실리콘 웨이퍼의 표면 및 전기적 특성변화(2) - 표면거칠기와 전기적 특성의 상관관계 -

        The relationship the between electrical properties and surface roughness (Ra) of a wet-etched silicon wafer were studied. Ra was measured by an alpha-step process and atomic force microscopy (AFM) while varying the measuring range $10{\times}10$, $40{\times}40$, and $1000{\times}1000{\mu}m$. The resistivity was measured by assessing the surface resistance using a four-point probe method. The relationship between the resistivity and Ra was explained in terms of the surface roughness. The minimum error value between the experimental and theoretical resistivities was 4.23% when the Ra was in a range of $10{\times}10{\mu}m$ according to AFM measurement. The maximum error value was 14.09% when the Ra was in a range of $40{\times}40{\mu}m$ according to AFM measurement. Thus, the resistivity could be estimated when the Ra was in a narrow range.

        국소 진행성 췌장암에서의 내시경적 국소 치료

        췌장암은 예후가 불량하며, 수술적 절제를 통해서만 완치를 기대할 수 있으나 20% 내외의 환자만이 근치적 절제가 가능한 병기에서 진단이 된다. 또한 전신 항암화학치료에 대한 반응도 좋지 않아 항암화학 요법의 개선에도 불구하고 절제 불가능한 췌장암의 예후는 특히 불량하다. 국소진행성 췌장암의 경우 조기의 적극적인 치료로 종양의 용적을 감소시켜 병기를 낮출 수 있다면 수술적 치료가 가능해질 가능성이 있기 때문에 전신 항암화학요법과 병행하는 내시경적 국소 치료의 중요성이 더욱 높다고 할 수 있다. 국소 치료의 종류로는 항암제나 바이러스 벡터를 종양에 주입하는 EUS-FNI와 RFA, IRE 등의 국소 종양제거술(local ablative therapy), 정위적 방사선 치료를 위한 표식자 삽입(fiducial marker insertion), 악성 담도 폐쇄 시 삽입한 스텐트 기능 유지를 위한 약물-배출 스텐트 삽입 등이 있다. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is one of the cancers with the poorest prognosis, and its incidence has gradually increased to become the 9th most common cancer in Korea in 2016. Surgical resection is the only treatment option to improve the cure and longterm survival rate. Unfortunately, only 10% to 20% of all pancreatic cancer patients present with resectable disease, because of common symptoms are rarely noticeable in its early stages and disease progress very quickly. Unresectable pancreatic cancer can be divided into locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) and metastatic disease. Pancreatic cancer with distant metastasis accounts for about 40–60% of the total pancreatic cancer and systemic chemotherapy is considered as standard treatment. LAPC is observed in 30–40%, defined as the tumor surrounding major blood vessels (especially, celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery) more than 180° without distant metastasis which cannot be completely removed by surgery. Standard treatment for LAPC has not yet been established, and chemotherapy and radiotherapy have mainly been used, but in most cases, response to these therapeutic options has been limited. As imaging techniques, endoscopic devices and procedures have recently been developed and the role of local endoscopic therapies for LAPC has expanded. This article provides an overview of local endoscopic treatment for LAPC such as injection therapy, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), irreversible electroporation (IRE), radiotherapy and drug-delivery stent insertion.

        ATV용 완충 프레임의 개발

        This paper is about the frame for an all terrain vehicle(ATV). An all terrain vehicle, also known as an ATV, has a seat designed to comfortably accommodate a rider over a wide variety of rugged terrain. This study developed and evaluated a buffer system to drive safely and reduce impact force on the load. The Frame includes a main frame portion which has one or more support frames. The buffer system with a double cushion system, one or more of the interaction of the shock absorber is constructed. The 3D modeling of ATV frame is built up with the software CATIA. According to the designing requirement, we analyzed the stress and the deformation of the frame.

        췌관선암종이 동시에 동반된 췌장의 장액낭선종양 1예

        장액낭성종양(serous cystic neoplasm)은 1978년 Compagno와 Oertel에 의해 처음으로 분류되었으며, 췌장낭성종양(pancreatic cystic neoplasm) 중 10-16%의 빈도를 나타낸다. 장액낭성종양은 악성화의 위험성이 있는 점액낭성종양(mucinous cystic neoplasm)이나 췌관내유두상점액종양(intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm, IPMN)과는 달리 악성화의 위험성이 거의 없다고 알려져 있다. 또한 장액낭성종양은 일반적으로 고립병터로 발견되며 췌장의 다른 낭성종양, 만성 췌장염, 췌장암과 같은 췌장 병변과 같이 존재하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 그중에서도 췌관선암종(pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma)이동반되는 경우는 거의 없다고 알려져 있다. 이에 저자들은 고이형성 췌장상피내종양(pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasm, PanIN)이 동반된 장액낭성종양과 인접한 위치에 췌관선암종이 동시에 발견된 증례를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Serous cystic neoplasm (SCN) represents 10-16% of cystic pancreatic lesions, first classified by Compagno and Oertel at 1978. In contrast to mucinous cystic neoplasm or intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of pancreas which have malignant potential, SCN is thought to be exclusively benign as solitary lesion in nearly all cases. There has been rare reported association between the SCN and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and few cases were documented their coexistence. In this report, we present the case of SCN of the pancreas with literature review in which synchronous pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasm coexist together.

        구리-알루미늄 이종재료의 브레이징 특성 향상에 관한 연구

        One of the most important considerations to braze Cu-Al dissimilar materials is control of brittle metallic compound which makes it difficult to obtain a sound brazed joint. Nowdays, several attempts were made to control the metallic compound. But effective method for controlling metallic compound was not established. In this point of view, commercially pure aluminum and copper were used as base metal and Al-Si-X and Zn-Al-X alloy systems were developed as filler metal. Brazing was carried out to find optimum conditions for Cu-Al dissilmilar joint.<br/> The results obtained in this study were summarized as follows:<br/> 1) The joint brazed by Al-Si-X filler metal showed good brazeability and mechanical properties. The tensile strength of the joint brazed over solidus temperature was more than 90% of Al base metal. Especially, the joint brazed at liquidus temperature was fractured in the Al base metal.<br/> 2) Fluorides fluxes(a mixture of potassium fluoro-aluminates) were used to improve surface cleanliness of base metal and wettability of Al-Si-X filler metal. It was melted at the temperature about 10℃ lower than that of the filler metal, and made appropriate brazing environment. Therefore, it could be a proper selection as flux.

      • Wire-cut 방전가공 조건이 STD11의 변질층에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에는 열처리된 금형강(STD11)을 사용하여 가공조건으로 가공전류, 와이어장력, 이송속도 등을 변화시켜 변질층 깊이와 경도를 현미경 조직사진을 통한 조직변화의 고찰과 경도시험을 하여 검토하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. (1) 변질층의 경도는 가공전류 3A, 와이어장력 1500gf 및 이송속도 80%일 때 Hv685(HRC59.5)로 가장 높았다. (2) 변질층의 깊이는 가공전류 3A이며 와이어장렬 1500gf이고, 이송속도 80%일 때 약 6㎛로서 가장 낮았다. In this study, deformed layer thickness, hardness and microstrucre of deformed layer were investigated with the variations of peak current, wire tension and feed rate, and the material is heat-treated STD11. The results have shown that (1) deformed layer thickness is minimum at 3A, 1500gf, and 80% and (2) hardness is the highest at peak current 3A, wire tension 1500gf and feed rate 80%.
