To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. This paper deals with an intelligent agent approach to incorporate customer's sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in on-line shopping mall. In this paper the focus of interest is on-line recommendation service algorithm for development of Human Sensibility based web agent system. The recommendation agent system composed of seven services including specialized algorithm. The on-line recommendation service algorithm use human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system's behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e. g., identifying the customer's emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). Most of the present shopping malls go through the catalog of goods, but the future shopping malls will have the form of intelligent shopping malls by applying the on-line recommendation service algorithm.

A bicyclic sesterterpene from Drechslera siccans was purified and structurally characterized. During the isolation procedure, the toxic component was monitored by the assay using Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.), one of the host plants of the pathogen. Siccanol (1) named arbitrarily was shown to have a molecular formula of C_(25)H_(38)O₄. Siccanol completely inhibited the root growth of the Italian ryegrass seedlings at a level of 100 ppm.

By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.

본 연구는 당류계 종류 및 고로슬래그 미분말 치환율에 따른 시멘트 페이스트의 응결지연 특성을 고찰하고자 한다. 슈가 파우더, 백설탕 순으로 응결지연 성능이 뛰어나며, 사카린 및 아스파탐은 응결 지연 성능이 미소한 것으로 나타났다. 당류계 종류별로 응결지연 및 촉진 현상이 상이함으로 초지연제를 개발함에 있어 해당 당류의 특성을 충분히 고려할 필요가 있다. This study attempts to examine the setting time retarding properties of cement paste according to the sugar type change. It was confirmed that the setting time retarding performance was excellent in the order of sugar powder and white sugar, and that the setting time retarding performance of saccharin and aspartame was insignificant.

The interest of the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) has been dramatically increased due to the technology progress of wireless telecommunications and electronic devices. One of the major enabling technologies for the sensor network is the USN software which plays the role of collecting and analyzing the measurements of sensors and controlling the environments. This study is concerned with the multi-criteria decision making method for USN software selection from the viewpoint of usability. An integrated approach which employs Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation(PROMETHEE) together, is pplied for the software selection problem. The AHP is used to analyze the structure of the problem and to determine weights of the criteria, and PROMETHEE is used to obtain final ranking.
고구마 검은썩음병균(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)으로부터 식물독소의 분리 및 구조

Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a pathogen of Java black rot on sweet potato. This fungus infects the tuberous root during storage after harvest. Invasion of the fungus results in the expansion of necrosis sites into the tuberous roots. The resultant necrotic symptom of the tissue is also induced by application of acetone extract of the fungus growing on potato sucrose agar (PSA) culture. The active principles to induce the necrosis are purified from the acetone extract as follows. After evaporation of hexane-benzene-EtOAc (1:2:1, v/v/v) the extract was fractioned on silica gel column, using a solvent gradient system from n-hexane to EtOAc and then to MeOH. The active fractions were purified with HPLC on Nucleosil 50-5 column by eluting n-hexane to EtOAc. Their structures are established by using spectroscopic techniques and synthesis to 4-hydroxymellein and mellein, respectively. Application of small amount of these compounds induce expansion of the necrotic symptom into the tissue and accumulated ipomeamarone. Conclusively, these compounds acted as phytotoxins (inducing necrosis) and as elicitors (eliciting the phytoalexin).
