        This paper aims to determine the recent policy enforcement trends of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) related to the architectural deliberation by analyzing MOLIT’s press releases. The “objects of deliberation” were the main subject that accounted for the largest portion (40.9%) of them. Specifically, press releases related to the objects of deliberation were mainly reported on the expansion, and the causes of the policy enforcement were not only follow-up actions for safety accidents but also introduction of new systems. Furthermore, 20.9% of the entire data was counted for cases of adding on to objects of deliberation due to “special cases and deregulation.” This trend of expansion on objects of deliberation continues to occur, thus it is necessary to enforce strategic policies to reasonably downsize the objects of deliberation so that they are not excessively burdensome to the architectural committee.

        공간 속 독립 오브제로서 배치된 칸의 벽난로에 대한 연구

        The fireplace has been inseparable from the wall. Therefore, the fireplace, which is independently revealed in the living room, is unusual and exceptional. According to the concept of “Served-Servant space” by Louis Kahn, “Servant space” is conceived as an inhabited thick wall and completely separated from “Served space.” The fireplace is an apparent servant element, but in Fisher house, it is considered as the single, remarkable and major element composing the house. Paradoxically, this scene of the living room is in conflict with Kahn’s ideas on “Servant space.” This study sheds new light on the independent fireplace in the conflicting relationship and suggests the similarities with the contemporary cases-Le Corbusier & Philip Johnson-in terms of the stand-alone “Servant element.” In the end, the independent fireplace of the Fisher house has transformed into an essential element of the house, as Kahn said that “I feel it[fireplace] represents the presence of a man and therefore is of home.”

        This study is based on visitor"s praise that Genel house is far superior to the Weiss house. Two of houses has manu of similarities because of contemporaneity, on the contrary, Genel house has a unique fireplace that is triangle shape and stands on beyond orthogonal position. The paper aims to reveal the significance of fireplace, like objet, in Genel House and further in Kahn"s architecture. Also, Weiss house"s outdoor fireplace is related to Genel"s indoor fireplace in terms of beyond orthogonality. In Weiss, fireplace is unificated to the structure of house, however, in Genel, fireplace is completely separated with the structure and become a main. In the same logical connection, the fireplace of Genel is similar to Fisher"s, in the end it reaches at the main spaces freely positioned in Dominican Motherhouse. Kahn"s compositional collage resembles Le Corbusier"s free plan.

        요즘에는 로봇이 수술을 하는 병원들이 늘어가고 있지만, 지금 나온 로봇으로는 암 말기인 환자들을 치료할 수 없다고 한다. 위 개복수술시 수술시간이 길어지고 수술 후 생기는 부작용을 보완한, 암 말기 진단을 받은 사람들도 암 초기인 사람들처럼 치료할 수 있는 로봇과 단순한 기능을 가지고 있는 모듈형 나노 로봇을 조합해서 원하는 나노 단위에서 모듈형 로봇을 만들려고 한다. 이 모듈형 나노로봇에 DNA를 덮으면 인체에 들어갔을 때 항체들이 항원으로 오인하여 반응하는 부작용을 최소화 할 수 있을 것이다. 내가 만들 모듈형 나노로봇은 박테리오봇과 비슷하지만 암세포 제거를 포함하여 신경세포 연결 및 재생, 고통을 줄여주고 염증을 제거하는 기능까지 더 추가하여 연구하고자 한다.

        정서가, 각성가 및 구체성 평정을 통한 한국어 정서단어 목록 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 정서가, 각성가 및 구체성 평정을 통해 한국어 정서단어 목록을 개발하고 이를 활용한 연구를 통해 이 목록의 실험 자극으로서 활용가능성을 확인해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구1에서는 단어 이해과정에 큰 영향을 미친다고 알려진 단어의 품사, 빈도 및 길이를 고려하여 450개의 단어를 선정하고 이 단어들에 대해 정서가, 각성가, 구체성에 대한 평정 설문을 실시하였다. 정서단어의 평정을 위해서는 전체 단어목록을 3개로 나누어 각각 155명, 151명, 151명의 참가자들에게 각 단어들의 정서가와 각성가를 평정하게 하였으며 또 다른 134명의 참가자들에게 정서단어의 구체성을 평정하게 하였다. 그 결과 총 450개 단어에 대한 정서가, 각성가 및 구체성 평정값이 포함된 정서단어 목록이 개발되었다. 연구2에서는 42명을 대상으로 연구1에서 개발한 정서단어 목록을 활용한 정서 스트룹 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 정서불일치 시행에 비해 정서일치 시행의 반응시간이 더 빠르게 나타났으며, 정서일치 시행에서의 정확률이 더 높게 나타났다. 이는 연구1에서 선정 및 구성된 정서단어 자극을 활용한 연구 예를 보여주는 것이며 본 목록이 정서 연구의 자극 재료로서 다양한 정서 관련 연구에 활용될 가능성이 있음을 보여준다. Current lists of the Korean emotion words either do not consider word frequency, or only include emotion expression words such as ‘joy’ while disregarding emotion inducing words like ‘heaven’. Also, none of the current lists contains the concreteness level of the emotional words. Therefore, the current study aimed to develop a new Korean affect word list that makes up such limitations of the current lists. To do so, in experiment 1, valence, arousal and concreteness ratings of the 450 Korean emotion expression nouns and emotion inducing nouns were surveyed with 399 participants. In addition, in experiment 2, an emotional stroop task was performed with the newly developed word list to test the usefulness of the list. The results showed clear patterns of the congruency effects between emotional words and emotion expressing faces. Increased response times and more errors were found when the emotion of the words and faces are non-matched, than when they were matched. The result suggested that the newly developed Korean affect word list can be effectively adapted to studies examining the influence of various aspects emotion.

        제주 용암해수로 제조한 쿠키의 품질특성

        Purpose: The present study explored cookie making performance using Jeju magma seawater to elucidate the effects of minerals in water on quality of baked goods. Methods: Seven water samples were analyzed for their mineral content, pH and water hardness. Starch pasting properties of flour in water samples was analyzed using RVA, and cookie making performance using water samples was evaluated with the AACCI wire-cut cookie baking method. Quality of cookies was measured by weight loss during baking, cookie geometry, color, and firmness. Results: Hardness of water samples ranged from 0-4200, and mineral content was in the order of magma seawater > 100% ED mineral water > 50% ED mineral water > 10% ED mineral water > tap water > Samdasoo > distilled water. RVA results showed that water hardness exhibited significant relationships with pasting temperature (p<0.05, R=0.863), peak viscosity (p<0.001, R=0.944), final viscosity (p<0.05, R=0.861), and setback (p<0.05, R=0.782). Cookie baking results showed that cookie diameter increased in the order of magma seawater < 100% ED mineral water < 50% ED mineral water < 10% ED mineral water $\approx$ tap water < Samdasoo < distilled water. Conclusion: As mineral content in water increased, flour pasting temperature and viscosity increased, whereas cookie diameter decreased with color fading. However, cookies formulated with 50% ED mineral water showed similar cookie geometry and texture to those with tap water. Therefore, controlling the mineral content of water can be successfully applied to produce mineral-enriched cookies.

        연구는 시각장애인들이 수강 신청하는 과정에서 보이스오버 기술을 활용하는 심층적인 분석을 통해, 기술적 접근성을 개선하였다. 시각장애인들이 수강 신청하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제점들을 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 가이드라인과 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 이를 통해, 시각장애인들의 교육 환경에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

        시판 국산밀가루의 품질특성과 건면 제조적성

        Purpose: This study assessed the quality of commercial Korean domestic wheat flours and their dry noodle-making performance. Methods: Six commercial Korean domestic wheat flours produced from different millers and a commercial all-purpose flour as a control were analyzed for moisture, ash and protein contents, solvent retention capacity (SRC), mixograph, and noodle making performance of dry noodles. Results: The moisture content of the commercial Korean domestic wheat flours varied according to the millers. The ash content of them was significantly higher than that of commercial all-purpose flour. The SRC results showed all Korean domestic flours had much lower lactic acid SRC values and gluten performance index (GPI) than the control. Mixograph data showed that one of the commercial Korean domestic flours (flour D) showed a very narrow bandwidth due to the higher damaged starch and arabinoxylan contribution based on high sodium carbonate and sucrose SRC values. Dry noodles made with commercial Korean domestic wheat flours produced significantly higher turbidity of cooked water and weight gain of cooked noodle than that with the control flour. In addition, the texture of cooked noodles made with commercial Korean domestic wheat flours was less viscoelastic, as illustrated by the less springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness, compared to the control. Conclusion: Overall, the dry noodle-making performance of commercial Korean domestic wheat flours was inferior to that of commercial all-purpose flour due to the higher ash content and lower GPI. Lowering milling extraction and application of enzymes for reducing water absorption capacity of flour might improve the dry noodle-making performance.
