본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 여가활동제약이 여가만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2008년 K도 교육청 산하 C시 인문계 고등학교 재학생을 모집단으로 선정하여 무선표집법으로 300명을 표집하였다. 최종 자료분석에 사용된 사례수는 259명이었고 측정도구는 설문지를 이용하였다. 특히 설문지의 신뢰도 분석결과 Cronbach'a 값이 여가제약은 .952 여가만족도는 .941로 나타났다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가제약은 심리적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 내재적 제약은 심리적 만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 반면 대인적 제약은 부적영향을 미친다 둘째, 여가제약은 휴식적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 내재적 제약은 휴식적 만족에 정적 영향을 미친다. This study was to analyze the influence of the leisure constraints on leisure satisfaction. For research participants, 4 high-school students(2 males and 2 females) were participated by applying purposeful sampling. The students of the junior-senior high schools under the influence of the board of education of Chun-Cheon city as of 2008 have been chosen as the population. According to the methods of this study, the write visited the schools personally, explained the answers, and got them to answer each item for themselves by the self-administration method, Out of the total 300 questionnaires, 259 questionnaires have been collected, and the 259 questionnaires except the two whose answers are insincere or whose filling up is omitted have been chosen as the final examples. The collective data analyzed by Windows SPSS 12.0 version, which gives none, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusions drawn through these methods and procedures of the study are as follows; First, the leisure constraints influences on psychological satisfaction. Second, the he leisure constraints influences on relaxational satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to improve efficiency of exercise programs for the seniors in C city, G province. Public health department provides the exercise program worked with physical trainer. Information is collected from the seniors to evaluate the satisfactory level of different aspects, such as physical, empirical, social, environmental, and life-related aspects. Data will be used to design exercise program to reach fitness objectives. The subjects of this survey are the seniors aged over 65 who take part in sports program twice a week. The survey is conducted for 128 participants who are engaged in Thera-band, Gym ball, free gymnastics and stretching. Data processing includes frequency analysis, One-way ANOVA, reliability, and correlation analysis by the means of Window SPSS 12.0. Scheffe is used for post evaluation and the result shows the significance level of p<.05. The result is as follows; (most to least satisfied field) environmental> physical>social>new experience> level of life satisfaction. In terms of variables of participants, the seniors aged over 80 are less satisfied with the social aspect, which means they should be offered more opportunity to have social interaction. High satisfactory level of short-term program means that it is necessary to develop various and different-level activities to sustain positive experience for long-term participants. In an aging society, it is required to develop programs that can enhance physical condition of the seniors. Active participation for the seniors will improve their life quality.
스포츠센터의 실내공기에 대한 실태와 자각증상에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study was to get ready for the method that can help people keep or improve public health after the actual states(study A) and physical self-symptoms(study B) were related to air quality of sports centers. The analysis of data revealed the following findings. In the study A, level of PM-10 were normals but concentration of CO₂ were exceeded the standard amount(1,000ppm). In the study B, 50.3% of members had a symptoms that showed a headache, nausea, cough. Particularly there were significant differences in the exercise time. As a result of this study, some problems were found in indoor environment air quality of sports centers. And the survey showed that the members didn`t care much about the importance and seriousness of the indoor environment of sports centers. For the pursuit of better sports activity, maintenance of clean and comfortable environment of sports center was thought to be more important than anything else.
예비 생활체육 지도자의 실무능력 강화를 위한 교수·학습 과정안 개발 및 적용효과 분석

As the interest and participation in ‘sports for all’ increase, the importance of strengthening instructors’ competence in the area is also emphasized. The goal of this study is to develop an effective syllabus for large-sized, instructor-oriented classes in order to equip future leaders of students with practical abilities. To achieve this goal, this study developed a teaching method for instructors for sports for all, based on the ADDIE model for students of H Community College. In order to solve the problems found at the analysis stage, such as environmental issues and student needs, this study tried to improve the students’ practicum abilities and leadership competence. Another goal was to enhance self-efficacy in students so that they would have more confidence in playing the role of leaders. The syllabus development centers around TAI (Team Assisted Individualization), making the class more effective by strengthening instructors’ feedback and providing supplementary/in-depth materials online. The students were encouraged to create portfolios about the progress and results of the class so that they could reflect upon and evaluate themselves with respect to the class. The teaching method developed in this study was applied to a real class to analyze its effectiveness. This study found that the students showed an improvement in self-efficacy and leadership after the developed syllabus was applied in their classes. The students’ written evaluations of the class were positive, too. It is suggested that the newly developed syllabus could be used effectively in developing teaching models and improving the teaching methods of related classes. 생활체육에 대한 관심과 참여가 높아짐에 따라 지도자의 역량 개발에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교수자 중심의 대규모 강의로 이루어지고 있는 수업을 효과적으로 운영 할 수 있는 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하여 예비 지도자인 학생들의 실무능력을 갖출 수 있도록 하는것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를위해 H전문대학 학생들을 대상으로 ADDIE개발 모형에 따라 생활체육 관련 교수·학습과정안을 개발하였다. 학습환경 및 학생요구 등 분석단계에서 도출된 문제점을 해결하기 위해 학생들의 전공 실기능력과 리더십 역량을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 자기 효능감을 높여 학생들이 좀 더 자신감을 가지고 지도자로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 교수·학습과정 안에서는 팀 보조 개별학습으로 학습자간 협력을 통한 문제해결을 가능하게 하고, 리더십을 발휘할 수있는 기회를 제공하며, 정확한 동작을 숙지함으로써 자기 효능감과 학습 동기유발 및 지속이 가능하도록 교수자의 피드백을 제공하고, 온라인 환경을 구축하여 수업시간 외 지속적인 보충·심화학습이이루어질 수 있도록 가상의 교실 공간을 제공하였다. 또한 포트폴리오를 개발하여 학습자의 성찰적사고와 자기평가를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 교수·학습 과정안은 실제수업에 적용하여 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교수·학습과 정안 적용수업에서 학생들의 자기 효능감과 리더십 역량 이유의 하게 향상된것을 확인할 수있었다. 또한, 학생들의 수업에 대한 서술형 평가에서도 긍정적인 반응을 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 관련 교과목의 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하고 수업 방법을 개선하는데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을것으로 기대된다.
