대리점법은 입법과정에서 각계의 의견을 듣는 공청회나 학계의 충분한 검토와 논의가 제대로 이루어지지 못했다는 지적이 있었다. 즉, 공정거래 위원회에 의한 법집행의 경험 축적 내지 고시 형태의 규제라는 준비단계를 충분히 거치지 못하였으며, 핵심적인 내용의 하나인 금지행위의 유형에 있어 공정거래법 시행령을 벗어나지 못하는 과도기적인 형태로 입법화되었다. 이후 2017년 12월 대리점법 개정을 통해 신고포상금제와 서면 실태조사를 도입하였으며, 계약서에 관한 사전규제나 징벌적 손해배상 제도 등 기본법인 공정거래법 차원에서는 도입하기 어려운 강력한 규제 및 제재수단을 확보하여 대리점법의 특수성을 반영한 독자적인 법률로서 자리매김하고자 하는 노력들이 지속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러므로 대리점법의 독자적 제정의의는 확보된 것이나, 앞으로 법집행의 경험을 축적하면서 대리점거래의 실제적 특성을 반영한 금지행위 유형을 개발하고 계약서에 대한 사전적 규제가 실효성을 갖도록 개선해나가야 할 것이다. 앞으로 대리점법이 거래공정화에 기여하는 발전적인 유통법제로 거듭나기 위해서는 다음과 같은 노력이 필요하다. 먼저, 대리점 법의 법제적 정합성을 정비하는 측면에서 재판매와 위탁판매를 구별하고, 대리점거래의 대상에서 서비스는 제외할 필요가 있다. 또한 계약서가 보다 구체적으로 작성되도록 보완하여 판매목표와 계약조건의 변경에 대한 내용이 계약서에 명시되도록 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 대리점법에 계약해지에 관한 조항을 신설할 필요가 있다. 사업관계를 종료하는 단계에 대한 합리적 규정을 통하여 공급업자와 대리점 모두 예측가능성을 높이고 사업적 위험을 완화시킬 수 있다. 대리점거래와 여러 모로 유사한 가맹사업의 해지규정을 기본으로 삼되, 대리점법의 시행 초기에 표준약관제도, 시정권고 및 협의회를 통한 분쟁조정 등을 활용하는 유연한 법적용을 통해 대리점거래에 관한 법집행의 경험을 축적하면서 다양한 경우를 포섭할 수 있는 방향으로 관련 규제의 내용을 개선해 나아가야 할 것이다. 근본적으로 대리점거래는 공급업자가 시장지배력을 보유하여 협상력의 비대칭 정도가 크기에 공급업자의 거래상 지위남용행위가 자주 발생할 수 있다. 이런 상황에서 공급업자의 거래상 지위남용행위의 결과로 발생하는 손해배상 문제를 간과할 수 없으며 본사와 대리점간 힘의 균형을 맞춰줄 필요가 있다. 대리점의 협상력 증대를 위하여 대리점주들의 단체 구성권과 교섭권을 인정하고, 단체가입을 방해하는 행위에 대하여 금지하는 규정을 두는 것도 필요할 것이다. The Supplier-Dealer Fair Trade Practices Act(SDFTPA) was enacted without appropriate public hearings and academic discussion on the legislative process. The Fair Trade Commission(FTC) failed to prepare for the accumulation of experience and regulation of the law enforcement. In December 2017, SDFTPA was revised to introduce a reward system and written surveys. In addition, strong regulatory measures, which are difficult to be introduced in the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, have been made to establish SDFTPA as an independent law reflecting its own specificity. It is necessary to develop the types of prohibited acts reflecting the actual characteristics of dealers" transactions and to improve the pre-regulation of contracts to be effective, while accumulating the experience of law enforcement. The following efforts will be needed to regenerate the SDFTPA as a developmental distribution law that contributes to the fairness of transactions. First, it is necessary to distinguish resale from consignment sales and to exclude services from dealers" transactions. It is also necessary to supplement the contract so that changes of sales goal and contract conditions are obviously specified in it. Furthermore, it is necessary to establish a provision regarding termination of contract. Rational provisions on the phase of closing a business relationship can both increase predictability and mitigate business risks for both suppliers and dealers. Fundamentally, suppliers" trading status abuse can occur often since suppliers have market dominance and the degree of asymmetry of the bargaining power is large. In this situation, it is necessary to balance the power between supplier and dealers. In order to increase the bargaining power of dealers, it will be necessary to recognize the right of collective bargaining and to prohibit the act that interferes with joining the group.

Initial EMF stabilization behavior of the electrochemical CO2 sensor based on the galvanic cell, Pt, O2, CO2, Na2CO3//Na β-Alumina//Na2Ti6O(13)-TiO2, O2, Pt is investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) combined with EMF measurement. From the measured impedance spectra variation with time, it is deduced that the continuous increase in EMF at early operation stage is deeply related to the sluggish stabilization process of reference electrode material, Na2Ti6O(13)-TiO2, adopted in CO2 sensor rather than carbonate sensing electrode which is quickly stabilized. Fast stabilization of reference material of two phase mixture is the key in order to make the electrochemical CO2 sensor applicable for wide range of fileds and replacable with NDIR analyzer.

저자들은 투석에 반응하지 않는 요독성 심낭삼출에 대해서 진단 및 치료 목적으로 직경 2~3 mm 미세흉강경을 이용해 심낭흉막개창술을 시술한 후 42개월 추적관찰 동안 심낭삼출의 재발 및 시술에 따른 합병증 없이 없었고, 외관상 흉터가 거의 남지 않는 장점을 경험하여 보고하는 바이다.
