        국회 경호·경비체계에 대한 경호공무원의 인식 및 개선 방안

        국회의사당은 대의민주주의를 실현하는 국민의 대표기관으로서 어떠한 위협으로부터도 안전하게 보호되어야하는 ‘가’급 국가중요시설이다. 그러나 아직 우리 국회에서는 경호·경 비의 중요성을 심각하게 받아들이지 않고 경호·경비를 담당하고 있는 조직도 그 역할과 위 상이 충분하지 못하다는 평가를 받고 있어 이에 대한 개선이 시급하다. 이에 이 연구에서 는 국회 경위를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면담(Focus Group Interview)을 통해 현 국회 경호·경 비체계의문제점에 대한 8개의대범주와 47개의 하위범주를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로국내 외 관련 기관들과 비교하여 국회 경호·경비체계에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구에 서는 개선방안으로서 국회경비대에 대한 지휘체계 일원화, 물리적 보안강화방안으로서 출 입통제방법의 개선과 CCTV시스템 설치 확대 및 범죄예방설계(CPTED)기법 도입, 경위 및 방호인력 보강 및 관리자의 통솔범위 축소, 가칭「의회경호처법」의 제정을 통한 국회 경 호조직의 위상강화, 질서유지권 강화를 위한 「국회법」 개정, 전문성 향상 방안으로서 전 문교육과정의 도입과 채용시험 변경을 통한 우수인재 선발 등을 제안하였다. The National Assembly building is the facility in which the country's representative democracy is practiced, and therefore, needs to be protected properly at all times. However, the National Assembly has not placed enough emphasis on the capability of the organization in charge of security has been evaluated as not sufficient enough to ensure safety. In this research, eight categories and forty-seven sub-categories related to the problems of security system were obtained from conducting a focus group interview with the security officials at the National Assembly, and a comparative analysis was carried out with foreign cases to suggest measures for improvement. The results of the study revealed that a unified management system of the security officers, reinformed physical security, increased supply of security officers, and decreased leadership level of the commander were required for a more efficient security and protection system. Furthermore, increased status of the security officers, implementation of laws to enforce order maintenance, and the curriculum designed to produce expert employees through suitable educational courses and changed examination subjects will make positive contributions to increasing the efficiency of and improving the overall security of the National Assembly building.

      • 직물에의 Calcium염 침착에 비이온활성제와 수용성 고분자 조제의 영향

        The influence of water-soluble polymer builders on calcium deposition on the fabric was studied by repeated laundering the various fabrics with AE (alkyl polyoxyethyleneether) in hard water. The amounts of calcium deposits on the fabric was determined by EDTA-back titration methods. The results were as following; 1. The amounts of calcium deposits increased with increasing wash cycles, however dissimilarly properties in each detergent system was recognized. 2. The deposition of calcium onto the fabrics were generally reduced with inceasing the polymer concentration, and the prevention effect of calcium deposition of the polymer builders were shown effectively at PET in the AE-PVA detergent system. 3. The amounts of calcium deposits onto the fabrics were greatly decreased with increaseing the AE concentration, and it seemed that the prevention effect of calcium deposition was due to the detergency characteristics of AE and on the anti-redeposition effect of PVA and NaCMC.

      • 금속 촉매를 이용한 poly-Si의 결정화에 관한 연구

        Nickel induced crystallization of amorphous silicon (a-Si) has been studied by selective deposition of Ni on a-Si thin films. The kinetics of crystallization for MIC was found to be greatly enhanced than that of SPC. Ni-induced crystallization is a promising technique for low-temperature fabrication of poly-Si thin-film transistors needed for large area applications. Lateral growth of polycrystalline silicon mediated by the formation of nickel silicide, has been successfully employed for the fabrication of high-performance TFTs. A-Si thin films on which Ni films were deposited with various thickness were crystallized as a function of annealing temperatures. Throughout the thesis work, wise choice of both the thickness of Ni and the annealing temperature was found to produce poly-Si films with high quality, thus potentially resulting in the production of TFTs with high performance.
