      • 하천의 차단된 공간에서 생태적 연결성 회복을 위한 수리수문학적 분석모형 개발

        최근 하천복원 사업은 하천의 이수 및 치수 기능과 함께 생태적 기능을 고려한 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 생태적 건강성과 다양성이 증대된 하천으로의 복원을 위해서는 하천 내 제방과 같은 종적구조물로 의해 차단된 공간에서의 수리수문 연결성 회복이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 차단된 공간에서의 생태적 연결성 분석에 필요한 수리수문자료의 제공을 위한 첫번째 단계로써 강우에 의한 유역유출 및 하도흐름 해석이 동시에 가능한 1차원 수치모형을 개발하였고, 이를 청미천 유역에 적용하였다. 수치해석 결과는 실측 자료 및 타 모형의 수치해석 결과와 비교하였고, 그 결과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 생태적 변화를 예측할 수 있는 자료의 제공을 위해 장기적인 수리수문분석이 가능하도록 보완될 예정이다. River restoration has recently progressed in consideration of ecological functions along with flood controls and conservation. For river restorations that consider ecological health and diversity, it is important to contemplate the recovery of hydraulic and hydrologic connectivity in isolated spaces by longitudinal structures. In this study, as a first step for the provision of hydraulic and hydrologic data, which is necessary for the ecological connection analysis in isolated spaces, we developed a one-dimensional numerical model for rainfall runoff and channel routing and applied it to the Cheongmi watershed. The developed numerical model can simulate hydraulic and hydrologic analysis at the same time using the rainfall data. Numerical results were compared with observed data and other numerical results. As a result, a very reasonable agreement is observed. The results of this study will be improved so that the long-term hydrologic and hydraulic analysis is possible to predict ecological change.

      • 동수압 모형을 이용한 트렌치 수로에서의 흐름 해석

        본 연구에서는 동수압 모형을 이용하여 트렌치 수로에서 발생하는 흐름해석을 실시하였다. 기존의 정수압 모형은 수식이 간단하고 수치기법의 적용이 상대적으로 쉬운 반면 수심이 파의 길이에 비해 상대적으로 작은 경우에만 적용이 가능하므로 수심이 커지게되면 비 물리적인 결과를 계산하게 된다. 따라서 흐름방향으로 밀도차가 큰 경우나 수중구조물로 인하여 바닥경사가 변하는 경우에는 동수압이 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 압력항을 정수압과 동수압으로 분리하고 일반 좌표계를 사용함으로써 자유수면이 매시간단계마다 변화하는 계산격자를 구성해야하는 문제점을 보완할 수 있었다. 자유수면과 동수압을 고려하기 위해서 계산단계를 3단계(정수압 계산단계, 동수압 보정단계, 자유수면 보정단계)로 나누어 해석하였고 트렌치 수로에서의 수리실험 결과 (van Rijn, 1982)와 비교를 통해 수치모형을 검증하였다.

        Acrylonitrile 제조공정에서 Acstonitrile의 회수에 관한 연구

        Acrylonitrile 제조시 부산물로 생성되는 acetonitrile-water 공비혼합물에서 용매추출하여 acetonitrile을 회수하기 위하여 benzene, toluene, o-xylene, ethylacetate 및 monochlorobenzene을 용매로 선택하여 $25^{\circ}C$ 에서 solvent(1)-water(2)-acetonitrile(3)계의 액-액 평형데이타를 구하였으며, 그 실험데이타의 건전성을 조사하였고, tie line과 plait point조성을 결정하였다. 또한 NRTL, UNIQUAC 및 modified UNIQUAC모델식에 적용하여 parameter를 추산하고 각 용매에 대한 분배계수와 선택도를 결정하였다. In process of manufacturing acrylonitrile azeotrope of acetonitrile-water was come into being as by-product. For the purpose of recovering acetonitrile through solvent extraction process benzene, toluene, o-xylene, ethylacetate and monochlorobenzene as solvents were selected in order to separate acetonitrile from azeotrope of acetonitrile-water. In this study liquid-liquid equilibrium data were determined and consistency of the experimental data was investigated. The tie line and plait point for solvent(1)-water(2)-acetonitrile(3) system were determined at $25^{\circ}C$. The parameters in the NRTL, UNIQUAC and modified UNIQUAC model were predicted, distribution coefficient and selectivity of each solvent were determined respectively.

        선원 해상생존교육 실습시설 및 장비의 적정성에 관한 연구

        STCW협약에 따른 기초안전(재)교육 및 상급안전(재)교육 등과 같은 선원 해상생존교육은 해상에서 비상상황이 발생할 경우 선원들의 생존율을 증대시켜줄 수 있는 필수교육이다. 그리고 IMO 모델코스에 따른 선원안전교육을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 선원들이 다양한 안전장비에 대한 이론 및 실습교육이 병행되는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 IMO 모델코스에서 요구하는 해상생존교육과정에 근거한 실습시설을 파악하고, 국내외 교육기관의 운영 실례를 바탕으로 관련 시설을 비교 분석하여 선원 안전교육시설 개선방안을 다음과 같이 마련하였다. 첫째, 해상탈출설비(슬라이드, 슈트 등) 등과 같은 최신화된 교육장비를 비치하여, 선원들이 다양한 안전장비를 직접 체험할 수 있는 교육환경을 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 조파, 풍동, 강우, 암막장치 등과 같은 해상환경 재현시설의 설치하여 학습자가 현실적인 비상상황을 직 간접적으로 체험해 볼 수 있는 교육환경의 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 체험교육, 시청각교육, 시뮬레이터 교육과 더불어 가상현실 교육장비를 통한 층위별 맞춤교육을 개발하고 확대시킬 필요가 있다. Seafarer sea survival training, such as basic safety refresher training and advanced safety refresher training, in accordance with the STCW Convention, is an indispensable program that can increase the crew survival rate during emergency situations at sea. It is important for crew members to carry out theoretical and practical training with various safety equipment in order to effectively train according to IMO model courses. Therefore, this study suggests the following measures to improve safety training facilities for seafarers by reviewing survival training requirements based on the IMO model course and comparing and analyzing related facilities based on operating cases from domestic and overseas training institutes. First, it is necessary to establish a training environment where seafarers can practice utilizing various, updated safety equipment such as marine evacuation equipment (slides, chutes, etc.). Second, it is necessary to construct an educational environment in which learners can directly or indirectly experience realistic emergency situations by installing marine environment simulation facilities with such equipment as a wave generator, rain fall device, wind generating device, etc. Third, it is also necessary to develop and expand customized training using virtual reality equipment in addition to experiential training, audiovisual training and simulation training.

        무지 외반증을 동반한 중족골통에 대한 Weil씨 절골술

        Introduction: Painful plantar callosities under the second and third metatarsal heads are not uncommonly associated with hallux valgus and there have been controversies concerning its treatment modalities. We performed the Weil osteotomy in patients with painful callosities under the second and third metatarsal head associated with hallux valgus, and evaluated the outcome clinically & radiologically. Materials and Methods: From November 2000 through November 2001, out of 51 patients diagnosed with hallux valgus, the Weil osteotomy was performed in 5 women associated with painful callosities under the second and third metatarsal heads. The mean age was 53.4 years (range, 31-66) with a minimum follow-up period of 12 months(range, 12-16). Results: The mean AOFAS lessor metatarso-phalangeal-interphalngeal Scale(LMIS) improved from 61.2 points preoperatively to 88.8 points postopertively. Mean decreases in length of the second and third metatarsal after surgery were 3.2mm and 3mm. Conclusion: We experienced improvement of metatarsalgia in 80% of patients by Weil osteotomy and all patients were symptom-free at last follow-up, suggesting that the Weil osteotomy is an effective procedure in treating painful plantar callosities under the second and third metatarsal heads associated with hallux valgus.

        연골하 낭종을 동반한 거골의 골연골 병변의 관절경적 치료 후 임상적 결과 및 방사선학적 변화

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review clinical and radiologic changes after arthroscopic operation without bone graft for osteochondral lesion with subchondral cyst on the talus. And we compared the results with those without cyst. Radiologic changes were also observed. Materials and Methods: Arthroscopic microfrature or abrasion arthroplasty was performed on 10 caeses of osteochondral lesions with subchondral cyst and 20 cases without cysts. Preoperative and postoperative symptoms were evaluated by Ankle-Hind foot scale of AOFAS and the score of two groups were compared(t-Test : Paired Two Test for Means). Radiologic evaluation was performed after operation on patients with osteochondral lesion with cyst. Results: On patients of osteochondral lesion with subchondral cyst on talus, there was clinical improvement compared to the preoperative status and compared to patients without cysts(P=0.01) after arthroscopic operation. We could get increase of density and decrease of size of cystic lesion on plain film with time passage. Conclusion: We report 10 cases with osteochondral lesion with subchondral cyst on talus which resulted in clinical and radiological improvement after arthroscopic microfracture or abrasion arthroplasty without bone graft.

        거골하 관절의 만성 불안정성 - 1예 보고 -

        Purpose: Chronic subtalar instability is not common and similar to chronic ankle instability and the incidence and cause chronic subtalar instability are not well known. Recently we have experienced chronic subtalar instability without chronic ankle instability which was treated with modified Brostrom procedures. Materials and Methods: The patient is 46 year old man who has suffered from left ankle sprain for 30 years and recently aggravated more than twice a day. On subtalar stress view, 14 degree angulation of subtalar joint was noted and on anterior drawer view, 8 mm anterior displacement of left ankle was seen. Results: In operation, there was no anterior talofibular ligament abnormility but calcaneofibular ligament loosening was found. Ligament reconstruction was performed using modified Brostrom procedure. At 12 months after operation, the patient complains no pain and no limit of motion and no instability. Conclusion: We experienced chronic subtalar instability without ankle instability treated with modified Brostrom procedures. No instability was found after treatment without complication.

        지간 신경종에서 보존적 치료의 임상적 결과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of low-dose gabapentin for interdigital neuroma. Metrials and Methods: Between April 2000 and June 2003, 32 patients (39 feet) with interdigital neuroma were treated with using low-dose gabapentin. Two of the 32 patients were male, and thirty were female, and the average age was 47.4 years. The follow-up was 6 to 44months (mean 15.1 months). All cases were diagnosed by physical examination and ultrasonography or MRI. Low-dose gabapentin (300-600 mg) was prescribed and shoe modification was recommended. The patients were evaluated through questionnaire. Results: Neuroma was found in twenty one cases at the third intermetatarsal space, and thirteen at the second intermetatarsal space. The sensitivity of ultrasonography was 96% and that of MRI was 79%. Overall satisfaction was rated as excellent or good by 18 cases (57%). Average pain relief ratio was 50.3%, and in 14 cases, more than 80% of pain relief was noted. Nine (28%) of 32 patients showed they had no activity restrictions, such as daily activities or work, whereas 8 (25%) had mild restrictions and 15 (47%) had major restrictions. Twelve of 15 patient with major restrictions had been treated operatively (neurectomy; 10 cases, decompression; 2 cases). One case had gastrointestinal problem. Conclusion: Low-dose gabapentin for interdigital neuroma was one of the effective conservative treatments. The operation may be preserved for patient with the persist symptoms, nevertheless the conservative treatments and use of low-dose gabapentin.

      • 홍수지도 제작을 위한 홍수범람정보의 3차원 가시화

        This study simulated the flood inundations of the Nakdong River catchment running through Yangsan, a small city located in the south eastern area of Korea by using the depth averaged two-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model. The numerical model employs the staggered grid system including moving boundary and a finite different method to solve the Saint-Venant equations. A second order upwind scheme is used to discretize the nonlinear convection terms of the momentum equations, whereas linear terms are discretized by a first order leap-frog scheme(Cho and Yoon, 1998). The numerical model was applied to a real topography to simulate the flood inundation of the Yangsan basin. The numerical results for urban district are visualized in three dimension. These results can be essentially utilized to construct the three dimensional inundation map after building the GIS-based database in local public organizations in order to protect the life and property safely.

        섬유아세포에서 프로모터 다형성에 의한 Matrix Metalloproteinase-1의 발현에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 피부 섬유아세포에 자외선을 조사하거나 TNF-α를 처리하면 세포에 따라 MMP-1의 발현이 다르게 나타나는데, 이것이 MMP-1 프로모터의 다형성에 의해서 나타남을 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 시판하는 23 종의 primary 섬유아세포에 대하여 MMP-1 프로모터의 -1607 부위의 유전형을 분석한 결과 6 개의 1G/1G 유전형, 10 개의 1G/2G 유전형, 7 개의 2G/2G 유전형을 가진 섬유아세포를 확인할 수 있었다. Hs68과 Detroit 551 세포주는 1G/2G 유전형을 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 1G/1G 유전형은 TNF-α 처리에 의해 대조군에 비해 MMP-1이 2 배 높게 발현되었으며, 자외선에 의해서는 거의 발현되지 않았다. 1G/2G 유전형의 경우는 TNF-α 처리에 의해 MMP-1이 2.45 배 높게 발현되었으며, 자외선에 의해서는 1.4 배 MMP-1이 발현되었다. 2G/2G 유전형의 경우는 TNF-α 처리에 의해 MMP-1이 1.35 배 발현되었으며, 자외선에 의해서는 2.5 배로 높게 발현되었다. 즉 1G 유전형은 TNF-α에 의해, 2G 유전형은 자외선에 의해 발현이 유도되는 것으로 추정할 수 있으며, -1607 위치에 하나 더 삽입된 G에 의해서 Ets 전사인자가 결합할 수 있는 site가 만들어져서 MMP-1의 발현이 증가한다고 추정할 수 있으며, 피부 노화와 관련하여 섬유아세포에서는 이에 대한 연구가 전혀 진행되어 있지 않아서 향후 추가로 연구되어야 할 부분이다. 피부는 내인성 노화와 광노화의 영향을 동시에 받는 기관이므로, 피부 노화를 개선하기 위한 타겟으로 MMP-1의 발현을 분석할 경우에는 실험 조건에 적합한 유전형을 가지는 세포를 선택하여 연구를 진행하는 전략을 세워야 할 필요성이 대두된다. The skin fibroblasts of different origins showed different expression levels of MMP-1 in response to TNF-α treatment or UV irradiation. We hypothesized that this is caused by polymorphism in the MMP-1 promoter region. To elucidate it, first of all, we analyzed and classified the genotype of the -1607 site of the MMP-1 promoter in 23 commercially available primary fibroblasts, and then we examined the expression of MMP-1 by TNF-α or UVB stimulation for each classified genotype. As a result of the analysis, fibroblasts with 6 1G/1G genotypes, 10 1G/2G genotypes, and 7 2G/2G genotypes were identified. Hs68 and Detroit 551 cell lines were confirmed to have 1G/2G genotypes. In the 1G/1G genotype, MMP-1 was expressed twice as high as that of the control group by TNF-α treatment, and was hardly expressed by UV light. In the case of the 1G/2G genotype, MMP-1 was expressed 2.45 fold higher by TNF-α treatment, and 1.4 fold by UV light than the control. In the case of the 2G/2G genotype, MMP-1 was expressed 1.35 fold by TNF-α treatment, and was highly expressed by 2.5 fold by ultraviolet rays compared to control. It can be estimated that MMP-1 expression is better induced in the 1G genotype by TNF-α and in the 2G genotype by UV light. In addition, it can be presumed that MMP-1 expression is increased by creating a site where the Ets transcription factor can bind by another G inserted at the -1607 position. These studies have not been conducted at all in fibroblasts in relation to skin aging, so it is an area that needs to be further studied in the future. In conclusion, since the skin is an organ that is affected by both intrinsic aging and photoaging at the same time, when analyzing the expression of MMP-1 as a target for improving skin aging, it is necessary to select cells with a genotype suitable for the experimental conditions of the study.
