The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of serum lipoprotein and apolipoprotein after 80min aerobic exercise. Subjects were composed of seven obese women. lipoprotein was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill exercise test. The exercise intensities was 80%HRmax. The result of this study are as follows ; 1. Free fat acid was increased during walking exercise each 20min, 40min, 80min. 2. HDL-C was increased and LDL-C was decreased during walking exercise. Especially, more change at 80min. 3. Apo A-Ⅰ and Apo A-Ⅱ was significantly(p<.01) increased during walking exercise. 4. Apo C-Ⅱ was not changed, but Apo C-Ⅲ was decreased during walking exercise at 40min, 80min, In conclusion, bout walking exercise was shown to positive influence on serum lipoprotein and apolipoprotein. So it is maybe thought that walking exercise improved lipoprotein metabolism for obesity treatment.
