        In today's online social structure, people with electronic devices or network have been closely related to whether any of the activities, work, school, etc., is related to electronic devices, intelligent robot, and network control. The best mobility and the first rich media of these products as smart phones, smart phones rise rapidly in recent years, high speed processing performance and high free way to install software, deeply loved by many business people. However, not only for smart phone business aspects of the use, but also can engage in education of the teachers or the students are learning a great help. This study construct OCR-assisted learning software written by the JAVA made, and the installation is provided by the Android mobile phone users.

        Colorful Oxide Film Formation on Titanium by using EDM Process

        This paper describes the influence of the main factor on the colorful titanium oxide reacted film fabricated by EDM (Electrical Discharge machining). In our process, copper, together with pure titanium sheet, was used as anode and cathode (workpiece)respectively, and dielectric medium involved in the study was tap water. From the figures and tables shown, we can observe that colors of titanium oxide reacted films change with the increase of open voltages (0~240) from yellow (10 V), purple (20 V), indigo (30 V),golden yellow (70 V), to peach (100 V), blue (130 V), yellow green (180 V), pink (240 V). The other open voltages produce mixed colors between those created by neighboring voltages. Moreover, XRD as well as EDS analysis have made it evident that the structure of the reacted film mentioned above is Ti2O other than TiO2 and the rise of pulse duration and interval will cause non-uniform color distribution. Compared with anodizing process, the Electrical Discharge machining approach we developed for generating colorful titanium oxide reacted film in the paper is much simpler, faster, cheaper and have plenty of advantages still in environment protection and hazard avoidance.

        Association of young age and male sex with primary sclerosing cholangitis in Taiwanese patients with inflammatory bowel disease

        Background/Aims: Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). We aimed to evaluate the prevalence, clinical manifestation, and outcomes of PSC in Taiwanese patients with IBD. Methods: This retrospective study enrolled patients with IBD admitted from January 1, 1996, to December 31, 2018, to National Taiwan University Hospital. A case-matched analysis was performed comparing patients with IBD with and without PSC according to age, sex, and time of admission, with ratios of 1:4 and 1:2 in the adult and pediatric groups, respectively. Results: In total, 763 patients with IBD were enrolled, 12 of whom were also diagnosed with PSC (1.57%). All these patients had ulcerative colitis (UC). A greater incidence of IBD with PSC was observed in younger patients than in older patients. Male sex was a risk factor for PSC in pediatric patients with IBD (P=0.015); 75% of these patients were diagnosed with PSC along with or after the diagnosis of UC. There was no significant difference in colitis extent and severity between the groups; however, a higher proportion of rectal sparing was observed in patients with PSC (P=0.001). There was no significant difference in cancer development between the groups (P=0.679). Conclusions: A 1.57% prevalence of PSC was observed in Taiwanese patients with IBD. The majority of patients with IBD and PSC were men and were diagnosed at a younger age. Hence, routine evaluation of biliary enzymes and liver imaging is recommended in young male patients with IBD.         Progressive failure of metal–composite hybrid wheels under impact

        An 18-in hybrid wheel consisting of an aluminum alloy disk and a composite rim under 13° impact test is considered in this study. The rim is made of carbon fabric/polyurethane composites fabricated by resin transfer molding. Explicit finite element analysis with progressive failure function is used to investigate the failure situation of the hybrid wheel and the suitable braid angle of the braided composite. The effective elastic constants and strengths of the braided composites predicted by basic finite element analyses are adopted, whereas the true stress–strain curve of aluminum is used for the disk. Simulation results indicate that the aluminum alloy disk is safe after the impact test, whereas the rim is damaged. The volume of failed elements after impact simulation is selected as an indicator to obtain a quantity that can be used to represent the damage situation of the rim. Compared with the test results of a real hybrid wheel with [±30°] fiber angle in the rim, the hybrid wheel with fiber angle in the rim that is greater than [±30°] could pass the impact test.

      • A superior dye adsorbent towards the hydrogen evolution reaction combining active sites and phase-engineering of (1T/2H) MoS<sub>2</sub>/α-MoO<sub>3</sub> hybrid heterostructured nanoflowers

        <P>Here, we demonstrate the successful synthesis of (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 heterostructured nanoflowers at a low temperature of 200 °C by a one-step hydrothermal method. By tuning the reaction time under the influence of thiourea and hydrazine hydrate, we established a complete phase-engineered MoS2 with 1T and 2H phases on the surface of α-MoO3. Active sites associated with the phase-engineered (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 hybrid nanoflowers enable them to exhibit dual roles as a superior dye adsorbent and an electrocatalyst towards the hydrogen evolution reaction. The 2H-rich (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 hybrid heterostructured nanoflowers prepared at 16 h achieved a high surface area of 37.97 m<SUP>2</SUP> g<SUP>−1</SUP>, and 97% of the RhB dye with an initial concentration of 47.9 mg L<SUP>−1</SUP> was removed within 10 min through the adsorption process, which is the highest known removal efficiency reported in the literature. As a hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalyst in acidic solution, the 1T-rich (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 hybrid heterostructured nanoflowers prepared at 12 h exhibited a highly efficient catalytic activity by achieving a low overpotential of 232 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, which is comparable to those of previously reported HER catalysts based on MoS2. Moreover, this sample reached a low Tafel slope of 81 mV dec<SUP>−1</SUP> and was stable when operated for more than 1000 cycles.</P>

        CASE REPORT : Crohn`s Disease Complicated with Duodenocolic Fistula: A Case Report

        Fistula formation is common during the course of Crohn`s disease, whereas duodenocolic fistulas are very rare. The management of internal fistulas in Crohn`s disease is a complex issue. Herein, we report a case of duodenocolic fistula manifested by increasing frequency of diarrhea and loss of body weight. The fistula was diagnosed by upper gastrointestinal tract barium series, magnetic resonance enterography, and panendoscopy and was treated with a right hemicolectomy and Whipple procedure because of the simultaneous occurrence of pancreatic head tumor. Subsequent treatment with adalimumab, azathioprine, and mesalazine was prescribed for the maintenance of disease remission, and the patient was well until 18 months after the surgery.         REVIEW : Intestinal Stricture in Crohn`s Disease

        Crohn`s disease (CD) is a disease with chronic inflammation of unknown etiology involving any part of the gastrointestinal tract. The incidence and prevalence of CD are increasing recently in Asia. Half of the CD patients will have intestinal complica-tions, such as strictures or fistulas, within 20 years after diagnosis. Twenty-five percentage of CD patients have had at least one small bowel stricture and 10% have had at least one colonic stricture and lead to significant complications. Most of these pa-tients will require at least one surgery during their lifetime. Early diagnosis and evaluation with adequate managements for the patients can prevent disability and mortality of these patient. Here, we reviewed the current incidence of CD with stricture, the etiology of stricture, and how to diagnose and manage the stricture. (Intest Res 2015;13:19-26)
