      • 의사등방성 CFRP 적층판의 충격손상과 잔류강도에 미치는 고온환경의 영향

        본 연구에서는 고온하에서 의사등방성 CF/EPOXY 적층판이 이물충격손상을 받을때 충격에너지의 크기와 잔류굽힘강도와의 관계 및 충격에너지의 크기와 잔류강성계수와의 저하관계를 고찰하여 온도의 변화가 CFRP 적층재의 충격손상에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실험적 관계에서 고찰하였다. 상온에서는 충격손상에 의한 잔류강도 저하현상은 거의 없으나 시험편의 표면온도가 상승함에 따라 잔류강도는 저하하였다. 고온하에서 충격손상에 의한 굽힘강도 잔류계수 역시 충격면이 인장을 받은 경우가 충격면이 압축을 받는 경우 보다 작았으며, 굽힘강성 잔류계수는 온도변화 및 충격손상에는 상관없이 거의 일정하였다. This study deals with the effects of impact damages of CFRP laminates with respect to temperature changes through an observation of the interrelations between the impact energy vs. residual rigid modulus when the quasi-isotropic CFRP laminates are subjected to FOD (Foreign Object Damage) In the room temperature, the decreasing of the residual strength didn't generate by the impact damages. Also, with raising the specimen temperatures, the residual strength decreased for both the unimpacted specimen and the specimen subjected to impact damages. In the specimen of quasi-isotropic CF/FPOXY(〔0° 2/90°2/45° 2/-45°2〕sym), the decreasing for impact damage and the temperature change didn't occur in the case of the tension side of the impact surface than in compression side, In the case of impact surface under the tension, it was found that a buckling of local delamination was generated at the time the delamination section (F interfaces) was subjected to the compression. The CF/EPOXY specimen of quasi-isotropic laminates shows that the retention factors of bending strength is lower in the tension side of the impact surface than in the compression side. Bending stiffness retention factor remains almost constant irelevant to the temperature changes and the magnitude of impact damages.

      • CFRP 모자형 부재의 축 압궤 특성에 관한 연구

        The most important purpose in designing vehicles is currently to focus on environment-friendly, economical, safety performance aspect. As for the environment-friendly and economical aspect, the issues are the overall movements toward lightweight vehicle production because of the fuel-efficiency improvement and heavier restriction on exhaust, however in contrast, the issues of the safety performance such as crush, comfort level and multi-functional programs lead to increase of vehicle weight. Therefore, the designing vehicles should be more interested in the aspect of securing safety performance, but at the same time, it also should consider reducing weight of structural member of vehicle. In this study, to lower the weight of side members, CFRP side members were manufactured by CFRP uni-direction prepreg sheet. The stacking condition related to the energy absorption of composite materials is being considered as an issue for the structural efficiency. Therefore, the axial collapse tests were conducted by changing the stacking condition such as fiber orientation angle and interlaminar number. In this paper the results of experimental works pertaining to the orientation angle and interlaminar number characteristics of CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) hat shaped section members that were subjected to static axial compressive loading are presented.

      • 온도변화에 따른 CFRP 적층재의 충격손상에 관한 실험적 연구

        In this paper, the effects of temperature change (low and high temperature) on the impact damages of CFRP laminates was experimentally studied. Composite laminates used for this experiment are CF/EPOXY orthotropic laminated plates, which have two-interfaces [0˚_6/90˚_6]_s and [0˚₄/90˚₄]_s. and CF/PEEK orthotropic laminated plates, which have two-interfaces [0˚₄/90˚₄]_s. And, this study aims experimentally to present the interrelations between the impact energy vs. impact damages (i.e. delamination area and matrix crack) of CFRP laminates (CF/EPOXY, CF/PEEK) subjected to FOD(Foreign Object Damage) under various temperatures.

      • 衝擊에 의한 衝擊荷重의 解析에 관한 硏究

        In this paper, the time variation of a load due to impact (two elastic bodies) is investigated. In this theoretical analysis, the Hertz's contact theory is employed for the relation between a force and a deformation of the local contact area during the early time of impact. For the case of bar and beam, the longitudinal impact and the lateral impact theory are employed. And in each case, elastic bar and elastic beam are implacted by a falling of elastic bar and the experimental results are measured by wire strain gages. Finally, it is shown that theoretical results are good agreement with experimental results. And the results obtained here show that the effect of the local deformation of the contact surface is significant at the earlier stage of the impact process.

        Instructional Effects on Voice Onset Time Perception in L2 Speech Segmentation

        This study examined the effects of instruction on the English word boundary perception of Korean learners of English. The focus of this study was the appropriate use of Voice Onset Time (VOT) of English voiceless stops (p, t, k) in word initial (e.g., top) and after word initial s position (e.g., stop) signaling the presence and absence of a word boundary before the stop consonant. There were 48 participants in the study, who were assessed three times: before instruction (pre-test), immediately after instruction (post-test), and five weeks after instruction (delayed post-test). Results revealed that participants’ perceptual accuracy improved significantly in both VOT positions in segmentation after instruction. However, the improvement was more prominent in word initial than after word initial s. Among word initial stop consonants, velar stops were the most difficult to acquire, while after initial s, bilabial stops were the most difficult and alveolar stops were the easiest to acquire.

        CFRP 적층재의 잔류피로굽힘강도에 미치는 열습의 영향

        This paper evaluates the static and fatigue bending strengths of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic) laminates subjected to hygrothermals. The specimens which had different stacking composition, orthotropic and quasi-isotropic laminated plates, were prepared for this experiment. A steel ball launched by the air gun collides against CFRP laminates to generate impact damages, and the 3-point fatigue bending test is carried out by using the impacted laminates to investigate the influence of hygrothermals on the effect on the residual bending fatigue strength of CFRP laminates.

      • 연료전지 무인기의 에너지 저장 장치 최적화

        연료전지 및 이차전지, 태양전지를 탑재하고 4.5시간 동안 비행하는 무인기에 대하여 에너지 저장 장치인 연료전지 및 이차전지의 중량을 최적화하기 위한 계산을 수행하였다. 주어진 탑재물 중량에 대하여 비행체의 크기 및 중량, 비행에 필요한 에너지 및 동력을 계산하는 모델을 작성하였다. 이를 이용하여 전체 비행체 중량을 최소화하는 연료전지 대 이차전지의 중량비를 구하였다. 탑재물 중량 1 kg 및 기타 입력값을 가정하고 계산한 결과 연료전지와 이차전지의 중량비가 6.3:1일 때 전체 비행체의 중량이 15.5 kg으로 최소가 되었다. Weights of energy storage devices are optimized for a UAV carrying a fuel cell, a secondary battery and a solar cell, and using the first two as its energy storage. For a given weight of payload and flight endurance, UAV size and weight, and its required energy and power are calculated using a simulation model. The weight ratio of the fuel cell and battery is optimized using this model to minimize the total weight of the UAV. Given the payload weight of 1 kg and other input parameters assumed, the total weight is minimized as 15.5 kg when the weight ratio of the fuel cell and battery is 6.3:1.
