        2 - Acylaminobenzothiazole 및 Benzothiazolylurea 유도체의 합성과 생리활성에 관한 연구

        2-Acylaminobenzothizole derivatives were synthesized from 2-aminobenzothiazole and acylchloride. Benzothiazolylurea derivatives were synthesized from 2-aminobenzothiazole and phenylisocyanate. The products were identified by UV, IR, ¹H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR spectra with 2-acetamidobenzothiazoie(Ⅰ), 2-propionamidobenzothiazole(Ⅱ), 2-butamidobenzothiazole(Ⅲ), 2-benzamidobenzothiazole(Ⅳ). The compounds were tested for their phytotoxicity on the germination and seedling growth of rice, radish and green pea plants, It eras found that treatment of 500ppm concentration each of 2-acetamidobenzothiazole, 2-propionamidobenzothiazole and 2-butamidobenzothiazole strongly inhibited of seedling growth of the radish and green pea.

        엑셀 매크로(MACRO) 기능을 이용한 통계학 참여수업의 예

        학생들의 참여를 유도하여 통계학 수업을 보다 흥미롭게 하기 위하여 학생들이 수업 시간에 직접 설문에 응답하도록 하였다. 학생들이 각자 응답한 여러 개의 파일을 즉시 한 파일로 모아서 통계분석을 할 수 있도록 비주얼 베이직을 이용한 엑셀 매크로를 작성하였다. In order to make students more interesting in statistics class, a small visual basic program is introduced. This program, which can be executed through the Excel Macro, can immediately collect many individual questionnaire files that were filled up by participatory students and consolidate into one Excel worksheet.

        사육조건에 따른 기수재첩 유생의 성장과 생존

        In order to know the effects of rearing conditions such as water temperature, salinity, larval stocking density, kinds and amounts of food organism and seedling collection method on seedling production of the brackish water clam,Corbicula japonica, the growth and survival rate of the larvae were investigated at each rearing condition. The shell length of larvae showed faster growth at 24℃ and 27℃, and survival rate showed good results at 18℃ and 21℃. Based on growth and survival rate according to water temperature, the optimal water temperature for larvae rearing was 24℃. At the salinity of more than 3 psu, the growth and survival rate were higher than 0 psu. The optimal salinities for larvae were 6-9 psu. Growth and survival rate of larvae were high at low stocking density and the optimum stocking density of larvae was 10 inds./ml. Daily feeding concentrations of 10,000-20,000 cell/ml of food organisms mixed Pavolva lutheri, Isochrysis galbana and Chaetoceros calcitrans were very effective. Full grown larvae collection from various substratum was significantly higt in sand, especially sand size was less than 0.25 mm. 기수재첩 유생사육을 위한 최적조건을 파악하기 위하여 수온, 염분, 유생 수용밀도, 먹이생물 종류 및 공급량, 채묘방법에 따른 성장과 생존율을 조사하였다. 기수재첩의 부유유생은 24℃와 27℃에서 빠른 성장을 보였으며, 18℃와 21℃에서 50% 이상의 높은 생존율을 보임으로서 유생 사육을 위한 적정 수온은 21-24℃이며, 최적 수온은24℃ 이었다. 또한 염분 3 psu 이상에서 성장과 생존이 가능하였으나 적정 염분은 6-9 psu 이었다. 유생밀도별 사육시험에서 1 ml당 1-10 개체에서 높은 성장과 생존율을 보였으나경제성을 고려한 적정 유생사육 밀도는 1 ml당 10 개체였다. 먹이생물에 따른 유생의 성장과 생존율은 Isochrysis galbana, Pavlova lutheri 및 Chaetoceros calcitrans를 혼합하여 10,000-20,000 cells/ml의 밀도로 공급하는 것이 가장 효과적이었다. 성숙유생의 채묘는 모래저질에서 성장과 생존율이 유의하게 효과적 이었으며, 특히 0.25 mm 이하의 미세사질에서 높은 생존율을 보였다.

        극히 얕은 $N^+$-P 실리콘 접합에서의 어발런치 현상

        Ultra thin Si p-n junctions shallower than $300{\AA}$ were fabricated and biased to the avalanche regime. The ultra thin junctions were fabricated to be parallel to the surface and exposed to the surface without $SiO_2$ layer. Those junctions emitted white light and electrons when junctions were biased in the avalanche breakdown regime. Therefore, we could observe the avalanche breakdown region visually. We could also observe the influence of electric field to the current flow visually by observing the white light which correspond to the avalanche breakdown region. Arrayed diodes emit light and electrons uniformly at the diode area. But, the reverse leakage current were larger than those of ordinary diodes, and the breakdown voltage were less than 10V.

      • 평면 디스플레이를 위한 p-n 접합을 이용한 냉음극의 실험적 연구

        Field Emission Display(FED) has significant advantages over existing display technologies, particularly in the area of small, high-resolution displays. In order to test the feasibility of fabricating the System-on-Chip with FED, we conducted the experiments to use the p-n junction as an electron beam source for the flat panel display. A novel structure has been constructed to four p-n junctions by generating n-type inversion layer with the electric field from the gate. Avalanche breakdown has been. successfully achieved though significant electron emission from the p-n junctions were not observed contrary to the p-n junctions formed by ion implantation. The reason why no significant electron emission is not observed from p-n junctions is discussed.

      • 카트형 3륜 자전거 개발에 관한연구

        The original bicycle "Draisine" was introduced by German Mr. Karl von Drais in 1818. However, even 185 years later, there has been little development made to the bicycle and it is still primarily run by human strength. The majority of 2nd generation bicycles have progressed to become simple modes of transportation for less affluent user group. For the next generation of bicycle, there will be a demand for new and improved ways for transportation due to the many advances made in science and leisure culture. An example of an invention to meet this demand is the three-wheeled bicycle. It has the body similar to that of a passenger car with two wheels at the front, and one at the back. It is powered by an electric motor, which enables the user to feel as comfortable as though driving a standard car. This three-wheeled vehicle is also easy to use, particularly with steering, and is able to withstand bumpy roads without difficulty.

        Pyeonghwa Motors established "Mekong Auto Co, Ltd." that is the Vietnam's first Motor Company on June 20, 1991. Present, FIAT "Siena" and "Doblo" assembled by Mekong Auto and sold by more than 20 dealers in Vietnam. Recently, ahead of "Siena" model replace time, current model of Siena stocks are must to sell effectively and need different design. This research will introduce study finding and comes out progressing in Siena "Limited Edition" project.
