        흑연 함침법에 의한 흑색 지르코니아의 제조 및 특성분석

        Zirconia is widely used for structural materials in machinery due to its superior properties, such as high strength, high hardness, and high toughness. Zirconia generally has ivory or white color. Therefore many studies are performed for diversification of zirconia color, in order to be widely uitilized for decoration and machine parts which need distincfive color. In this study, graphite is used to prevent structural defect, to maintain superior properties, and to develop black color of zirconia by impregnation method. As specimen was impregnated at $1600^{\circ}C$ for 2 h, bending strength is 1221 MPa, density is $6.01\;g/cm^3$, hardness is 10.1 GPa, absorption coefficient is 0%, transmittance is Fail, chromaticity is 54. The results indicate that black zirconia has enough properties to be adopted as mechanical parts. Optimum impregnation time is 2 h for various observations.

        고립파 작용하 직립호안 주변에서 지반의 동적응답에 관한 수치시뮬레이션

        지진해일파(tsunami)에 의한 피해로 소중한 인명손실뿐만 아니라 침수 범람에 의한 가옥과 같은 건물의 유실 및 방파제, 교량 및 항만과 같은 사회간접자본의 심각한 파괴 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구의 대상인 연안구조물에서 피해원인으로 먼저 큰 지진해일파력을 고려할 수 있지만, 더불어 기초지반에서 세굴과 액상화와 같은 지반파괴를 고려할 수 있다. 진동성분과 잔류성분으로 구성되는 과잉간극수압의 증가에 따른 유효응력의 감소로 해저지반내에 액상화의 가능성이 나타나고, 액상화가 발생되면 그의 진행에 따라 구조물의 침하 혹은 전도에 의해 종국적으로 구조물이 파괴될 가능성이 높아지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 2D-NIT(Two-Dimensional Numerical Irregular wave Tank)모델로 부터 고립파를 조파시켜 직립호안 및 해저지반상에서 시간변동의 동파압을 산정하고, 그 결과를 지반의 동적응답과 구조물의 동적거동을 정밀하게 재현할 수 있는 유한요소법에 기초한 탄 소성해저지반응답의 수치해석프로그램인 FLIP(Finite element analysis LIquefaction Program)모델에 입력치로 적용하여 해저지반 및 직립호안의 주변에서 과잉간극수압 및 유효응력의 시 공간변화, 지반변형, 구조물의 변위 및 지반액상화 등을 정량적으로 평가하여 직립호안의 안정성을 평가한다. Tsunami take away life, wash houses away and bring devastation to social infrastructures such as breakwaters, bridges and ports. The targeted coastal structure object in this study can be damaged mainly by the tsunami force together with foundation ground failure due to scouring and liquefaction. The increase of excess pore water pressure composed of oscillatory and residual components may reduce effective stress and, consequently, the seabed may liquefy. If liquefaction occurs in the seabed, the structure may sink, overturn, and eventually increase the failure potential. In this study, the solitary wave was generated using 2D-NIT(Two-Dimensional Numerical Irregular wave Tank) model, and the dynamic wave pressure acting on the seabed and the estimated surface boundary of the vertical revetment. Simulation results were used as an input data in a finite element computer program(FLIP) for elasto-plastic seabed response. The time and spatial variations in excess pore water pressure, effective stress, seabed deformation, structure displacement and liquefaction potential in the seabed were estimated. From the results of the analysis, the stability of the vertical revetment was evaluated.

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the patient with radial nerve palsy, who improved by oriental medical treatment. Methods : The patient was managed by Cathami Flos aqua-acupuncture, Dong-Qi acupuncture treatment, Comman acupuncture treatment and Herbal medicine. We took pictures of patient's wrist and checked the power of muscles. And we checked the numbness of thumb that was patient's subjective sensation. Results : After 2 weeks-treatment, the movement and power of wrist was restored to nearly normal range, also the numbness of thumb was removed. Combined oriental medical treatment can treat radial nerve palsy earlier than the other methods. Conclusions : The results suggest that combination of Cathami Flos aqua-acupuncture, Dong-Qi acupuncture treatment, Comman acupuncture treatment and Herbal medicine is good method for treatments of radial nerve palsy. But further studies are required to concretely prove the effectiveness of this method for treating radial nerve palsy.

        사이버 안보를 위한 군(軍) 정보보호 전문인력 양성방안

        The Cyberspace of the Republic of Korea Army is continuously threatened by enemies. Means for responding to such cyber threats are ultimately Military information security professional personnel. Currently, however, there are only a handful of advanced information security professional persons in Republic of Korea Army, and a lack of systematic training is inadequate. Therefore, in this thesis, we surveyed the information security professional human resource policies of USA, UK, Israel, and Japan. In addition, the policy to train professional human resources specialized in defense cyber security, we proposed training of specialist talent of 4 steps and medium and long term plan, step-by-step training system sizing, introduction of certification system. 우리 군의 사이버 공간은 적으로부터 지속적인 위협을 받고 있다. 이 같은 사이버 위협에 대응하는 수단은 결국 군(軍) 정보보호 전문인력이다. 하지만 현재 우리군의 고급 정보보호 전문인력은 소수에 불과하며 체계적인 양성계획은 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 세계 주요국인 미국, 영국, 이스라엘, 그리고 일본의 사이버 전문인력 양성정책을 조사하였다. 그리고 국내 정보보호 전문인력 양성정책을 조사하여 간략하게 제시하였다. 그리고 국방 사이버안보 전문인력 양성을 위해 4단계 전문인력 양성 및 중장기 계획 수립, 단계별 교육체계 정립, 인증제 도입을 제시하였다.

        Estimation in Autoregressive Process with Non-negative Innovations

        In this paper, we obtain the natural estimators of the coefficient parameters and propose strongly consistent estimators of the parameter in the autoregressive model of order three with non-negative innovations. It is shown that the natural estimators are also strongly consistent for the parameters. We also compare the proposed estimators with the natural estimators and the least square estimators via Monte Carlo simulation studies.

        3차원 불규칙 수치파동수조(3D-NIT) 모델의 적용성에 관한 연구

        In this study, 3D-NIT(3-Dimensional Numerical Irregular wave Tank) model in which regular wave as well as stable irregular wave can be generated in 3-dimensional numerical irregular wave tank was proposed. To verify validity, the following steps need to be conducted: 1) comparative analysis between calculated waveforms and targeted waveforms at the wave generating point, 2) comparative analysis with the existing experimental values of overtopping volume estimated, targeting shore protection structures installed on a slope bed, 3) comparison with the existing numerical and hydraulic experimental results through application in the analysis on the wave deformation by structures and wave force acting on the vertical cylindrical structures. Based on the results, characteristics of the breaking wave forces according to incident waves and interval distance of structures were identified through application of 3D-NIT model in the analysis on the breaking wave forces acting on the cylindrical structures installed on a slope bed, and reflection and overtopping was reviewed through application in the special breakwaters on the domestic fields. The numerical results obtained the 3D-NIT model are in good agreement with experimental results, and its applicaion to the complex-shpaed coastal structures is verified. 본 연구에서는 3차원수치파동수조에 규칙파뿐만 아니라 안정적인 불규칙파가 조파될 수 있는 새로운 조파시스템 3D-NIT(3-Dimensional Numerical Irregular wave Tank)모델을 제안한다. 그의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 1) 조파지점에서 계산파형과 목표파형을 비교 검토하고, 2) 경사수심역에 설치된 호안구조물을 대상으로 산정된 기존 월파량에 대한 실험치와 비교 검토하며, 3) 연직원주 구조물에 작용하는 파력 및 구조물에 의한 파랑변형의 해석에 적용하여 기존의 수치 및 수리실험결과와 비교한다. 이상의 결과를 기초로 3D-NIT모델을 경사수심역에 설치된 원주구조물에 작용하는 쇄파력의 해석에 적용하여 입사파고, 구조물의 이격거리 등에 따른 작용쇄파력의 특성을 규명하고, 더불어 국내현장의 특수방파제에 적용하여 반사율, 월파량 등을 검토하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안하는 3D-NIT모델을 이용한 수치실험결과는 기존의 수리모형실험을 잘 재현하고 있음을 확인하였고 복잡한 형상을 갖는 해안구조물의 해석에 적용할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

        추측확인법과 확인추측법의 의미와 기원

        The grammatical sum does not form a coherent semantic identity. In the arrangement of the prefinal ending, the following elements add the grammatical and semantic meanings to the preceding elements. In conclusion, the arrangement of the prefinal ending of the estimation-confirmation is composed of the functions of estimation and confirmation and adds the semantic qualities of the information to the assumed element, and the confirmation-estimation undermines grammatical structure by less emphasizing the significance of confirmation. The ‘-리어-’ of the estimationconfirmation and the ‘-어리-’ of the confirmation-estimation have different syntactic structures, leading to different semantic qualities in terms of [±Confirmation]. This is accompanied by a change in the semantic elements of the estimation according to the meaning of the confirmation that precedes to or follows after the ‘-리-’, which is realized in the same form. Specifically, the form of estimation-confirmation carries the semantic element of simple assumption, while functioning to deliver the information. Therefore, the meaning unit of confirmation is not clearly distinguished. On the other hand, confirmation-estimation takes a form of rhetorical questionand therefore conveys the opposite meaning. It strengthens the role of confirmation, by placing the semantic element of the confirmation after the prefinal ending. The sentence of the confirmation-estimation often takes a form of “interrogative -려” (or “interrogative -리어-”) in front of the final ending. On the other hand, confirmation-estimation is associated with ‘-아- + -리 - + -아 (< 가)’. The grammatical arrangement and placement determines different semantic roles. If ‘-리-’ is realized in the form of estimation, it can be used to express the semantic differences determined byaccording to the order of arrangement. However, as a result, this research shows that ‘-리₁-’, which is settled in the form of estimation-confirmation, and ‘-리₂-’, is realized in a form of the confirmation-estimation, and the both are originally different grammatical elements. In a historical sense, there is no precedent to ‘-리₁-’ coming before the prefinal endings of ‘-거/어-아-’, except for ‘-리₂-’. ‘★’ and ‘★’ in Sǒktok kugyǒl during the Koryǒ period, which reveals the historical trajectory of the grammar functions corresponding to ‘ - 리₁-’ and ‘- 리₂-’ of the 15th century Korea, respectively. For example, ‘★’ functions as the prefinal ending and ‘★’ functions as the interrogative ending in combination with interrogative auxiliary element. In the 15th century, ‘-리₁-’ and ‘-리₂-’ show different grammatical categorization, as the ‘-리-’ element was originally a combination of two or more morphemes, not a single morpheme, deriving from other grammatical elements. The element was drawn from a combination of a gerund ending and a copula, but ‘리₁-’ and ‘-리₂-’ were differentiated by which prefinal ending the element is being combined with. The two forms derived from the grammaticalization process of the interrogative endings and formed new grammar categories. Although they contain different semantic compositions, their properties indicates that they share the semantic function of the estimation.

        해안안벽과 육상구조물에서 지진해일파의 처오름 및 작용파력에 관한 수치해석

        In this work, wave run-up heights and resultant wave forces on a vertical revetment due to tsunami (solitary wave) are investigated numerically using a numerical wave tank model called CADMAS-SURF (CDIT, 2001. Research and Development of Numerical Wave Channel (CADMAS-SURF). CDIT library, No. 12, Japan.), which is based on a 2-D Navier-Stokes solver, coupled to a volume of fluid (VOF) method. The third order approximate solution (Fenton, 1972. A ninth-order solution for the solitary wave. J. of Fluid Mech., Vol. 53, No.2, pp.257-271) is used to generate solitary waves and implemented in original CADMAS-SURF code. Numerical results of the wave profiles and forces are in good agreements with available experimental data. Using the numerical results, the regression curves determined from the least-square analysis are proposed, which can be used to determine the maximum wave run-up height and force on a vertical revetment due to tsunami. In addition, the capability of CADMAS-SURF is demonstrated for tsunami wave forces acting on an onshore structure using various configuration computations including the variations of the crown heights of the vertical wall and the position of the onshore structure. Based on the numerical results such as water level, velocity field and wave force, the direct effects of tsunami on an onshore structure are discussed. 본 연구에서는 Navier-Stokes방정식과 자유수면추적을 위해 도입한 VOF함수의 이류방정식에 기초하고 있는 CADMAS-SURF(CDIT, 2001)에 Fenton(1972)의 3차근사고립파이론에 의한 조파이론을 새롭게 도입한 수치파동수로로부터 직립호안상에서 지진해일(고립파)의 처오름 및 작용파력을 해석한다. 기존의 연구결과와 대비하여 본 수치해석결과의 적용성을 논의하며, 최소자승법에 기초하여 직립호안상에서 최대처오름과 최대파력을 합리적으로 추정할 수 있는 회귀식을 제안한다. 또한, 육상구조물에 작용하는 지진해일(tsunami wave)의 파력산정에 CADMAS-SURF(CDIT, 2001)의 적용을 시도한다. 육상에서 지진해일의 수위변동, 유속 및 파력변동의 특성으로부터 육상구조물에 미치는 지진해일의 직접적인 영향을 추론할 수 있을것이다.
