The rabbit anti-group sera against thirteen representative standard strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, A to M groups were prepared for preparation of serological diagnostic factor. Using the grouping sera for both slide and tube methods, the agglutination reaction has been carried out for each of the thirteen groups of viable and various killed cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, A to M groups as agglutinogens to obtain the following results: 1. Of the thirteen anti-group sera eleven showed highly specific antisera for serological typing on the slide agglutination regardless of ind of agglutinogens i.e., viable, thermostable, thermolabile or formalized cells. 2. When serologicalcross reaction of the standard group strains with each of the anti-sera was estimated by using agglutination reaction, the anti-G group serum showed ?? To ?? Intensity of cross reaction with the viable cells of A, F and J grouping. 3. The viable cells of F group were reacted with all anti-group sera except one. 4. The thermostable agglutinogen (120℃, 2hr) of group F strain gave no cross reaction with any of the thirteen anti-group serum. By contrast group M showed the cross reactivity with almost all of the anti-sera. 5. In the course of the immunization, of the thirteen groups, the agglutinin titers of each of anti-group sera, except for the thermolabile antigen were highest in two weeks after immunization by tube method. 6. Of the standard groups strains the group E was highly immunogenic. The anti-E serum showed agglutinin titer 2,560 times more than other groups for various agglutinogens as mentioned previously. The agglutinin titers of anti-C, -D, -D and -K group sera were shown even at 1,280 to 2,560 times dilution when thermostable antigens were used. In case of thermolabile antigens, however, the above titers were not appreciable at 20 times dilution. 7. In the titration of the agglutinins of 0 antigen of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, A to M groups, the thermostable antigens were most sensitive agglutinogen, while the thermolabile antigens were lowest in sensitivity.

PID controller is known as an efficient one whose operation and performance is good and widely used for long period of time in various fields. The PID control logic is indispensable in running real plant and is widely included in DCS (Distributed Control System). Even if for the system of same structure, a system performance is well known to be highly dependent on the gain of PID controller. Accordingly in fields, lots of manpower, time, money and efforts are investigated in tuning the PID gain. In the study a conventional PID controller used in general plant operation is improved in conjunction with SVR (Support Vector Regression) and is proposed for better performance and stability. The proposed controller is much improved in terms of response speed and its stability. Simulation Is conducted in regards of POS (Percent over Shoot), ST (Settling Time) and ITAE (Integral of Time-multiplied Absolute value of Error) for an operation of plant system using Simulink.

To evaluate the normal range of articular disk postion, MRIs of 25 temporomandibular joints (TMJs) in 19 asymptomatic volunteers wre analysed. On the closed mouth sagittal T1 weighted MRI the junction of the posterior band and bilaminar zone was within 10$^{\circ}$anterior from the vertical line through the apex of condylar head in 19(76%) and within 20$^{\circ}$in 23(92%) TMJs. The intermediate zone of the articular disk was located between the posterior surfance of articular eminence and the anterior surface of condylar head in 22(88%) RMJs. We suggest that on the closed mouth sagittal MRI the junction of the posterior vand and the bilaminar zone could be within 10$^{\circ}$ anterior from the vertical lilne through the apex of condylar head in asymptomatic Korean persons. If the junction is located more than 20$^{\circ}$anterior from the vertical line or the intermediate zone is anterior to the anterior surface of condylar head it is suggested that the disk is anteriorly displaced. Further studies are needed to evaluate the clinical significance of mild anterior displacement of the articular disk (11$^{\circ}$-20$^{\circ}$) in asymptomatic persons.
