        In this research, It was investigated to increase the infectious efficacy of HCV to culture cells, and the efficacy of HCV cell culture system. To increase the infectious efficacy to human cells, The human hepatoma cell lines (Huh_(7),) was used as the culture cells to test the HCV infection. The whole patient serum, the high density portion, and the low density portion were added in the culture media of human hepatoma (Huh_(7)) cells as the infectious sources. It was showed that HCV partcles of the high density portion were not infectious to Huh_(7) cells, but HCV particles of the low density portion were infectious to Huh_(7) cells. Therefore, it was concluded that the antibody bound HCV was not infectious to Huh_(7) cells, but the antibody free HCV was infectious to Huh_(7) cells.

        필드 환경에 적합한 지상파 디지털 방송 신호의 x-dB 대역폭 측정 방법

        ITU-R SM 권고는 필드 환경에서 여러 전파 신호의 대역폭 측정을 위한 기준을 제시하고 있지만, 우리나라에서 방송되고 있는 지상파 DTV와 T-DMB 방송 신호에 대한 측정 기준은 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문은 필드환경에서 우리나라 지상파 디지털 방송 신호의 대역폭을 높은 신뢰도를 보장하면서 측정할 수 있는 방법으로 기존의 x-dB 대역폭 측정 방법을 이용하여 제안한다. x-dB 대역폭 측정 방법은 x dB 값이 중요한 파라미터이지만, 지상파 DTV와 T-DMB 신호에 대한 적절한 x dB 값이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문은 이들 신호들의 x-dB 대역폭 측정을 위한 적절한 x dB 값을 비롯한 주요 파라미터를 제안한다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 필드 환경에서 x-dB 대역폭 측정 방법을 이용해 지상파 DTV와 T-DMB 신호를 측정할 경우, 각각 x dB 값을 -12 dB와 -8 dB로 설정해야 한다는 결론을 이끌어 냈다. The methods of bandwidth measurement in the field environments are notified in ITU-R spectrum monitoring(SM) documents. But, these methods for terrestrial DTV and T-DMB are not informed yet. The x-dB bandwidth is the most suitable method fer the bandwidth measurement of terrestrial digital broadcasting signals. So, we proposed the suitable x-dB value for x-dB bandwidth measurement of the digital broadcasting signal that is not notified in ITU-R SM documents. As a result, we derived the x dB value of -12 dB and -8 dB that can be used fer estimation of occupied bandwidth of DTV and T-DMB signals respectively by x dB bandwidth measurement in field environments.

        In this research, It was investigated to increase the infectious efficacy of HCV to culture cells, and the efficacy of HCV cell culture system. In the high density portion, the HCV genomes were not detected in the media and cells of all days except in the 2 day culture medium, but in the low density portion, the HCV genomes were detected in the media and cells of all days. It was showed that HCV partcles of the high density portion were not infectious to Huh_(7) cells, but HCV particles of the low density portion were infectious to Huh_(7) cells. Therefore, it was concluded that the antibody bound HCV was not infectious to Huh_(7) cells, but the antibody free HCV was infectious to Huh_(7) cells.

        To study the buoyant density of HCV, the human patient sera was tested with both anti-HCV ELISA and RT-PCR for the detection of HCV. The patient sera, positive at two tests, were used for further experiments. After ultracentrifugation of 20-60% sucrose linear density gradient, the centrifugal medium containing HCV was fractionated by 280 ul from the bottom. The buoyant densities of all fractions were determined, and the HCV in all fractions were checked by the RT-PCR. There was the room to separate the fractions to two major parts containing HCV. One was the high density part (1.161 g/ml - 1.192 g/ml), and the other was the low density part (1.085 g/ml - 1.117 g/ml).

        Korean automatic spacing using pretrained transformer encoder and analysis

        Automatic spacing in Korean is used to correct spacing units in a given input sentence. The demand for automatic spacing has been increasing owing to frequent incorrect spacing in recent media, such as the Internet and mobile networks. Therefore, herein, we propose a transformer encoder that reads a sentence bidirectionally and can be pretrained using an out‐of‐task corpus. Notably, our model exhibited the highest character accuracy (98.42%) among the existing automatic spacing models for Korean. We experimentally validated the effectiveness of bidirectional encoding and pretraining for automatic spacing in Korean. Moreover, we conclude that pretraining is more important than fine‐tuning and data size.

The buoyant densities of all fractions were determined, and the HCV in all fractions were checked by the RT-PCR. There was the room to separate the fractions to two major parts containing HCV. One was the high density part (1.131 g/ml - 1.240 g/ml), and the other was the low density part (1.103 g/ml - 1.122 g/ml). There was not the high density part in the serum treated with PAS for removing of antibody bound HCV. Therefore, it was concluded that the HCV in high density portion were the antibody bound forms, and the HCV in the low density portion were the free forms.
