고급 한국어 학습자를 위한 오디오북 제작 프로젝트 수업 모형 개발

본 연구는 최근 새로운 독서 콘텐츠로 주목 받고 있는 오디오북을 최종 결과물로 하여 고급 수준 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 한 프로젝트 수업 모형을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저 선행 연구를 검토하여 오디오북 활용이 읽기 능력을 향상시키고 동기 측면에서도 긍정적 변화를 가져옴을 확인하였다. 이와 더불어 본 연구의 수업을 통해 책의 주제와 흐름을 파악하고 요약 및 재구성하는 능력, 말하기·듣기·읽기·쓰기를 아우르는 통합적 언어 능력을 추가적으로 개발할 수 있음을 기술하였다. 이후 선행 연구에서 논의된 프로젝트 수업 단계를 바탕으로 수업 모형을 설계하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구의 프로젝트 수업은 준비, 계획, 수행, 발표 및 평가의 총 4단계로 구성하였으며 각 단계 아래 세부 절차를 설정하여 수업과정을 상세히 제시하였다. 절차별로 교사와 학습자의 교수·학습 활동이 어떻게 이루어지는지도 살펴보았다. 수업의 각 단계와 세부 절차, 이에 따른 교사 및 학습자의 교수·학습 활동 내용을 구체적으로 기술한 본 연구의 수업 모형은 교육 현장에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 후속 연구에서는 본 수업 모형에 따라 실제 수업을 실시한 후 그 효과를 경험적으로 증명하고 개선점 및 보완점을 찾아낼 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. This study aims to develop a project-based learning model for advanced Korean learners with audiobooks, which have recently attracted attention as a new reading content, as the final result. Through a prior study review, it was confirmed that the use of audiobooks improves reading ability and brings positive changes in motivation. In addition to these educational effects, the class in this study further suggested that the ability to understand, summarize and reconstruct books and the integrated language skills encompassing speaking, listening, reading and writing could be developed. After that, the model of this study was designed based on the project-based learning stages discussed in the prior studies. As a result, this model consisted of four stages: preparation, planning, performance, presentation and evaluation, and detailed procedures were set under each stage. It also presented in detail how actual activities of teachers and learners are performed by each procedure. The model of this study, which specifically describes each stage, detailed procedures, and activities of teachers and learners, can be useful in the actual educational field. Subsequent studies are expected to prove empirically the effectiveness of this model and to find improvements and complementary points after conducting an actual class.

Hemiplegic migraine (HM) is a rare form of migraine, characterized by migraine with reversible motor weakness. HM can be divided into sporadic and familiar HM based on familiarity. Mutations in CACNA1A, ATP1A2 and SCN1A were identified in familiar HM. We present a patient with sporadic HM exhibiting recurrent hemiplegia, mental change and fever along with headache attacks. During the hemiplegia, he showed perfusion delay in left middle cerebral artery territory. Genetic panel test revealed a likely pathogenic varia nt in ATP1A2.

Purpose Some patients with neonatal seizures show diffuse, symmetric diffusion-restricted lesions in the cerebral white matter. The aim of this study was to describe clinical and imaging findings of patients with neonatal seizures who had diffuse, symmetric diffusion-restricted lesions without any structural or metabolic etiology. Materials and Methods A total of 56 neonates aged less than 1 week underwent brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for evaluation of seizures from November 2008 to February 2017. After excluding 43 patients, 13 patients showed diffuse white matter abnormality on diffusion- weighted imaging. Initial and follow-up clinical and MRI findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 13 patients were born at full term. Among the ten patients who underwent a stool test for viruses, six were positive for rotavirus and one for astrovirus. MRI revealed diffuse, symmetric diffusion- restricted lesions distributed along the cerebral white matter, thalami, and midbrain variably. Conclusion Diffuse, symmetric diffusion-restricted lesions involving the cerebral white matter can be seen in patients with neonatal seizures without any structural or metabolic etiology. Rotavirus is commonly but not exclusively detected in these patients. Nevertheless, viral infection-associated encephalopathy should be considered for patients with characteristic clinical and MRI findings.

가상현실 기반 분노 조절 훈련의 효과성에 대한 예비 연구

아동, 청소년 분노 조절력 향상 VR 훈련의 치료적 효과를 알아보기에 앞서 일반 아동, 청소년 32 명을 대상으로 분노 조절 VR 훈련의 분노 완화 효과에 대한 예비 연구를 실시하였다. 과제 1 에서는 분노 유발 상황에 노출 후 인지행동적 기법 중 하나인 자기 대화법을 적용하였고, 과제 2 에서는 자기 대화법과 시에 비폭력적 대화법인 나-전달법을 적용한 후 주관적 분노 수준이 감소하는 지 알아보았다. 그 결과, 총 8 개의 상황 (과제 1, 과제 2 각각 4 개의 상황)에서 인지행동적 기법을 적용함에 따라 주관적 분노 수준이 유의미하게 감소하였다. 자기 대화법 종류 및 과제 1, 2 간 분노 감소량의 차이는 유의미하지 않아 인지행동적 기법의 종류 또는 개수가 분노 완화 효과에 주요하지 않은 것을 알 수 있다.
