금속 촉매를 이용한 poly-Si의 결정화에 관한 연구

Nickel induced crystallization of amorphous silicon (a-Si) has been studied by selective deposition of Ni on a-Si thin films. The kinetics of crystallization for MIC was found to be greatly enhanced than that of SPC. Ni-induced crystallization is a promising technique for low-temperature fabrication of poly-Si thin-film transistors needed for large area applications. Lateral growth of polycrystalline silicon mediated by the formation of nickel silicide, has been successfully employed for the fabrication of high-performance TFTs. A-Si thin films on which Ni films were deposited with various thickness were crystallized as a function of annealing temperatures. Throughout the thesis work, wise choice of both the thickness of Ni and the annealing temperature was found to produce poly-Si films with high quality, thus potentially resulting in the production of TFTs with high performance.

It is the purpose of this research to exam the progress of establishment of the ‘Ningxia Huizu Autonomy Region’, and the cultural identity of the Hui Zu in the field of religion(Islam), language, education. The focus is concentrate on the establishment of the ‘Ning Xia Hui Zu Autonomy Region’ after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Moreover this research will analyze out the identity of the Huizu in the Autonomy by the Islam, Huizu language and primary education. This theme has also a significance of more objective verifications on the research of the chinese scholars, who make a conclusion that Hui Zu Autonomy policy is successful coordinated in the Minority Policy of the Marxism. Especially the process of the establishment ‘Ning Xia Hui Zu Autonomy Region’ has been very complicated, i.e. as the region was completely occupied by Chinese Communist Party’s the People’s Liberation Army in 23th September 1949, the administration system of a republic as a ‘Ning Xia Province’. But in . B4 the Province was abrogated and divided into Arasan Left Qi, Arasan Right Qi, Echina Qi and Hedengkou Xian, and directly these Qi were belonged to ‘Inner Monolian Autonomy Region’. Although Hui Zu was strongly resisted this policy, after all 2Bth October 1958 established ‘Ning Xia Hui Zu Autonomy Region’. In 1969 even the Hui Zu resided region in the ‘Inner Monolian Autonomy Region’ was incorporated into the ‘Ning Xia Hui Zu Autonomy Region’.(but this region was reentered into the ‘Inner Monolian Autonomy Region’ in 1979) For the purpose of analysis of this political considerable development, in this study will carry out also research on the cultural identity of the Hui Zu include religion, language, and education. Material will utilized not only chinese scholars research but also Hui Zu scholars study and on-line material. Therefore this research will accomplish general and objective conclusion.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 몽골의 수교 22주년, 그리고 중앙아시아 5개국과의 수교 20주년의 시점에서 현대사적 관계발전의 개념과 포괄적 안보개념을 바탕으로 그 관계발전을 진단하고 알타이 국가연합체로의 발전 방안을 분석 제시하는 데에 있다. 이 글은 크게 네 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 먼저 한국과 몽골 그리고 투르크계 중앙아시아 5개국과의 현황을 분석하고, 두 번째, 상호간의 관계 발전 역사를 점검 하였으며, 세 번째 이러한 관계 발전에서의 문제점들을 진단하고, 마지막으로 바람직한 관계 발전의 방향으로 알타이민족 협력체 구성을 제안하였다. 과거의 사실을 정리하는 것, 관계 발전을 여러 가지 각도로 진단하는 것, 그리고 과거의 사실을 바탕으로 미래의 방향을 제시하는 것, 모두가 역사학의 방법론이다. 한국과 몽골 그리고 투르크 국가들의 관계는 고대와 중세를 뛰어넘어 근대와 현대의 단절을 극복하고 이제는 새로운 역사의 장을 열어야 할 때라고 본다. 20여년 전 수교 후 밀접한 협력관계를 바탕으로 긍정적인 관계발전을 지향(指向)하고, 갈등의 역사를 진단하여 부정적인 요인에 의한 관계악화를 지양(止揚)하여야 할 것이다. 이것은 이른바 사회 문화의 동등한 교류(inter-culture)가 그 해답이 될 것이고 이러한 알타이 국가들 간의 협력은 사회문화의 동등한 교류의 바탕위에서 정치, 경제 등 모든 면에서 전면적인 쌍방향 교류의 장으로 확대해 나아가야 할 것이다. It is the purpose of this research to examine the historical development of the relationship among Korea, Mongol and the 5 Turk Nations in Central Asia for the past 20 years. Mongolia and the 5 Turk nations in Central Asia have been either satellite countries or as part of the Soviet Union for 70 years. In the early 1990s, in the wake of collapse of the Soviet Union, these nations became independent and all of them established diplomatic relations with Republic of Korea. Since then the relations expanded to include cooperations in economic, cultural and military areas. Based on the deepened cooperative relations among these nations, now 9 propose That a new regional cooperative scheme, “Cooperation of the Altai Nations (CAN).” The CAN will not only enhance mutual cooperation among the five nations which share ethnic-cultural heritage, but also will stimulate regional integrity among the nations in Central Asia.

미래 사회로의 디지털 전환 과정에서 인공지능의 중요성이 커지고 있으나 2021년 11월에 발표된 각론에 따르면 2022 개정 교육과정에서 인공지능 교육의 시수 확충은 불투명한 상황이다. 이에 반해 교과 교육 내에서 디지털·인공지능 융합을 통한 내용 재구조화를 제시하여 실천적인 적용 방안이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정의 틀에서 개발된 인공지능 관련 교과목 및 교재를 분석하여 2022 개정 교육과정에서 진행될 인공지능 교육에 대한 실행 방안을 내용적 측면에서 제시하였다. 분석 대상으로 고등학교 선택 교과목 2종과 교육부와 한국과학창의재단이 개발한 학교급별 교재 5종을 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 2015 개정 교육과정의 인공지능 교육은 인공지능 원리 이해와 활용 측면 위주로 구성되어 있으며, 인공지능 교육의 세부 내용과 교과 융합 측면에서는 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 인공지능 교육 전반에서 인공지능의 원리와 활용 측면을 다양한 교과목과 연계하여 세분화해 구성하고, 인공지능과 다양한 교과목의 융합을 위한 학습자료 개발 및 활용이 필요함을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 기존 교육내용 분석을 통해 인공지능 교육의 실천적 방안 제시를 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
