        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of athletic performance on golf rounding traning The 15 golf players(male) were selected and divided 3group by handicap level, A Group(handicap under 5), B Group(handicap5-10), and C Group(handicap 10-15), They were played 18 hole rounding test to measurement golf performance, driving accuracy, green in regulation, putting on green, par save, and score, at pre, 4 weeks, and 8weeks, The collected data was used One Way ANOVA for data analysis, and the results of this study are as follows. 1) Statistically, A group was significant decreased between pre and 8weeks on score(p<.05). 2) Statistically, B group was significant increased among pre, 4weeks(p<.001), and 8weeks(p<.01) on green in regulation, There were significant increased between pre and 8weeks(p<.05) on par save, There were significant decreased among pre, 4weeks(p<.001), and 8weeks(p<.001) on score. 3) Statistically, C group was significant increased between pre and 8weeks(p<.01), and 4weeks and 8weeks(p<.05) on par save, There were significant decreased among pre and 4weeks(p<.05), 8weeks(p<.001) on score.

      • Alloxan 유도 당뇨병상태에서 과산화지질생성에 미치는 Brazilin의 효과

        Brazilin was tested for its ability to inhibit alloxan induced lipidperoxidation. Lipid peroxide contents in liver, kidney and serum were measured by the TBA method. ICR mice receiving alloxan at a dose of 43mg/kg via the tail vein after a 24hrs starvation showed significantly increased lipid peroxide contents as compared to untreated control. Lipid peroxide contents in liver, kidney and serum of alloxan-induced diabetic mice were dose-dependently decreased by the treatment of brazilin at a dose of 10mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 100 mg/kg for 5 days.

        정상인과 편마비 환자의 보행분석 연구

        The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specipic gait parameters for Hemiplegia Patients. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 30 Adult Hemiplegia Patients and 30 normal adult, 50 to 60 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The results were as follows; I) The mean Cadence of the adult to the hemiplegia were 108.50±11.67 steps/min, to 77.57±22.71 steps/min. 2) The mean Walking Speed of the adult to the hemiplegia were 1.07±0.18m/s, to 0.44±0.14 m/s. 3) The mean Stride Length of the adult to the hemiplegia were 1.17±0.12m, to 0.69±0.21 m. 4) The mean maximal angles of joint on the pelvic tilt for different adult or hemiplegia were 7.60±3.91°. to 9.63±4.94°.(p>0.05) 5) The mean maximal angles of joint on the hip flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 29.53±5.03°, to 25.30±9.94°.(p<O.05) 6) The mean maximal angles of joint on the knee flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 56.36±5.81°, to 41.64±17.21°.(p<0.05) 7) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle dorsiflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 16.65±2.72°,to 16.53±7,45° .(p>0.05) 8) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle plantarflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 7.11±5.42°, to 2.81±6.14°.(p<0.05)

      • 중년 여성의 운동참여 종목간 신체구성 및 생활습관의 비교

        This study was performed the comparison of body composition and lifestyle following to participating exercise events in middle-aged women. Subjects were divided to five groups by participating exercise events as non-exercise, swimming, running, aerobic dance, weight training. Abdominal circumferences showed a higher values in aerobic dance group and non-exercise group, and thigh circumference showed the highest values in aerobic dance group among groups. But skinfold thickness showed no significant differences among groups. Non-exercise group showed the lowest values of muscular volume amng groups. Lifestyle including general habits, recognition of obesity, and participating of regular exercise showed the difference between exercise and non-eercise groups. A most subjects could not satisfied the individual healthy status and body style, but have been interesting in obesity and healthful life. Although they have been performing a various exercise program for the prevention of obesity, they could not maintain the optimal body composition. Main reasons of these negative problems were suggested the irregular diet habit and negative lifestyle.

        The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specific gait parameters for Parkinson's Disease Patients. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 5 patients, 5 men and 65 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The temporal gait parameters and kinematic parameters is data of Parkinson's Disease Patients. The results were as follows; 1. The cadence, velocity, stride length decreased and single limb support period, double limb support period increased than normal adult in the temporal parameters. 2. The mean angles of joint pelvic tilt and hip, knee, ankle joint decreased than normal adult at kinematic characteristics on sagittal plane. 3. The mean angles of joint pelvic tilt and hip, knee joint has no difference than normal adult at kinematic characteristics on coronal plane. 4. The mean angles of joint pelvic tilt, hip joint no difference and internal, external rotation in ankle joint significantly decreased than normal adult at kinematic characteristics on transverse plane.

        마이너리티 차별과 인정 갈등 : 서울시 자치구 비교를 중심으로

        사회 양극화의 심화에 따라 주요한 갈등의 형태는 분배의 차원에서 인정의 차원으로 확대 재생산되고 있다. 본 연구는 이 같은 한국사회의 갈등 지형의 변화 속에서 무시와 배제의 대상이 되는 마이너리티의 생산동학을 알아보고, 특히 서울시 25개 자치구를 대상으로 이들에 대한 차별 수준을 비교하고자 하였다. 우선 한국사회에서 마이너리티는 결핍, 열등, 취향, 중독의 영역에서 생산되고 있는 것으로 나타나, 마이너리티의 생산이 경제적 영역을 넘어서 문화적 영역으로 확산되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 서울시 25개 자치구에서 마이너리티 차별 수준은 알콜중 독자, 트랜스젠더, 게이머가 가장 높았으며, 이는 한국사회의 주요 갈등이 중독이나 취향을 중심으로 형성될 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 좀 더 구체적으로 서울시 자치구의 마이너리티 차별 특성을 분석한 결과, 주로 외국인 노동자의 밀집도가 높은 하층 지역은 상층 지역에 비해 빈곤노인, 새터민, 기초생활 수급자와 같은 결핍집단에 대한 차별이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 과거 빈부간 갈등의 표출로써 결핍집단에 대한 차별은 최근 들어 하층 계급 내부에서 더욱 활발히 이루어지는 것으로 해석된다. 한편, 문화자본이 높은 지역(강남 3구)은 낮은 지역(강북 3구)에 비해 비혼자, 비만인, 키 작은 남자 등과 같은 열등집단과 트랜스 젠더, 오타쿠, 게이머와 같은 취향집단에 대한 차별 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 상층계급 내에서는 인접집단과 경계가 외모나 신체, 취향을 기준으로 형성되고 있음을 의미한다. 이상의 결과는 갑을관계, 루저 등으로 대표되는 한국사회의 갈등이 계급 내부에서 서로 다른 양상으로 전개되며 마이너리티가 생산하고 있음을 보여준다. 이 같은 상황적 계층화가 일반 대중들 다수에게 타당한 것으로 수용될 때 이들에 대한 차별과 배제는 구조적으로 고착화되고 만다. 양극화 사회에서 마이너리티는 일상생활의 모든 국면에서 생산될 수있다는 점에서 갈등관리의 차원을 넘어 근본적인 인정 정의의 차원에서그 해법을 모색할 필요가 있다. As the polarization of society becomes more intense, the types of conflicts are expanded from the dimension of distribution to the dimension of recognition. The minority is the most obvious example of this change. The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamics of minority production in the area of conflicts in Korean society and to compare the discrimination levels of 25 regions(Gu) in Seoul. First of all, minority is produced in the domain of lack, inferiority, taste, and addiction in Korean society. It is confirmed that the production of minority is spreading beyond the economic dimension to the cultural dimension. In addition, among the 25 regions(Gu) in Seoul, the level of minority discrimination was the highest against alcoholics, transgenders and gamers. And, it is revealed that major conflicts in Korean society will be centered on addiction or taste. In more details, discrimination against people such as poor elderly, defectors, and welfare recipients appears to be higher in the poorer regions where foreign workers are concentrated. It is interpreted that the discrimination against the deficient group which was considered as the conflict between the rich and the poor is more prevalent in the lower class recently. On the other hand, regions with high cultural capital (Gangnam 3 gus) show higher levels of discrimination against the groups of inferior such as unmarried, obese, short guy. And also, the discrimination is higher against the groups based on tastes such as transgender, Otaku and gamer. This means that in the upper class, the boundaries between the adjacent groups are formed based on their appearance, body, and taste. The above results show that conflicts in Korean society represented by ‘Gab-eul’ relationship or the politics of loser are spreading in various directions within the class. It also shows that discrimination against ethnic minorities is created in this process. When such situational stratification is properly accommodated by the general public, discrimination and exclusion against them are structured. In a polarized society, in terms of minority peoples can be produced in all aspects of everyday life, the problem of discrimination against minorities needs to be transformed into a more fundamental level of recognitional justice beyond the management of conflicts.

        학교 폭력 피해 경험에 따른 발달적 변화

        The current study examines the developmental trajectories of school violence victimization during the period from 8th graders to 12th graders. The current study also tries to find out any meaningful victimization pattern during the five year period. In addition to the pattern of victimization experience-the latent trajectory classes, the current study also examines the different longitudinal changes of the relational, psychological, and emotional factors as well as delinquency and delinquent friends. The results are as follows. First, based on the KYPS(Korean Youth Panel Study) which includes 8th graders to 12th graders, there are only two significant patterns of school violence victimization . no victimization group and chronic victimization group. During the middle and high school period, there are only two distinct trajectories of victimization. Second, the results of GMM analysis indicate that the changes of other socio/relational/emotional/delinquent factors are emerged by the two distinct trajectory classes. The chronic victimization group has the highest initial average in the negative emotions such as anger and depression. And also, the chronic group tends to show little longitudinal changes over the time period compared to the no victimization group.

        Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is characterized by the complex interaction of cells involved in chronic inflammation and fibrosis. KCNJ2 plays critical roles in maintaining the resting potential and controlling excitability of the cells. KCNJ2 has been revealed to involve in the development of cardiac fibrosis. However, the functional importance of KCNJ2 has not been evaluated in IPF. KCNJ2 mRNA expression was measured using real time PCR. The protein concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluids obtained from normal controls (n=30) and from patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (n=84), non-specific interstitial pneumonia (n=10), hypersensitivity pneumonitis (n=10), and sarcoidosis (n=10). KCNJ2 mRNA levels were significantly higher in IPF-fibroblasts(n=14) than those in controls(n=10). KCNJ2 protein levels were significantly higher in the IPF patients than those in the NC [0.039(0.00-0.107ng/ug) vs. 1.299(0.228-3.975ng/ug), p=1.168E-9], those in the NSIP [0.042(0.006-1.262ng/ug), p=0.022], those in the HP [0.777(0.000-0.539ng/ug), p=0.006] and those in the sarcoidosis patients [0.026(0.011-0.099ng/ug), p=0.0001]. ROC curve showed a clear difference between the IPF patients and NC (AUC=0.875). A cut-off value (0.1771ng/ug) possessed 82.5% accuracy with 90.0% specificity and 79.8% sensitivity between the IPF patients and NC. KCNJ2 may be associated with the development of IPF. Furthermore, the KCNJ2 in BAL fluids may be useful for differentiating IPF from other chronic interstitial lung diseases.

        Radiopacity of contemporary luting cements using conventional and digital radiography

        Purpose: This study evaluated the radiopacity of contemporary luting cements using conventional and digital radiography. Materials and Methods: Disc specimens (N=24, n=6 per group, ø$7mm{\times}1mm$) were prepared using 4 resin-based luting cements (Duolink, Multilink N, Panavia F 2.0, and U-cem). The specimens were radiographed using films, a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor, and a photostimulable phosphor plate (PSP) with a 10-step aluminum step wedge (1 mm incremental steps) and a 1-mm-thick tooth cut. The settings were 70 kVp, 4 mA, and 30 cm, with an exposure time of 0.2 s for the films and 0.1 s for the CMOS sensor and PSP. The films were scanned using a scanner. The radiopacity of the luting cements and tooth was measured using a densitometer for the film and NIH ImageJ software for the images obtained from the CMOS sensor, PSP, and scanned films. The data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests. Results: Multilink (3.44-4.33) showed the highest radiopacity, followed by U-cem (1.81-2.88), Panavia F 2.0 (1.51-2.69), and Duolink (1.48-2.59). The $R^2$ values of the optical density of the aluminum step wedge were 0.9923 for the films, 0.9989 for the PSP, 0.9986 for the scanned films, and 0.9266 for the CMOS sensor in the linear regression models. Conclusion: The radiopacities of the luting materials were greater than those of aluminum or dentin at the same thickness. PSP is recommended as a detector for radiopacity measurements because of its accuracy and convenience.
