      • 마이크로 팩토리를 위한 방전 가공 시스템 개발

        마이크로 팩토리 시스템에서 마이크로 방전 가공 시스템은 많은 장점을 가진다. 전통적인 가공 시스템과 달리 비접촉 가공 방식이기 때문에 소형화에 따른 강성저하 문제에서 자유로우며, 정밀 가공이 가능하다. 그러나 방전가공에서 사용하는 전극에서, 가공 중 발생하는 마모 문제는 생산성뿐만 아니라 가공 정밀도를 떨어뜨리는 문제를 발생시킨다. 이번 연구에서는 전극의 마모 문제를 보완할 수 있는 방전 드릴링 가공과 밀링 가공에서의 공정 제어기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 마이크로 팩토리 용 테스트베드의 방전 가공 모듈로 디스크형 미세 전극 드레싱 가공 시스템, 자동 공구 교환 장치 시스템, 소형 유체 순환 시스템 등도 개발하였다.

      • 慶尙大學生의 問題傾向 調査硏究

        The purpose of this study is to have comprehensive information on the characteristics, intensity and category of the problems of the students at Gyeongsang National University. The experiment is based on the Mooney Problem Checklist. The subjects were 681 students at Gyeongsang National University which consisted of 70.2 percent of the total enrollment. The following is the conclusion of the results of the experiment taken from May 22, 1972 to May 31, 1972. The students at Gyeongsang National University have problems in the following order; 1. Social and recreational activities 2. Futicre-vocation and education 3. curriculum and teaching procedures Especially they have worries over their lack of confidence in the fields of general education and other common cultural information. They also showed greater over future vocation and education compared with students at other colleges. Considering these problems of the students, greater concern and more careful guidance on the side of professors are urgently needed, and a detailed program by the student guidance center.

        This survey is based on questinnairs given to the students at Gyeongsang National University during the period from May 22,1972 to May 31, 1972. The subjects were 681 students ranging from freshmen to seniors which consisted of 70.2 percent of the total sutudent enrollment at Gyeongsang National University. The purpose of the survey is to gather some information to solve the problems of the students at Gyeong sang National University through the close examination, analysis and understanding of the problems of the students. According to the survey 50 percent of the students showed dissatisfaction with college life. Moreover 44.4 percent of the students wanted to transfer to another department. It is, therefore, very much desirable to make a further study on the problems and to provide proper guidance for those students with problems. The relationship between professors and students in rather distant. The students want to have frequent out of class diologues with their professors. One third of the students have problems in inter-personal relationship with their friends and professors, Extra-curricular activitities are stagnant. As regards to these problems, the student guidance center should cooperate closely with each individual department at the college. They should take the students' suggestions into consideration. It is necessary to chance the active concern and participation of professors and school administrators in these problems with further study and guidance under the student guidance center for more effective guidance services.

        전기로 분진에서 납의 휘발반응에 대한 속도론적 연구

        "he removal of lead from electric arc furnace (EAF) dust is important in the process for recovering zinc by a reduction-volatilization method. In this study, experiments on kinetics of the volatilization reaction of lead by chlorine components as NaCl and KCl contained in the EAF dust were carried out in the temperature range of 973 to 1223 K under an air atmosphere using a weight-loss technique. As a result, the volatilization ratio of lead was about 99.0% at the temperature of 1223 K and the reaction time of 180 min. Jander equation was found to fit well the volatilization reaction rate over the entire temperature range. The volatilization reaction of lead is rate controlled by solid-solid diffusion. An activation energy of 175 kJ/mol(41.8 kcal/mol) was obtained. (Received January 8, 2004)

        대장암 환자의 성격특성과 분노표현방식

        연구목적 : 협조적이고 비주장적이며 인내심이 많고 부정적인 감정(특히 분노)을 잘 표현하지 않는 C형 성격 또는 1형 성격특성과 암 발병과의 관련성에 대해서는 일치된 결과가 없는 실정이다. 특히, 대장암 환자를 대상으로 이루어진 연구는 소수이며 분노의 억압 및 부정이 암 발생과 관련을 보였던 연구결과가 보고되었던 것과 대조적으로 공격적 적대감이 대장암 발생과 관련이 있다는 상반된 연구결과가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대장암 환자를 대상으로 1형 성격과 대장암 발병과의 관련성을 살펴보고, 분노의 경험과 표현 특성을 세분화하여 평가해서 암 발병과의 관련성을 밝혀 보고자하였다. 방 법 : 대장암 환자 35명과, 정상인 37명을 대상으로 Grossarth-Maticek의 성격-스트레스 검사 단축형중, 1형 성격을 반영하는 10문항과 Spielberger의 분노 검사 44문항을 이용하여 양군을 비교하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 환자 집단과 정상 집단 간 차이를 보고, 환자 집단과 정상 집단을 가장 잘 판별해줄 수 있는 변인을 찾기위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 : 대장암 환자집단이 정상집단에 비해 분노 경험, 상태 분노, 분노 기질의 총점이 유의한 수준에서 높았고 그외의 다른 소척도나 1형 성격 스트레스 검사에 있어서는 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 판별분석 결과, 분노 기질 변인만 환자집단과 정상집단을 유의하게 판별하였다.(정준상관계수=.33, 판별율=65.8%). 결 론 : 평상시에 특별한 일 없이도 생리적 각성 상태를 동반하는 분노를 자주, 심하게 경험하는 특성과 대장암 발병이 관련성이 있음을 시사한다. Objectives : Although previous studies have suggested that Type 1 or Type C personality may be associated with the development of cancer, the results have not been consistent. There have been some evidences that repression, denial, or non-expression of anger are related with the incidence of colorectal cancer. However, according to the results of recent researches, aggressive hostility was related to the development of colorectal cancer. This study attempted to delineate psychological characteristics or personality patterns of the patients with colorectal cancer based on multidemensions of anger and Type 1 personality for cancer development. Method : The subjects were composed of 35 patients with colorectal cancer and 37 normal controls. Grossarth-Maticek personality questionnaire and the Spielberger state-trait anger expression inventory were administered. Results : In comparison with the normal control group, the colorectal cancer patient group showed significantly higher scores on anger experience, angry temperament and state anger but no significant differences on Type 1 personality scale and other subscales. In the discriminant analysis patients and control groups were classified by means of state anger, angry temperament, angry reaction, anger-in, anger-out and anger control variables. When angry temperament variable was selected as a discriminant variable, 65.8% of cases had been correctly classified. Conclusions : These results suggested the relationship between the disposition to experience and express anger without particular provocation and the development of cancer.

      • 마이크로 팩토리를 위한 미세 방전 디버링

        Burr causes many problems in assembly, inspection, process automation and precision component operation. Moreover, as feature size becomes small, bun- problems are more difficult to be solved. Micro-EDM(Micro-Electrical Discharge Machining) process is introduced to deburring process with advantage of selective machining. Micro-EDM debarring process differs with general micro-EDM process in heat trasnfer and material removal mechanism. In this study, thermal analysis model of micro-EDM deburring process is established for effective micro-EDM deburring process. The thermal model of micro-EDM deburring process is simulated and compared with experimental data.

      • Ga_(0.6)Sb_(1.4)Se₃單結晶의 光傳導度 特性

        Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals were grown by the Bridgman technique method, These single crystals had orthorhombic structure, and lattice constant and electric conduction type of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was a = 11.860Å , b = 12.057Å, c = 4.103Å and p-type, respectively. Direct band gap of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals obtained from optical absorption spectrum were 1.17 eV. Photoconductivity spectrum measured at 10K showed that the photoconductivity peak in Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was located in 960 nm.

      • Ionizing 방사선이 MOS 소자에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The analysis of a simple model for radiation-induced space charge buildup in the SiO₂layers of MOS(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) is carried out. The model assumes that hole­electron pairs are created in SiO₂layer by the radition and that some of the electrons thus created drift out of SiO₂layer under action of an applied potential across the oxide, V??while corresponding holes become trapped. in these experiments, MOS capacitors having 1100Å and 1950Å SiO₂thickness are exposed to X-ray. Both p-and n-type substrate and Al metal electrodes are used to evaluate characteristics of radiation induced positive charges. From the results of these experiments △V ?? and the number of holes trapped in SiO₂layer strongly depend on oxide thickness, electric field across the oxide layer and absorbed dose. Alwayys C-V(Capacitance-Volage) curve shifts negatively without any relation to substrate types and applied voltage during radiation. This means that trapped charges in the oxide are always positive.

        There are two kinds of data transmission communication method, namely, Analog communication method and Digital communication method. The latter has many excellent characteristics as compared with the former. In order to design excellent Digital Filter, the window function is studied in this paper. The conventional time-domain windowing requires N/2 stored values of the data window and N multiplications. A class of windows, called binary windows, for the frequency-domain implementation of the Discrete Fourier Transform is proposed. They do not require multiplications or stored constants ; rather, they are replaced by shift and add operations. These windows offer excellent sidelobe behavior compared with the conventional windows.
