질의 완화를 이용한 지능적인 질의 응답 시스템

협력적 질의 응답은 질의와 데이터에 관한 지식을 이용해서 초기의 질의에 적절한 인접한 정보나 연관된 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 제시된 질의에 대한 정확한 검색 결과를 보여주지 못하는 경우에 협력적 질의 응답을 지원하기 위하여 지능적인 질의 응답 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지능적인 질의 응답 시스템은 하이브리드 지식베이스(Hybrid Knowledge Base)를 이용하여 질의 완화 과정을 수행한다. 질의 완화에 사용되는 하이브리드 지식베이스는 구조적인 접근을 위하여 시멘틱 리스트와 규칙 기반의 지식베이스로 구성된다. 또한, 본 논문은 하이브리드 지식베이스를 기반으로 초기의 질의어를 이용하여 질의 재형성을 하기 위하여 질의 완화 알고리즘을 제안한다. Cooperative query answering provides neighborhood or associate information relevant to the initial query using the knowledge about the query and data. In this paper, we present an intelligent query answering system for suporting cooperative query answering system presented in this paper performs query relaxation process using hybrid knowledge base. The hybrid knowledge base which is used for relaxation of queries, composes of semantic list and rule based knowledge base for structural approach. Futhermore, this paper proposes the query relaxation algorithm for query reformulation using initial query on the basis of hybrid knowledge base.

Investigating and comparing English vowels $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$, and their-supposedly- corresponding vowels in Korean /ㅔ/ and /ㅐ/, this study addresses the following questions: Do Koreans pronounce/ㅔ/ and /ㅐ/ differently? Do they pronounce English $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$ differently? And what is the relationship between the Korean vowels and the English vowels? Is the conventional correspondence (/ㅔ:${\varepsilon}/$, and /ㅐ/:${\ae)/$ appropriate? The results showed that 24 Korean male college students distinguish neither Korean /ㅔ/ and /ㅐ/ nor English $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$, thus suggesting that their inability to distinguish the two vowels in their native tongue has an effect on their production of the English vowels. While not distinguishable within a language, Korean /ㅔ/ and /ㅐ/ still form a separate group from English $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$. But Korean-Produced $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$ are significantly different from American-produced $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/:$ Korean-produced $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$ have much lower F1 and F2 than American-produced counterparts. Accordingly it is advised that, in learning English pronunciation, Korean students should be instructed to take the English vowel system as a separate system from Korean one, and thus, not to substitute Korean vowels for English vowels. And students should be provided with specific instructions on the articulatory differences between English vowels and Korean vowels. For example, Cey should be instructed to lower their jaws more for English $/{\varepsilon}/\;and\;/{\ae}/$ than for Korean /ㅔ/ and /ㅐ/.

이 연구는 사회복지사 대상 죽음교육 프로그램을 만들기 위해 DACUM 기법을 활용한 직무분석을 통해 사회복지사들이 현장에서 실제로 적용 가능한 의료적 시각과 인문학적 시각을 동시에 수용하는 융합된 죽음 교육 프로그램에 대한 사회복지사의 책무와 과업들을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구기간은 2015년 3월 2일부터 동년 3월 10일까지 직무분석을 위해 DACUM 위원 8명으로 구성된 보건의료 및 인문사회분야의 전문 교수진으로 구성되어 의료적, 인문학적 시각 및 사회적 시각으로 조사하였다. 연구결과, ‘상실과 애도’ 책무에 대한 과업으로 ‘죽음의 수용과 이해’와 ‘상실 스트레스 치유 및 자살 예방 교육’이 중점이 되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. ‘죽음교육의 필요성’ 책무에 대한 과업으로 ‘전통사회의 죽음과 현대사회의 죽음’이 ‘자신의 죽음과 관련된 문제의 이해’등으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 인문학적 시각에 의한 죽음의 수용과 이해를 위한 힐링과 치유가 강조된 죽음교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 시사해 주고 있다. This study seeks to identify the duties and tasks of a social welfare worker when developing a combined death education program for welfare workers using DACUM method. The program would adopt both a medical and humanistic perspective that can be applied to real life. The study period was between March 2 to March 10, 2015. The study was conducted on eight DACUM committee members who are professors in the field of healthcare or humanities and social sciences. Their medical, humanistic and social viewpoints were investigated. The results show that the focus of the education needs to be on ‘the acceptance and understanding of death’ and ‘healing the stress from loss and suicide prevention’as tasks under the duty of ‘loss and mourning’. The tasks for the duty ‘the need for death education’were identified as ‘death in traditional society and death in contemporary society’ as well as ‘understanding of issues related to death’. The results show that there is a need to develop death education programs that emphasize healing for the acceptance and understanding of death from a humanistic perspective.

업무공간 프로젝트 매니지먼트의 디자인 단계 체크리스트 개발에 관한 연구

The importance of applying project management in interior design has been increased due to recent changes in construction business environment along with market opening which demands more systematized and organized project management system. Yet, project management has not been utilized for interior design industry in Korea. This study intends to define the concept of project management in interior design, categorize tasks of each phase in office design project, and establish a table of elements which should be considered in each task. The table can be utilized as a checklist at the designing site. An in-depth analysis was conducted on the tasks in the Designing phase. In short, this study demonstrates five management phases and nine tasks. The differentiated checklist for office design is discussed in the project management of the Design phase. The checklist established in this study can be used as a practical guideline not only for the clients who are not familiar with management of design project, but also for existing project managers and interior designers. Further studies on management of design projects and development of checklist other than office design is needed.

간호대학생의 SBAR인수인계교육이 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십과 임상판단력에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 전문직간의 의사소통역량 개발을 위한 간호대학생을 대학생으로 SBAR인수인계 교육이 의사소통능력 및 셀프리더십, 임상판단력의 효과를 검증하기위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사 실험 연구이다. 연구기간은 2019년 3월 2일부터 8월2일까지 진행하였고, 연구대상자는 G시의 H대학교 간호학과 4학년을 학생으로 실험군 34명 대조군 35명이었다. 실험군에게 SBAR인수인계 교육을 진행하였고, 대조군에는 일반 인수인계 교육을 실시하였다. 연구결과, SBAR인수인계 교육을 진행한 실험군이 대조군에 비해 의사소통능력에 향상이 있었고(t=1.912, p<.1), 셀프리더십에 향상이 있었고(t=1.685, p<.1), 임상판단력이 향상되었다(t=7.127, p<.001). 본 연구를 통해 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 인수인계 교육은 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십, 임상판단력에 도움이되는 것을 확인하였고, 보다 구조화된 의사소통인 SBAR인수인계교육이 더 효과적임이 확인이 되었다. 이러한 결과는 SBAR인수인계교육이 예비간호사인 4학년을 대상으로 환자의 인수인계의 가이드라인을 제공함으로 효과적인 인수인계 교육방법이 될 것이다. This study is nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study before and after the non-identical control group to verify the effectiveness of the communication skills, self-leadership and clinical judgment skills of the nursing student for the development of communication skills among professionals as a college student. The research period was conducted from March 2nd to August 2nd, 2019, subjects of the study were 34 experimental groups and 35 control groups as students of the department of nursing at H University in G City. In addition, the acquisition patient handover training was conducted to the experimental group using SBAR handover education and in the control group, general handover training was conducted using. The study found that the experimental group that conducted patient handover education using SBAR handover education had better communication skills than the control group (t=1.912, p<.1), improved self-leadership (t=1.685, p<.1), and improved clinical judgment (t=7.127, p<.001). Through this study, patient handover education for fourth grade nursing students was confirmed to be helpful for communication skills, self-leadership and clinical judgment, and SBAR handover education, a more structured communication, was found to be more effective. These results will be an effective method of SBAR handover education for fourth graders nursing students, who are prospective caregivers, by providing guidelines for patient handover.

순무(Brassica rapa L.)와 월동무(Raphanus sativus L.)의 PI3K/AKT 조절을 통한 Adipogenesis 및 Lipogenesis 억제 효과

본 연구에서는 순무(RG)와 월동무(RJ)의 항비만 효과를 확인하고자 MDI로 분화를 유도한 C3H10T1/2 세포에서 지질 축적 및 지방합성 억제 효과를 평가하였다. 무 추출물을 처리한 지방분화 세포의 지질 축적 정도와 triglyceride 함량을 측정한 결과, 무 추출물에 의해 지방구 형성과 triglyceride 축적을 감소시켰고, 특히 RJ 1,000 μg/mL 처리 시 높은 억제 효과를 보였다. 또한, 지방분화를 통해 지방구 형성(adipogenesis)에 관여하는 전사인자(C/EBPα와 β, PPARγ, SREBP-1c)와 지방합성(lipogenesis)에 관여하는 인자(aP2, FAS, SCD1)의 발현량을 측정한 결과, 시료 처리 농도 의존적으로 유전자와 단백질 발현량이 감소한 것을 확인하였으며, 모든 인자에서 RG 처리군보다 RJ 처리군의 효능이 더욱 우수하였다. 또한, MDI 처리 대조군에서 분비가 증가한 leptin과 adiponectin의 생성량이 무 추출물 처리에 의해 농도 의존적으로 감소하는 결과를 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 세포 표면 leptin 수용체에 leptin 결합에 의해 활성화되는 PI3K/AKT 신호 관련 인자들의 유전자 발현이 무 추출물 처리에 의해 억제됨으로써 지방 합성 및 지질 축적을 억제하여 무 추출물이 비만 개선에 효과적임을 밝혀냈다. 이상의 결과로부터 RG와 RJ가 지방세포 분화 기전과 지방분화 호르몬의 생성량을 억제함으로써 지방분화 및 합성 억제 효능이 우수함을 확인하였다. 향후 전임상 효능 평가와 RG와 RJ가 함유한 기능성 성분 연구가 이루어진다면 체지방감소에 도움을 주는 건강기능식품 소재로서의 활용 가능성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is a representative root vegetable widely cultivated in Asia and known to have various physiological effects, such as gastric protective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and hemostasis improving effects, and to ameliorate digestive disorders. However, studies on the antiobesity effects of white and red radish are inadequate. Therefore, in this study, the anti-adipogenic and anti-lipogenic effects of Ganghwa (RG) and Jeju (RJ) radishes were investigated in C3H10T1/2 cells. Lipid accumulation inhibition by Oil Red O staining and TG contents confirmed that at 1,000 μg/mL RG and RJ significantly inhibited lipid accumulation and dose-dependently reduced the mRNA and protein levels of major adipogenesis and lipogenesis-related factors. In addition, inhibition of the expression of genes in the PI3K/Akt pathway by RG or RJ markedly increased leptin and adiponectin levels. These results indicate radishes are potential functional materials that inhibit adipocyte differentiation and lipid accumulation.
