      • 農作物 害蟲의 天敵 거미類의 分布와 그 生態 硏究 : 慶北 聞慶地域의 山間田作地와 그 周邊의 거미類를 中心으로

        聞慶地域의 山間 田作地의 콩밭과 참깨밭, 그 주변에 서식하는 거미相에 대한 硏究調査 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수집된 거미류의 총 개체수는 722마리였으며 동정· 분류 결과는 15科 39屬 63種이었다. 2. 優占科로는 Lycosidae(37.7%), Araneidae(32.0%) and Thomisidae(12.1%)의 순이었다. 3. 優占屬으로는 Pordosa(36.0%), Misumenops(8.4%), Cyclosa(8.2%), Neriene(5.0%), Argiope(4.8%)와 Neoscona(4.8%)의 순으로 나타났다. 4. 優占種을 보면 별늑대거미(Pardosa astrigera 178), 꽃게거미(Misumenops tricuspidatus 55), 넷혹먼지거미(Cyclosa sedeculata 45), 중국늑대거미(Pardosa hedini 39), 긴호랑거미(Argiope bruennichii 34), 안경무늬왕거미(Metleucauge yunohamensis 29)와 무당거미(Nephila clavata 29)의 順으로 나타났다. 5. 優占種들은 山間 田作地의 농작물과 그 주변의 山林害蟲防除를 위한 天敵으로 이용이 가능하다고 사려되는 바이다. The results investigated of the fauna and ecology of spiders of Soybean and Sesame fields in Moon-Kyung area is summarized as follows; 1. 722 individuals of spiders were collected and identified 15 families, 39 genus and 63 species. 2. The major families are Lycosidae(37.7%), Araneidae(32.0%) and Thomisidae(12.1%). 3. The major genera are Pardosa(36.0%), Misumenops(8.4%), Cyclosa(8.2%), Neriene(5.0%), Argiope(4.8%) and Neoscona(4.8%). 4. The major species are Pardosa astrigera, Misumenops tricuspidants, Cyclosa sedeculata, Pardosa hedini, Argiope bruennichii, Metleucauge yunohamensis and Nephila clavata. 5. All of major species are considered as the natural enemy of Soybean and Sesame field and the forest around upland.

      • 기둥유사법에 의한 비대칭 변단면 사각형골조의 해석

        The column analogy method is most useful in the analysis of beams, curved members like arches and rigid frame with two fixed supports. The analysis of these structures by the method of consistent deformation involves the solutions of three simultaneous equations because these structures are statically indeterminate to the third degree. In the column analogy method, however, the moment at any point in the given structure can be computed directedly and easily. In this paper, only the bending moments for the unsymmetrical nonprismatic quardrangular frames are to be formulated in general expressions and to be tabulated by the computer. To see how the tabulated data are applied, one example of bending moment calculations of unsymmetrical nonprismatic quadrangular frame will be given.

      • 백서에서 신 허혈성 손상에 미치는 칼슘 길항제의 효과

        Renal ischemia is one of the most common causes of acute renal failure. Four factors related to the pathogenesis of acute renal failure are vasoconstriction, decreased glomerular filtration rate, tubular back leak of filtrate, and intratubular obstruction. The cellular response to renal ischemic insults include decreased content of adenosine trihosphate, lipid peroxidation induced membrane degradation, alteration in cellular pH, and calcium or phospholipase induced mitochondrial dysfunction. Much attention has been given to the role of increased cellular calcium as a pathogenetic contributor to cell injury during ischemia. Author studied the protective effects of calcium antagonists on cellular injury during renal ischemia in rat. To investigate the protective role of these agents, author measured the amount of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the enzyme activities of free radical scarvengers-superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase from non-pretreated group and calcium antagonists pretreated groups in control, ischemia and reflow subgroups. The results were summerized as follows: 1) The amount of MDA in non-pretreated group was higher in the reflow compared with the control(<p<0.01). But, in all pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the amount of MDA. 2) The SOD activity in non-pretreated group was lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But, in both verapamil and trifluoperazine-pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the SOD activity. 3) Both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities in non-pretreated group were lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But in all pretreated groups, there was no statically difference in both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities. These results suggest that free radical mediated ischemic injury by renal artery clamp in rat can be protected by intraperitoneal pretreatment with calcium antagonists. As trifluoperazine has a protective effect in renal ischemia, the calcium activated calmodulin dependent enzyme may play a role in renal ischemic injury.

      • 측백나무 추출물의 Monoamine Oxidase 저해활성

        Monoamine oxidase (MAO) exists in the outer membrane of mitochondria and contained a flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD). MAO is classified into two forms, A-type (MAO-A) and B-type (MAO-B) on the basis of their different specifications toward substrates and inhibitors. This study was carried out to identify inhibitory components on MAO from Thuja orientalis seed extract by bioassay- guided isolation. The seeds of Thuja orientalis was extracted with 80% MeOH, and the MeOH extract was fractionated with n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate and n-butanol successively. The n-hexane and chloroform fraction showed relatively high inhibitory activity on MAO. Among the fractions from n-hexane layer through silicagel column chromatography, the fractions 2, 3 and 4 showed strong inhibitory activity on MAO

      • 카메라를 이용한 이동 로보트 주행 제어

        This paper presents the navigation method for a mobile robot which uses a single camera and fluorescent lamp as a guide mark, projected on a convex mirror. The current position and heading direction of the mobile robot are obtained from the image of the guide mark. While the mobile robot travels to a goal position, the current position and heading direction of the mobile robot are updated continuously and the desired path and actual moving path are displayed on the monitor screen in real time. This proposed method eliminates the need to rotate the camera to track the guide mark, since a panoramic view of the surrounding area is available from the convex mirror, and natural guide marks such as usual florescent lamp on the ceiling or door frame can be used for navigation.

        파노라마 X선 사진을 이용한 무치악 환자의 방사선학적 연구

        The author has examined the abnormalities in panoramic radiographs of 668 edentulous patients. The distribution, type, incidence, and location of all abnomalities were analized, and the distances between alveoar crest and anatomical structures were measures. (Maxillary measurements were performed between alveloar crest and lower margin of the maxillary sinus and mandibular measurements between alveolar crest and upper edge of the mental foramen). The obtained results were as follows ; 1. Of the 668 panoramic radiographs examined, 103(15.4%) showed one or more abnormalities. 2. The incidence of abnormalities was decreased by years, which was 22.0% in 1970's and 16.8% in 1980's and 12.1% in 1990's. 3. The distribution of abnormalities as follows ; 43(40.2%) superficial root fragments, 24(22.4%) impacted teeth, 9(8.4%) imbedded root fragments, 7(6.5%) cysts, 7(6.5%) fractures, 5(4.7%) foreign bodies, 5(4.7%) abnormal radiolucencies, 4(3.7%) abnormal radiopacities, 2(1.9%) bony defects, 1(0.9) tumor. 4. In the location of abnormalities, 42 cases(35.3%) were in the maxillary posterior region, 26 cases(21.8%) were in the maxillary anterior region, 20 cases(24.4%) were in the mandibular posterior region and 18 cases(15.1%) were in the mandibular anterior region. 5. In the distance between alveolar crest and maxillary sinus, 109 cases(9.7%) were below 0.5mm, 757 cases(67.6%) were between 0.5mm and 10mm, 254 cases(22.7%) were above 100mm. In the distance between alveolar crest and mental foramen, 73 cases(8.8%) were below 0.5mm, 501 cases(60.7%) were between 0.5mm and 10mm and 252 cases(30.5) were above 100mm.

      • Polypeptide 성장인자의 second messenger가 c-fos 및 c-myc 발현에 미치는 영향

        Various polypeptide growth factors stimulate the expression of c-fos and c-myc genes. To elucidate the mechanism by which growth factors stimulate these genes we investigate the effect of agents which mimic second messengers on the expression of c-fos and c-myc proto-oncogene. TPA and A23187 increased the amount of the e-fos and c-myc mRNA respectively and also showed synergistic effect in the expression of c-fos. The effect of TPA and IBMX on the expression of c-fos was different from that of c-myc.

        주기적 정성적분석을 통한 훈련목표 제공이 남자 역도 인상기술 향상에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is searching for technical merits and demerits of each weight lifting player through qualitative motion analysis system. Moreover, It is also analysis the repeating the establishment of exercise purpose and studying for the effect of the field adaptation. The subject of this study was five male weight lifting players who have been engaged in Korean Delegation Team. The institution of exercise target was made through two times qualitative analysis and the result of studying for the effect of the field adaptation was produced before offering feedback. Moreover, two time analysis added after offering feedback. All analysis was based on 2-D visual analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Maximal barbell moving speed in starting phase was decreased after offering feedback. This result implies advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 2. From starting posture to 앉아받기, forward and backward moving distance of hip joint was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 3. In terms of pull phase, forward and backward moving distance of hip and shoulder joint was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 4. In terms of pull phase, the difference of horizontal value of coordinates was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 5. In terms of pull phase, the motion range of hip joint was decreased after offering feedback in three of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them were not variable or narrow decreasing. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 6. From apex point of barbell to ? 6} =?j, the difference of barbell height was decreased after offering feedback in three of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them weren't variable or narrow increasing. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 7. In terms of last-pull phase, the angular velocity of knee joint was increased after offering feedback in four of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them, only one subject, decreased. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 8. In terms of last-pull, the conversional tendency of maximal extension to flextion came out all but simultaneously without offering feedback in four of five subjects. This is well-performed technique. Only one subject, however, could not use power effectively because the fact that his maximal extension came out in serial, from ankle to knee and waist means dispersion of power. In addition to, after offering feedback, only one subject made increasing the maximal extension of knee in last-pull and this result represents advancement of skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them could not make meaningful development after offering feedback. 9. It might be assumed that searching for technical merits and demerits of each weight lifting player through qualitative motion analysis system could improve player's skill.

        디지털 영상인식 방법을 통한 자세평가 및 운동가동범위 측정시스템 개발

The purpose of this study is development of posture evaluation and Range of Motion(ROM) system by using digital vision analysis method. The results of this study are as follows. First, Scoliosis evaluation through this research measurement system represent 3mm error in 7 cervical point and deepest lumbar point, 0.7mm error in other point. This mean this research measurement system have a reliability for scoliosis evaluation. Second, for spine line evaluation on high fat subject, we need reconstrection spine line after mesurement for fat thickness in 7 cervical point and deepest lumbar point. Third, In pedioscope error test, it present 0.01848cm in X axis and 0.01757cm in Y axis. This results mean pedioscope have a reliability foot evaluation. Forth, Posture evaluation and Range of Motion measurement system by using digital vision analysis method can fast measure in range of motion and foot evaluation and posture. therefore we can expect this system application in young people posture clinic center and hospital and so on.

      • Colo 320 세포에서 Streptomyces sp. No.2303 배양추출액의 항암활성 작용기작의 규명

        Streptomyces sp. No. 2303 was selected previously by its cytotoxic effect against human lung carcinoma A549 cells and its inhibitory activity to expression of oncogene, c-myc. In this study, the cytotoxic effect of N0.2303 on c-myc amplified human cancer cell, Colo320 DM and HSR was performed by using 3-(4,5-dimethyltiazol-2-yl)2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. Culture extract of No.2303 showed cytotoxic effect and induced DNA fragmentation which is hallmark of apoptosis in Colo320 DM and HSR cells. To elucidate the action mechanism of culture extract of No.2303, the effect of messengers of polypeptide growth factors on the anticaner activity of No.2303 was investigated. 12-0-tetradecanoyl phorbol-13-acetate(TPA) and dibutyryl cAMP(db cAMP) plus 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine(IBMX) were used as second messengers of growth factor because they act like diaclyglycerol(DAG) and cAMP respectivly inside of the cells. Anticancer activity and apoptosis induced by No.2303 were inhibited by treatment with TPA and db cAMP plus IBMX. These results imply that No.2303 induce anticancer activity by inhibiting c-myc expression and inducing apoptosis through pathway which involves the activation of protein kinase C(PKC) and protein kinase A.
