        도선의 풍수지리사상 연구

        풍수지리설은 우리 민중의 정신사의 한 면을 차지하고 있는 중요한 사상이며 그 중심인물은 도선이다. 고려 왕조의 도선 현창 운동은 결국 왕조 성립의 정당성을 세우려는 의도에서 나온 것이라 할 수 있다. 풍수지리는 땅과 인간과의 관계 즉 그 땅에 의지해서 살고 있는 인간의 길흉화복을 설명하는 이론인데, 그 철학적 근거는 易과 陰陽五行사상이다. 풍수지리에서는 땅의 모양새가 그 곳에 사는 사람들의 운명을 결정한다고 보고 있기 때문에 地勢가 바뀌지 않은 한 인간의 운명은 바뀌지 않는다고 한다. 풍수지리설이 민중의 마음속에 깊이 파고 들 수 있었던 것은 사회 정치적 혼란으로 인한 민중들의 삶의 불안 때문이라 보여지며, 특히 국가 사회 혼란기에 중국에서 들어온 도참설과 연관되어 더욱 발전된 것으로 보인다. 도참설의 근거는 천인감응설이다. 도선은 풍수지리설을 세상을 구제하는 가르침이라 하고, 이것을 도참설과 결부시켜 산수의 순역의 형세를 보아 역처에 비보사탑의 설립을 주장하고 있다. 고려시대에는 주로 왕도의 흥망성쇠와 관련된 양기풍수가 발전했다. 그리고 조선시대 초기에도 도읍지 건설을 위한 양기풍수사상이 성행하였지만, 이후 유교의 가족주의와 효 사상을 기반으로 한 음택풍수가 크게 성행하였다. Punsu chiri theory is capital thought that function a role in spiritual history of our people and th leading figure of it is Doson. The restoration of Doson in Koryo Dynasty has purpose to set up legitimation of organization of Dynasty. Punsu chiri theory elucidate human-relation, namely the fortune and misfortune. Human-being on which lives by philosophical foundation of Yin Yang and the five Eliments, In Punsu chiri theory, man think the destiny of human-being can't vary as long as the shape of site not vary because man think the destiny of human-being deponds on the shape of land. It seems that Punsu chiri theory can affect popular mind because of unrest popular life by socio-political disturb. Especially, Punsu chiri theory was developed with Tocham theory inflowed from China. The main concept of Docham theory grounded in the thought of response between Heaven and Man. Doson claims that Punsu chiri theory is doctrine of relief of The world, He combine it with Tocham theory and he claimed the establishment of The Bibo temple pagoda by evaluating the shape of good and bad of landscape. In Koryo, mainly Yangki Pungsu, associated with the rise and fall of dynasty, was developed. And Yangki Pungsu also widespread in the early years of Yi-dynasty to construct capital city, but thereafter Yintack Pungsu was more widespreaded on the nepotism and the thought of filial piety.

        물질남용 치료프로그램 후 재범여부에 대한 예비적 추적조사 연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 물질사범에게 시행되는 수강명령 프로그램의 효과를 재범률을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 방 법: 이 연구의 대상집단은 보호관찰소에서 의뢰받은 물질남용자집단이다. 이들은 법원으로부터 보호관찰, 수강명령, 치료명령, 사회봉사 등을 부과받았다. 총 104명의 대상자집단을 치료프로그램을 이수한 수강군과 비수강군으로 나누었으며 이들에 대한 재범률을 조사하였다. 결 과: 프로그램을 이수한 수강군이 비수강군에 비해 재범률이 낮았다(p<.05). 또한 단기 수강군과 장기수강군의 재범률의 차이를 조사하였는데 대상자 집단의 수가 적기 때문에 장기 수강군의 효과가 통계적으로 입증되지는 않았다. 결 론: 우리는 물질남용자에 대한 정책이 보다 교육적으로 변화할 것을 본 논문을 통하여 제시하려 하였으며 정부 및 법무부는 물질남용자에게 교육과 치료를 제공해주어야만 한다. Objectives: Using recidivism rate, we investigated the outcome after our substance abuse treatment program had been implemented. Methods: Our target population was substance abuse criminals referred by probational office. They either received the parole and probation order, treatment order or social service order from the court. We divided 104 substance abuse criminals into treatment group and non-treatment group. We examined their recidivism rate. Results: We reached a conclusion that treatment group had lower recidivism rate than non-treatment group(p<.0.5). We examined the effectiveness of short-term and long-term programs. However, no effectivess of long-term program was found because the sabject number was too small. Conclusion: We suggest that the strategies for substance abuse should be changed to more educative ones. The Government and Ministry of Justice must provide education and treatment to the substance abuse criminals.

        By impproving the educational program of the Department of Architectural Engineering and studying the theory of learning and the applied method necessary for the development of nation and society, we should develop a satisfying course of education to meet the demand and skill in the industralized society for the purpose of cultivating men of baility with great personalities and creative minds. Therefore, this study focused on classifying several kinds of occupations in the prart of architectured related to what graduates from the department of Architectural Engineering go with into the society. Accordingly after choosing some works adequate to each occupation by the proposed curricula, we tried to establish the scope of education and courses corresponding to the jobs and thus and develop a satisfying curriculum.

        스티렌 폭로 근로자들의 기중 및 혈중 스티렌과 요중 만델산의 관계 분석

        The concentration of styrene in air in blood and mandelic acid in urine were checked for the 60 workers with normal liver function, exposed to styrene. Styrene in air were sampled with personal air sampler at least 4 hours and analyzed by gas chromatography. Blood and spot urine were collected at the end of shift with a vacuum tube and a polythylene bottle and analyzed by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Means of air and blood styrene and urine mandelic acid were 8.16 ppm(geometric mean), 0.199 mg/L, and 0.519 g/g creatinine, respectively. The concentration of styrene in air and mandelic acid in urine were high in the FRP factories and low in polymerization factory. Styrene in blood showed large difference by the working process. Styrene in air showed a good correlation with mandelic acid in urine(r=0.6369) and styrene in blood(r=0.6371). The mandelic acid in urine and styrene in blood corresponded to exposure of 50 ppm styrene were 0.890 g/g creatinine and 0.434 mg/L. However, hippuric acid in urine did not show any correlation with styrene in air. Urine mandelic acid excretion expected ratio showed a tendency to decrease according to obesity index and to increase with alcohol consumption.

        In this study, we examined whether Hanganutziu-Deicher (H-D) antigens are important as an immunogenic non-a1,3-galactose (Gal) epitope in pigs with a disrupted a1,3- galactosyltransferase gene. The targeting efficiency of the AO blood genotype was achieved (2.2%) in pig fibroblast cells. A total of 1800 somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos were transferred to 10 recipients. One recipient developed to term and naturally delivered two piglets. The a1,3-galactosyltransferase activity in lung, liver, spleen, and testis of heterozygote a1,3-galactosyltransferase gene knockout (GalT-KO) pigs was significantly decreased, whereas brain and heart showed very low decreasing levels of a1,3- galactosyltransferase activity when compared to those of control. Enzyme-linked lectinosorbent assay showed that the heterozygote GalT-KO pig had more sialyla2,6- and sialyla2,3- linked glycan than the control. Furthermore, the heart, liver, and kidney of the heterozygote GalT-KO pig had a higher N-glycolylneuraminic acid (Neu5Gc) content than the control, whereas the lung of the heterozygote GalT-KO pig had Neu5Gc content similar to the control. Collectively, the data strongly indicated that Neu5Gc is a more critical xenoantigen to overcoming the next acute immune rejection in pig to human xenotransplantation.

        Bioluminescent Assay of α-Oxidase from Cucumis sativus using Bacterial Luciferase - Coupled Reaction

        A new assay method of α-oxidase (fatty acid : oxygen dioxygenase, 1-decarboxylating) was developed using a bioluminescence reaction system of marine luminous bacterium, Photobacterium phosphoreum. α-oxidase was isolated from a cucumber (Cucumis sativus). Pentadecanoic acid was used as a substrate, and the product, tetradecanal, was analyzed with a bacterial luciferase-coupled reaction. Initial light intensity was directly related to the concentration of tetradecanal in the range of 1 nM to 10 μM. Optimal pH and temperature were 7.5 and 25℃, respectively Optimal pentadecanoic acid concentration in a standard assay of α-oxidase was 0.1 mM. The Km value of pentedecanoic acid was 85 μM. This method is straightforward, rapid, convenient, and easy Its needs no treatment or extraction of reaction mixture.

        Bioluminescent Assay for Sphingolipid Ceramide N-Deacylase Using Vibrio harveyi Dark Mutant M-17

        A new bioluminescent assay method for the activity of sphingolipid ceramide N-deacylase (SCDase: EC 3.5.1.69) as well as ceramidase (CDase: EC 3.5.1.23) was developed using bioluminescent marine bacteria. Enzymatically synthesized ceramide (N-myristoyl sphigosine, C14:0-18:1) and commercial SCDase were used in this demonstration, and myristic (tetradecanoic, C14:0) acid produced by the SCDase hydrolysis was quantified using Vibrio harveyi M-17, a dark mutant of V. harveyi. The in vivo light intensity of M-17 was stimulated up to thousands fold in the presence of myristic acid, was used for this assay. SCDase activity with as little as 10 μU and 5 nM of myristic acid production were detected in less than one min. The assay worked well for the determination of Km and chromatographic fraction assay.

        <P>Background</P><P>Naturally occurring antioxidants were used to regulate the skin damage caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation because several antioxidants have demonstrated that they can inhibit wrinkle formation through prevention of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and/or increase of collagen synthesis.</P><P>Objective</P><P>We examined the effect of oral administration of the antioxidant mixture of vitamin C, vitamin E, pycnogenol, and evening primrose oil on UVB-induced wrinkle formation. In addition, we investigated the possible molecular mechanism of photoprotection against UVB through inhibition of collagen-degrading MMP activity or through enhancement of procollagen synthesis in mouse dorsal skin.</P><P>Methods</P><P>Female SKH-1 hairless mice were orally administrated the antioxidant mixture (test group) or vehicle (control group) for 10 weeks with UVB irradiation three times a week. The intensity of irradiation was gradually increased from 30 to 180 mJ/cm<SUP>2</SUP>. Microtopographic and histological assessment of the dorsal skins was carried out at the end of 10 weeks to evaluate wrinkle formation. Western blot analysis and EMSA were also carried out to investigate the changes in the balance of collagen synthesis and collagen degradation.</P><P>Results</P><P>Our antioxidant mixture significantly reduced UVB-induced wrinkle formation, accompanied by significant reduction of epidermal thickness, and UVB-induced hyperplasia, acanthosis, and hyperkeratosis. This antioxidant mixture significantly prevented the UVB-induced expressions of MMPs, mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase, and activation of activator protein (AP)-1 transcriptional factor in addition to enhanced type I procollagen and transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2) expression.</P><P>Conclusion</P><P>Oral administration of the antioxidant mixture significantly inhibited wrinkle formation caused by chronic UVB irradiation through significant inhibition of UVB-induced MMP activity accompanied by enhancement of collagen synthesis.</P>
