정신의학 교육이 자살 중재 기술에 미치는 영향 : SIRI를 통한 예비적 연구

Having applied the suicidal intervention response inventory questionnaire estabilished by Neimeyer and macInnes on 206 medical students to find out the effects of psychiatric education on the suicide inter vention technique, the authors reached following results ; 1) After comparing the scores of the each item between school grades, we found statistically significant differences in eight items. (1, 2, 9, 12, 15, 19, 25 items) 2) After comparing the total scores between school grades, we found statistically significant differences. 3) We extracted 5 factors after analysis with the responses of the 206 medical students ; The factors were 'attention to complaint', 'establishment of therapeutic relationship', 'confrontation of suicidality', 'acceptance of emotional change', and 'dealing with resistance'. 4) After comparing the total scores of each factor between school grades, we found statically significant differences, especially in the factor 1 and factor 2. 5) The test-retest reliability of the total scores of each factor had a range of 0.326 to 0.47, and that of the total scores was 0.58.

A Joint Venture approach to the marketing, organization, and execution of a project should be considered when the combined strengths of two or more entities result in a joint organization with unique credentials in a targeted business area. A joint venture is based on a complementary relationship: one party may lack one or more major elements needed for market penetration, such as technology, design-construct capabilities, geographic location and financial strength: the other party should be able to compensate for these areas of weakness. The purpose of this study is that suggests the development direction of a joint venture and the proper organizational approach.

임상가들은 배우자의 혼외정사를 알고 깊은 시름에 잠기는 환자들을 자주 본다. 왜 인간은 배우자 한사람으로 만족하지 못하는 것일까? 이것은 인간에게서만 볼 수 있는 종 특유의 행동인가, 아니면 다른 영장류에게서 볼 수 있는 생물학적 현상인가? 인간의 혼외정사는 어떤 무의식적 원인을 가지고 있는가? 혼외정사를 예방하는 길은 없는가? 혼외정사를 알게 된 배우자를 어떻게 도울 수 있을까? 이런 의문에서 본 논문은 시작하였다. 먼저 진화론이 주장하는 혼외정사의 원인을 설명하였다. 진화론적 심리학은 혼외정사를 하나의 자연현상으로 설명하고 있었다. 남성은 유전자를 더 많이 퍼트리려는 본능에 따라 혼외정사를 하며, 여성은 더 우수한 유전자를 받아서 좋은 아이를 가지려는 유전자의 디자인에 따라 행동한다고 했다. 정신분석학에서는 리비도를 승화시키는 능력을 자아가 갖추지 못했을 때 혼외정사를 한다고 한다. 미해결된 에디푸스 컴플렉스가 원인이 되기도 한다. 마리아-창녀 컴플렉스와 돈판성격이 그 예로 제시되었다. 성 중독증의 경우는 이린 시절 사랑 받지 못한 사람이 섹스를 사랑 받는 것으로 착각하여 강박적으로 혼외정사를 저지르는 것이다. 원초경(primal scene)을 창녀와의 관계에서 재현하는 심리도 소개하였다. 가학적 초자아에 의해서 우울하고 무기력에 빠진 사람이 섹스의 흥분으로 자신을 치유하려는 노력도 소개하였다. 혼외정사가 배우자에게 주는 영향이 배우자의 내적 갈등으로 과장되는 증례도 소개하였다. 끝으로 혼외정사를 이기는 방법을 찾아 보았다. 인간의 본능은 전혀 도덕적이지 못하다. 이것을 아는 것이 혼외정사를 막고 결혼생활을 유지하는 첫 걸음이다. Erich Fromm said, “A man is fundamentally a lonely being, and he needs love to overcome the loneliness and the sense of emptiness” Marriage offers a resting place for the lonely man or woman, and satisfies a variety of their needs. Marriage is an arrangement where two sexually mature human bing live together because they love each other. It is a loving relationship which is established between the mature man and woman, who have formed their own identities and could understand each other. Infidelity is a mental disorder, which destroys the marital relationship, as well as one's mental health. This paper investigates the cause of infidelity from the evolutionary and psychoanalytic perspectives. Evolutionary psychology explains infidelity as a natural phenomenon. A man commits infidelity according to his instinct for spreading his genes as much as possible, while a woman behaves according to her gene's design to receive a more superior gene, in order to produce a more superior offspring. The psychoanalytic approach explains infidelity as a phenomenon which occurs when one's identity lacks an ability to sublimate libido : an unresolved Oedipus complex could also be the cause. The Maria-Prostitute complex and the Don Juan character are presented as examples to illustrate these theories. As for the sex addicts who often weren't loved in their infantile life, they commit infidelity compulsively by confusing the sexual act with mother-like caring. The psychology of a person who tries to enact the primal scene by engaging a sexual act with a prostitute is presented. Someone who is often affected by depression and helplessness due to harsh superego tries to heal themselves by sexual stimulation. infidelitys's influence on the partner is exaggerated by the parther's inner conflict. In the end, methods to overcome infidelity are investigated. Human instincts are not at all moral. To realize this fact is the first step to maintain one's married life without any infidelity problems.

반복 접합/압연공정을 이용한 Fe/Ag 다층 복합 판재제조

Fe/Ag multilayered composites which have the layer thickness below 50 nm have been fabricated by the repeated bonding and rolling method. The effects of processing variables on the microstructures of Fe/Ag multilayered composites were investigated. Multiple necking and multiple rupture occur during the rolling process. The initial thickness ratio of the constituent phase of the multilayers affects the occurrence of the multiple necking and rupture. The smoothness of the layer is related with the total thickness reduction in the bonding/rolling cycle. In the initial stage of the process, large strain partition occurs in the soft Ag layer, and due to hardening of the Ag layer during the rolling process, the strain partitioning of the Fe and Ag layer becomes similar. Accordingly the layer thickness of the two constituent phase becomes similar in the final stage of the process. (Received January 19, 2005)

Recently, lots of studies for high flowing concrete have been suggested under practical use that it is only a way to solve the confronted problem. However, most studies have been concentrated on the manufacture method and properties of fresh concrete, but there is few studies for the durability of hardened concrete, specially for the freezing and thawing. It is generally known that the frost resistance of concrete is much affected by the air content in concrete and by the air void system. The frost resistance is also believed to vary with the strength of concrete. The purpose of this experimental study is to make a comparison between high flowing concrete using viscosity agent and ordinary concrete about the effect of the viscosity agent, air content and curing method on the frost resistance. As the result of tutus study, the frost resistance have not effect the viscosity agent but effect the different of curing methods.
