        타이타늄 치근형 매식체에 대한 골유착 과정에 관한 조직학적 연구

        The severe atrophic edentulism with poor neuromuscular control militates against successful conventional denture therapy. To such situation, a prescribing of dental implant treatment has been considered with some probability. Implant materials used as a trial for dental implants includes metals, plastic polymers and ceramics. The purpose of this study was to observe histologic response in osseointegration process at titanium implant-tissue interface based on biocompatibility at specific period of sequential natures which were divided into a half month, one, month, two months, three months and immediate as a base line. In this study, unilateral lower left premolar and molar teeth were extraced in three dogs. After allowing to heal for 6 months, three kinds of osseointegrated implant, $Br{\aa}nemark$, Corevent and kimplant(a prototype of SNU implant study)were inserted in each dog respectively according to the above sequence from front to back. The specimens were taken from those dogs at the same time since implant were inserted quite reverse order of the specified periods, and decalcified and processed for histologic examination for the light microscopy and the electron microscopy. The microscopic histologic findings at the interface between titanium implants and tissue were interpretated as follows : A. Light microscopic findings : a. Immediate : Implant were surrounded by compact bone and spongy bone. Microcrak was observed in the superficial bone tissue. Osteocytes were disappeared and bone lacunae were observed as a vacant space in some parts. In the contacting with the spongy bone, bone trabeculae and bone marrow were in contact with the implant. b. A half Month : Osteoblasts exist as a monolayer in th inner bone trabeculae and do bone additiocn. Osteoblasts&inflammatory cells were observed in some parts. c. One Month : The presence of osteoclasts decreased. Osteoblasts did active bone fromation, and bone marrow was in contact with the implant in the many places. d. Two Months : Bone formation was advanced in comparison with the b and c. The presence of osteoclsts was not observed. e. Three Months : The superficial bone tissue contacted with the implants was entirely composed by the compact bone. B. Electron microscopic findings : a. A half month and one month group : In the parts of the active bone formation, osteoblasts with the well developed endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus were arranged in the monolayer. In the parts of the bone resorption, ruffled border was well developed and many osteoclasts with the well-developed golgi apparatus, mitochondria, vacuole, vesicle and lysosome were existed. b. Three months group : No osteoblasts were observed in the superficial bone tissue. Bone matrix with collaen fiber was observed. c. No significant dirrerence in the histologic findings was observed in $Br{\aa}nemark$, Core-vent and kimplant.

        브랜드개성 일치성에 따른 광고모델의 선호도가 브랜드태도에 미치는 영향

        추상표현주의와 앵포르멜은 동일한 사조로 언급되기본 연구의 목적은 브랜드와 광고모델의 개성일치성과 광고모델의 사전 선호도가 브랜드태도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해, BMC(BrandPersonality-Model-Congruity) 공식을 활용하여 브랜드-모델 이미지 일치성을 확인하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드-모델 개성일치성은 제품의 유형(고관여감성 및 저관여이성)과 관계없이 브랜드에 대한 우호적인 태도를 형성케 한다. 둘째, 브랜드-모델의 개성일치 상황에서 광고모델에 대한 사전 선호도는 브랜드태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 이와 같은 결과는 광고의 정보원천으로 광고모델의 선정시 브랜드와의 개성 일치성을 고려하지 않고 광고모델의 인기와 선호도에 의존할 경우 브랜드에 대한 긍정적 이미지 형성에 바람직하지 않을 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of the study was to identify influences of preference of athlete model by personality harmony with brand on brand attitude. Congruity between brand and model was calculated by BMC formula. The results of the analysis could be summarized as the following, First, Compare to non personality-congruity group, personality-congruity group presented affirmative on brand attitudes through Nike material as high involvement- emotion, which Son Heung-min appeared as model and Morning Grory material as low involve- ment-ration, which Lee Seong-yeup appeared as model. In addition, both of the two group present effective on brand attitudes induction at high involvement advertise- ment. Secondly, Personality-congruity group``s pre-preferences of model Son Heung-min and Lee Seong-yeup affected on post Nike``s and Morning Grory brand attitudes. The analysis presented that in order to promote purchase, establish brand personality and equity, congruity between brand and model must be achieved. Congruity between model and brand personality should be high and customer preference to model should be considered seriously.

        완전 대조 교배에 의한 개암나무의 수분수 (授粉樹) 선발

        A complete diallel cross using ten varieties of Corylus avellana was made to select the best general combiners and the best specific combiners for each characteristic of each variety. The variety $quot;Barcelona$quot; showed the best general combining ability in kernel yield per hectare and the combinations, between Kara and Badem, between Badem and Barcelona, between Sivri and Barcelona, between Sirri and Barcelona, between Palaz and Barcelona, between Tombul and Kara, between Barcelona and Sivri, between Fiukuken2 and Hukuken3, and between Hukuken3 and Hukuken2, showed the best specific combining abilities in kernel yield. The other characteristics such as fruiting rate, pericarp thickness, weight/nut, kernel weight/nut, kernel ratio, and kernel yield per tree or hectare were also compared between the combinations.

        태블릿 중심 교과서의 흥미요소와 학습동기에 관한 연구

        디지털교과서는 스마트러닝의 필수적 요소이며, 가장 중요한 도구로 학습 역량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 디지털 교과서는 온라인 강의와 맞물려 지속적인 확장 추세에 놓이고 있으며, 향후 대부분의 학교나 기업 등에서의 강의, 강연, 수업 등에서도 필수적 요소로 자리매김할 가능성이 크다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 주요 목적은 보급이 확대되고 점차 사용이 현실화되는 디지털 교과서에서 디자인의 역할에 주목하여 흥미요소와 학습동기의 연관성을 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 연구 결과에 따르면 디지털 교과서에서 학생들에게 크게 영향을 미치는 요소는 사진, 애니메이션, 동영상 등의 가상체험이 가능한 요소와 단정하게 배치된 디자인이었다. 또한 학생들은 디지털교과서가 가진 퀴즈나 게임 등의 요소에는 민감하게 반응하지 않았다. 가장 큰 흥미 요소라고 생각했던 부분들이 학업에는 오히려 방해가 된다고 생각하거나 그 스스로가 공부가 아니라고 판단하는 부분들이 엿보였다. 마지막으로 학습 동기를 가져올 수 있는 부분은 흥미유발에 도움이 되는 부분과 효율적 학습이 가능한 부분이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. Digital textbooks are an essential element of smart learning, and as the most important tool, they play a role that has the greatest impact on learning ability. Digital textbooks are continuously expanding along with online lectures, and there is a high possibility that they will become essential elements in lectures, lectures, and classes at most schools and companies in the future. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between interest factors and learning motivation by paying attention to the role of design in digital textbooks that are becoming more widely distributed and used gradually. According to the research results, the factors that greatly influenced students in digital textbooks were the elements that allow virtual experiences such as photos, animations, and videos and the neatly arranged design. In addition, students did not react sensitively to elements such as quizzes and games of digital textbooks. There were parts that I thought were the most interesting factors, but I thought that it was a hindrance to my studies, or that I judged myself not to study. Lastly, it was found that the part that can bring motivation to learning and the part that helps to induce interest and the part where efficient learning is possible are the most important.

        중요도-성과 분석을 이용한 지역 스포츠행사 참여만족도 평가

        The purpose of this research are two-fold: 1) to analyze the relationships among the event related attributes, the overall satisfaction toward the event and the overall attitude toward the event and 2) to evaluate the event by the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of the event. The total of 250 subjects were surveyed and the data from 225 subjects were analyzed through factor analysis, multiple-regression, t-test and I-P analysis. The results could be summarized as the following. First, all three satisfaction factors have significant influence on overall satisfaction toward the event. Secondly, overall satisfaction has positive influence on overall attitude toward the event. Thirdly, several strategic factors for successful event management were provided through the I-P analysis.
