        채널 유동장 내에 배열된 전자부품의 강제대류 냉각 특성에 관한 연구(I) -채널과 발열부품의 높이 비(H/B)의 영향(히트싱크가 부착되지 않은 경우)-

        Present study is concerned with an experimental study on the cooling characteristics of heat-generating components arranged in channels which are made by printed circuit boards. To assess the thermal performance of the heat-generating components arranged by $5\times11$ in flow channel, three variables are used: the velocity of the fluid at the entrance, the height of channel, and row number of the component. The cooling characteristics of the heat-generating components such as the surface temperature rise, the adiabatic temperature rise, the adiabatic heat transfer coefficient, and the effect of thermal wake are compared with the result of the experiment and the numerical analysis. Based on the experiment analysis, some conclusions can be drawn: First of all, the experiment and numerical analysis are identical comparatively; the heat transfer coefficient increases as H/B decreases. Howeve., when H/B is over 7.2, the effect of H/B is rather trivial. The effect is the biggest at the first component from the entrance, and it decreases until the fully developed flow, where it becomes very consistent. The thermal wake function calculated for each row decreases as H/B increases.

        국내 해양시설의 신고 현황과 관리 방안에 관한 연구 2. 지역별 및 시설종류별 현황을 중심으로

        2009년 말 기준의 국내 해양시설 신고 현황을 지역별 및 시설 종류별로 분석하고 국가차원의 관리방안을 제안하였다. 여수청에 신고한 시설이 8가지 종류로 가장 다양하였으나 포항청, 대산청 및 제주해양관리단에 신고한 시설이 각각 3가지 종류에 불과하였다. 기름 및 유해액체물질 저장시설은 모든 지방청의 신고 실적이 있고 시설의 수도 가장 많은 종류이며, 여수청과 마산청이 각 38개소로 공동 1위를, 평택청이 11개소로 최하위를 차지하였다. 오염물질저장시설은 마산청이 4개소, 동해청과 목포청이 각 2개소, 여수청, 군산청 및 평택청이 각 1개소였으며 나머지 지방청에는 신고 실적이 없었다. 선박건조 수리 해체시설은 모든 지방청의 신고 실적이 있는 종류이며, 전국 시설(조선소)의 45%가 마산청과 부산청 관할의 남해 동부해역에 집중되었다. 하역시설은 부산청과 목포청이 각 3개소, 대산청이 1개소였으며 나머지 지방청은 신고 실적이 없었다. 폐기물저장시설은 울산청이 5개소, 군산청이 4개소, 인천청이 2개소, 여수청이 1개소였으며 나머지 지방청에는 신고 실적이 없었다. 취수 배수시설은 전국의 65%가 포항지역과 목포지역에 집중되었고, 유어장은 전국의 78%가 마산지역에 집중되었다. 그 밖의 시설은 동해청이 4개소, 마산청이 3개소, 여수청과 평택청이 각 2개소, 인천청과 울산청이 각 1개소였으며 나머지 지방청에는 신고 실적이 없었다. 종합해양과학기지는 제주해양관리단이 3개소, 여수청, 울산청 및 군산청 각각 1개소였으나 나머지 지방청에는 신고 실적이 없었다. 해양시설에 대한 국가차원의 관리방안으로는 지방청별 여건을 고려한 관리, 시설 종류별 특성을 고려한 관리, 관계 법령 및 규정의 개정, 해양시설 종류별 이행사항 숙지 및 준수, 국가적 견지의 적극적 관리조치 등을 제안하였다. Present state of nationwide marine facilities reported to 12 regional maritime affairs and port offices of MLTM in Korea for two years 2008 and 2009 was analyzed based on region and type of facilities, and national management plan was proposed in this study. As of the end of 2009, 8 types of marine facilities were reported to Yeosu regional maritime affairs and port office, while only 3 types of facilities were reported to Pohang, Daesan and Jeju regional offices, respectively. Oil and noxious liquid substances storage facilities belonged in the type of facility which was reported to all of 12 regional offices, and ranged from 11 facilities reported to Pyeongtaek regional office to the respective 38 facilities to Yeosu and Masan regional offices. In pollutants storage facilities, 4 facilities were reported to Masan regional office, 2 facilities to Donghae and Mokpo regional offices, respectively, 1 facility to Yeosu, Gunsan and Pyeongtaek regional offices, respectively, and none of facilities to the other regional offices. Ship construction, repair and scrap facilities belonged in the type of facility which was reported to all of 12 regional offices, and 45% of the facilities were concentrated in Southeastern Sea of Korea centering around Busan and Masan. In cargo handling facilities, 3 facilities were reported to Busan and Masan regional offices, respectively, 1 facility to Daesan regional office, and none of facilities to the other regional offices. In wastes storage facilities, 5 facilities were reported to Ulsan regional office, 4 facilities to Gunsan regional office, 2 facilities to Incheon regional office, 1 facility to Yeosu regional office, and none of facilities to the other regional offices. 65% of nationwide water intake and drainage facilities were concentrated in the areas of Pohang and Mokpo, and 78% of nationwide fishing spots at play were concentrated in the area of Masan. In other marine facilities, 4 facilities were reported to Donghae regional office, 3 facilities to Masan regional office, 2 facilities to Yeosu and Pyeongtaek regional offices, respectively, 1 facility to Incheon and Ulsan regional offices, respectively, and none of facilities to the other regional offices. In integrated marine science base facilities, 3 facilities were reported to Jeju regional office, 1 facility to Yeosu, Ulsan and Gunsan regional offices, respectively, and none of facilities to the other regional offices. The management based on the circumstances of regional offices, the management based on the characteristics of the type of facilities, the amendment of the relevant rules and regulations, facility owner's full knowledge and observance of the relevant rules and regulations with regard to the relevant type of facilities, and positive management actions from national point of view were proposed for national management plans of marine facilities.

        바이오에너지 원료작물 생산 및 연구동향

        The increasing industrialization of the world has led to precipitous rise for the demand of petroleum-based fuels. The world is presently confronted with the twin crises of fossil fuel depletion and environmental pollution. The search for alternative fuels, which promise a harmonious correlation with sustainable development, energy conservation, efficiency and environmental preservation, has become highly pronounced in the present. Bioenergy is playing an increasingly important role as an alternative and renewable source of energy. Use of Bioenergy has several potential environmental advantages. The most important perhaps is reduction in life cycle greenhouse gases emissions relatives petroleum fuels, since bioenergy is derived from plants which convert Carbon dioxide ($CO_{2}$) into Carbohydrates in their growth. Bioenergy includes solid biomass, biomas and liquid bio-fuels which are fuels derived from crop plants, and include biomass that's directly burned. The two most important bio liquid fuels today are bioethanol from fermenting grain, grass, straw or wood, and biodiesel from plant seed oil.

        A<sup>2</sup>/O공정과 수정 Phostrip공정과의 질소 및 인제거 특성비교

        An experimental study for the comparison of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies between $A^2/O$ and modified Phostrip (M-Phostrip process) were carried out with bench-scale reactors. In case of nitrogen removal efficiencies both of processes showed similar ones when influent organic loadings were high. However, M-phostrip process was more effective than $A^2/O$ at low organic loadings. This is why M-phostrip process consumes the whole mass of influent organics as a carbon sources for denitrification in anoxic reactor but the anoxic reactor of $A^2/O$ process utilizes the residual carbon followed by consumming a part of influent carbon for phosphorus release in anaerobic reactor. $A^2/O$ process required the influent COD/T-P and COD/TKN ratios were more than 56 and 10, respectively, to take place the phosphorus release in anaerobic process and phosphorus uptake in oxic process. However, the luxury uptake of phosphorus in M-phostrip process was not affected by influent COD/T-P and COD/TKN ratios and the adverse effect of nitrate in return sludge introduced to the p-stripper from the 2nd clarifier was not significant due to the configurational advantage of the p-stripper.

        국내 해양시설의 신고 현황과 관리 방안에 관한 연구 1. 전국의 해양시설 현황을 중심으로

        국내에서 2008년과 2009년 국토해양부장관에게 신고한 해양시설의 전국 현황을 분석한 결과, 2009년 말 현재 총 672개소의 해양시설이 전국의 동 서 남해 해안에 산재하였다. 마산지방해양항만청에 신고한 해양시설 수가 124개소로 전국의 약 18.5%를, 목포청과 포항청에 신고한 해양시설은 공히 69개소로 전국의 약 10.3%를 각각 차지하였다. 마산청과 부산청에 신고한 해양시설의 합계가 181개소로 전국의 26.9%를 차지함으로써 전국 해양시설의 4분의 1이상이 부산과 마산을 중심으로 하는 남해 동부해역에 집중되었다. 기름 및 유해액체물질 저장시설은 320개소로 전국 해양시설 총 672개소의 47.6%를 차지하여 시설 종류별 1위였다. 오염물질저장시설은 11개소로 1.6%를, 선박 건조, 수리 및 해체 시설은 178개소로 26.5%를, 하역시설은 7개소로 1.0%를, 폐기물해양배출업자의 폐기물저장시설은 12개소로 1.8%를, 연면적 $100m^2$ 이상의 해상관광시설, 주거시설(호텔 콘도), 음식점은 전혀 신고가 없었고, 관경의 지름이 600mm 이상의 취수 배수시설은 88개소로 13.1%를, 유어장은 37개소로 5.5%를, 그 밖의 시설은 13개소로 1.9%를, 국가해양관측을 위한 종합해양과학기지는 6개소로 0.9%를 차지하였다. 해양시설 관리방안으로는 해양시설 신고제도의 계도 및 홍보, 신고제도 및 관리방안의 개선, 신고업무 처리의 개선 및 보완, 신고제도에 대한 해양시설 설치자의 자발적 참여 및 준수사항 이행 등을 제안하였다. Present state of nationwide marine facilities reported to Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs{MLTM} in Korea for two years 2008 and 2009 was analyzed, and management plan was proposed in this study. As of the end of 2009, total number of nationwide marine facilities was reported to be 672 and to be scattered along the coasts all over the nation. 124 marine facilities reported to Masan regional maritime affairs and port office occupied 18.5% of total nationwide number. 69 marine facilities reported to Mokpo regional office and 69 marine facilities reported to Pohang regional office occupied 10.3%, respectively. 181 marine facilities reported to Busan and Masan regional offices occupied 26.9%, meaning that about a quarter of total nationwide marine facilities concentrated in Southeastern Sea of Korea centering around Busan and Masan. 320 oil and noxious liquid substances storage facilities occupied 47.6% of total nationwide number. 11 pollutant storage facilities occupied 1.6%. 178 ship construction, repair and scrap facilities occupied 26.5%. 7 cargo handling facilities occupied 1.0%. 12 waste storage facilities occupied 1.8%. none of marine facilities for tourism, housing and restaurant were reported. 88 water intake and outlet facilities occupied 13.1%. 37 fishing spots at play occupied 5.5%. 13 other marine facilities occupied 1.9%. 6 integrated marine science base facilities occupied 0.9% of total nationwide number. The guidance and the public relation for national report system of marine facilities, the improvement of national report system and management plan, the advancement and complement of national report affairs-handling guides, and the voluntary participation in national report system and the performance of duties by the owners of marine facilities were proposed for better management plan of marine facilities.

        앙성자 및 감마선을 처리한 유채 $M_2$ 세대의 소포자로부터 반수체 배발생

        양성자와 감마선 조사한 추파형 유채 $M_2$세대의 화뢰의 소포자 배발생에 대해 조사하였다. 세 가지 유채품종 '한라', '내한'과 '탐미' 유채종자를 각각 400 Gy와 600 Gy의 양성자와 감마선으로 전처리 하였다. 일부 종의 양성자와 감마선 조사구에서 배발생이 증가되었고 대조구보다 높았다. 품종별로는 '내한'유채가 배발생 빈도가 가장 높았고 '탐미' 유채가 가장 낮았다. 드물게 배상체로부터 바로 소식물체가 형성되었고 대부분은 비정상적으로 multilobe가 형성되었다. 배상체로부터 식물체가 성공적으로 재분화 되었고 화분에 순화되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of proton ion and gamma-ray irradiation on microspore culture of the flower buds of $M_2$ generation in winter type of Brassica napus L. ssp. oleifera. The seeds of three rape varieties, 'Halla', 'Naehan' and 'Tammi' were pretreated with proton ion and gamma-ray 400 Gy and 600 Gy, respectively. When microspore culture techniques were used, embryogenesis was increased in some varieties by proton ion and gamma-ray irradiation treated flower buds of $M_2$ generation than control. In genotypes 'Naehan' showed the highest embryo production frequency, but 'Tammi' showed lowest embryo production frequency. Some of the embryoids developed directly into plantlets, whereas others developed abnormally multilobe. Plants were regenerated and successfully acclimatized in pots.

      • 쌍곡선 단면을 가진 반경휜에서의 열전달에 관한 연구

        In this paper, temperature distributions in radial fin of hyperbolic profile for steady -state with no heat generation are obtained by one-dimensional analytical method, finite difference method and experiment respectively. Heat flow rate and fin efficiency from the fin model are obtained by analytical method. To compare the exact solutions obtained by theoretical analysis with the results obtained by finite difference method, cylindrical shape is selected. Particularly, equations of finite difference method for cylindrical shape with irregular boundary are rearranged and formulated. Consequently, temperature distributions in radial fin can certify that are similar to exact solutions. From theoretical analysis, the effects according to heat flow rate and fin efficiency are related to variation of parameters which are fin thickness ${\delta}_o$, fin base temperature $T_o$, thermal conductivity K with same basic dimensions and the fleets are studied and compared.

        일방향 복합재료 Single Lap접합 조인트의 파손 모드 및 강도 I. 실험

        본 연구에서는 몇 가지 접합 방법에 따라 일방향 복합재료 단일 겹치기 접합 조인트의 파손 과정, 모드 및 강도를 실험적으로 평가하였다 접합 방법으로는 접착제 없는 동시성형, 접착제를 사용한 동시성형 및 이차 접합의 세 가지를 고려하였다 또한 이차 접합 조인트에서 몇 가지 파라미터의 영향도 살펴보았다. 접착제 없는 동시성형 시편은 가장 우수한 조인트 강도를 나타내었다. 이차접합 조인트에서는 접착제 층의 점진적인 파손이 발생하였다. 접착제의 재료 및 접합 강도가 상대적으로 강한 필름 접착제의 동시성형 조인트는 갑작스런 층간분리 파손이 발생하였으며 이차 접합 조인트보다 더 낮은 파손 강도를 나타내었다. 이차 집합 조인트에서 층간분리 파손이 발생하지 않은 것은 접착제 층에서의 균열 진전 및 점진적 파손이 층간분리 파손을 방지한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 복합재료 접합 조인트의 파손 강도는 접착제의 재료 강도 또는 접착 성능과 항상 비례하지 않으며 이것은 복합재료가 층간 분리 파손에 약하기 때문이다. Failure process, mode and strength of unidirectional composite single lap bonded joints were investigated experimentally with respect to bonding methods, those are, co-curing with and without adhesive and secondary bonding. The co-cured joint specimens without adhesive had the largest failure strength. Progressive failures along the adhesive layer occurred in the secondary bonded specimens. In the co-cured specimens with adhesive film which had better material strength and adhesion performance, delamination failure occurred and the joint strengths were less than those of secondary bonded specimens. Delamination failure did not occur in the secondary bonded specimens because of earlier crack growth and progressive failure in the adhesive layer. Therefore, failure strength of composite bonded Joints were not always proportionate to material strength and adhesion performance of the adhesive due to the weakness of delamination in composite materials. The effects of surface roughness, bondline thickness and fillets were also studied on secondary bonded specimens.

        액아배양을 통한 쇠무릎(Achyranthes japonica)의 대량증식

        쇠무릎(A. japonica) 다량증식 방법의 일환으로 액아를 이용한 multiple shoot유도를 위한 최적 조건을 조사하였다. 기내에서 증식하고 있는 식물체로부터 액아를 적출하여 NAA, 2,4-D 및 BA가 여러 농도로. 첨가된 MS 배지(3% sucrose, 0.2% gelrite)에서 6주 간 배양한 결과, shoot의 발생은 1mg/L NAA와 2mg/L BA가 첨가된 처리구에서 액아 당 평균 25.8개로 가장 많았다. 신초의 발생 빈도는 조금 낮지만 발생된 신초가 완전한 식물체로 되기 위한 크기를 고려할 때의 조합은 0.5 mg/L NAA와 1 mg/L BA가 첨가된 처리구에서 액아 당 19.7개의 신초가 발생하여 가장 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 한편 발생된 신초는 절취하여 0.1mg/L IBA가 첨가된 1/2 MS 배지에서 배양했을 때 뿌리의 발생과 신장이 가장 양호하였으며, 식물체의 생육도 왕성하였다. 발근된 식물체를 기외로 이식 후 활착시켜 쇠무릎의 액아 배양을 통한 다량증식의 가능성을 확인하였다. Multiple shoot formation was obtained from excised axillary buds of Achyranthes japonica NAKAI cultured on MS media containing various growth regulators such as auxin and cytokinin. The highest average number of shoots was obtained in 1 mg/L NAA and 2 mg/L BA after 6 weeks (25.8 adventitious shoots per node). Although the regeneration rate was less than the former condition, optimal combination for the production of more shoots with a suitable size was 0.5 mg/L NAA and 1 mg/L BA (19.7 adventitious shoots per node). Roots were induced from regenerated shoots after 3 weeks culture, transferred to 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L IBA. Micropropagated plants were successfully transferred to soil.
