        아시아의 부산항 경유 물류서비스물품에 대한 일본의 GSP제도 적용 확대방안

        Securing a strong point for major harbors under government leading is to become a distribution centered nation in Northeast Asia of 21st century and promote distribution service or create demand to achieve future vision. As preceding factors, it is necessary to secure transshipment freight of major harbors and remove or deregulate of GSP disequilibrium of Japanese transshipment. Japan is currently applying the patent tax rate which is lower than the general tax rate on the goods imported from developing countries, however they exclude the patent tax rate when the goods are considered as Korean goods due to the temporary transfer of freight in distribution centers or bonded warehouses and the transshipment after simple value-added physical distribution service. Accordingly, this document is presenting the maintenance ways to apply GSP system on Japanese freight after simple value-added physical distribution system in observance with Direct Consignment among GSP articles. In addition, this also considers the current system as well as the procedural policies to improve for the future system to solve not only the Korean legal issues but also following up problems in accordance with Japanese GSP system.

        물류기업의 거래형태에 관한 연구

        Long-term continuance transaction is transaction form that often exist in logistics business companies. For characteristic of long-term continuance transaction is that delivery charge is decided shortly and bouncily in logistics business companies. This shows effectiveness that long-term continuance transaction has with competitiveness preservation. Especially, trucker that competition is serious has effectiveness in big environment and it amounts to competition point to display enough effectiveness of long-term continuance transaction. Admited advantage of logistics long-term continuance transaction each other of a consignor and common carrier. In contrary, this transaction have made freight rates and unit cost low and limit investment of logistics by purchasing power’s difference. Long-term continuance transaction of this logistics is thought that have gone the other side. However, this transaction form will be continued at environment and new logistics business system of SCM and 3PL.ministering TRQ. The last chapter summarizes and concludes the paper.

        국제무역 활성화를 위한 서비스산업과 고용창출에 관한 실증연구

        This paper investigates how industrial diversity of each region’s changes over time affects regional job creation in Korea. For these purposes, we measure entropy maximization indexes using the 2006-2014 annual data of 16 subregions in Korea, and use panel model for empirical analysis. The main results from this empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, we found that the structure of service industry in most regions except some regions has been changed into the direction of diversity when the changes in the values of Entropy maximization indexes was analyzed during the period. Second, the relationship between regional unemployment rate and Entropy maximization indexes shows that the lower the diversity of the service industry, the higher the unemployment rate. In other words, this means that specialization policies that take into account the industrial characteristics of the region are not more advantageous for job creation in the region than the policies that promote diversity in the service industry. Therefore, Korea’s sub-region government should be used as a new power in regional job creation and growth by exploring and nurturing service industries that can strengthen inter-industry or intra-industry linkages and improve competitiveness through closer scrutiny of changes of base industry in regional rather than encouraging job creation through diversity of service industries in the region.

        외국인직접투자가 국내 지역성장에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        This paper is aimed at analyzing component affecting regional growth of FDI flowed in Kora. The quantitative inflow of FDI has expanded around the metropolitan regions. But these regions showed a difference in regional growth effects depending on location conditions as well as the industrial structure. The non-metropolitan regions where had a little quantity flowed in FDI at the liberalization of FDI has increased inflow of FDI at the advancement of FDI. The metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions exist quantitative differences of FDI, but inflow of FDI has distributed in the regions and industries in the metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions. This is a fact that there exist quantitative differences between the metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions. We found that this can not be the cause of imbalance among the regions. However, the Non-metropolitan Regions are a poor in quantitative growth, but some service industries are expected to be competitiveness enhancement due to improvement of industrial structure and locational condition.

        한국의 수출경쟁력과 물류통관에 관한 연구

        Logistics cost that has a huge impact on export competitiveness of firms is an expense that makes use of the cargo terminal, logistics complex, the delivery system etc links to logistics process in exports. Customs system that has an influence on export competitiveness of firms are an issue connected with time and cost that have broken out in the customs clearing procedure for exports. Purpose of this paper is to contribute to a competitiveness of export firms by analyzing factor of logistics cost in exports and customs clearing procedure for exports associated with export competitiveness of firms. This paper analyzes logistics environment such as logistics system and logistics base etc using import and export statistics that have published in korea. Moreover, we compare export freight cargoes and logistics cost in korea with that in other countries and grasp the competitiveness related to logistics in exports and customs clearing procedure for exports in korea. We present the policy suggestions that can be improved an export competitiveness of firms through this analysis.

        국제무역공급망 안전을 위한 수출입화물 관리방안

Also, set in standard of WCO's SAFE Framework and when exports, need statute revision of dictionary goods report. Moreover, unique identification numbers need international effort so that can attach about all import and export freights, and export freight need effective administration in side that raise ad well ad international supply chain freight whole safety. And I can see that need Regulation repletion for quick dictionary goods report information gathering at import.

        한반도 통합물류인프라 구축에 관한 연구

        Construction of the Korean Peninsula logistics integrated logistics infrastructure, to strengthen more and more global production network in Northeast Asia. So there is the border, it is possible to develop economically, to no better than one system. In addition, stable development of Northeast Asia, these will be an important role to stabilize the North Korean regime, and to hasten the unification. Expansion of infrastructure is a business very important in unification. Expansion of the infrastructure is able to reduce the costs uniform, promptly realize the unified benefits. First, you need to activate economic cooperation and North-South trade. You must connect the integrated transport path of the land, sea and air. It must be connected to the first So are disconnected, the distribution network of north-south. You must work in transport mode for each distribution network that spans North and South Korea. Must be constructed by mutual cooperation of the operating system. You need to bind to each other station, harbor, from the airport railway of North and South Korea, road, shipping and aviation network. In the land transport sector, there is a need to restore the severed section of the railway and the north-south road. Modernization of railway roads and facilities of North Korea is required. Thus, integration of north-south transportation system needs. In addition, the integrated logistics information system of the north and south, the integration of logistics management and operation system is required. Needs to be improved to match the international practice the logistics related laws and regulations of North Korea. There is a need to smooth the flow of logistics and to improve the strategic materials management system. Be constructed of the Korean Peninsula intermodal transport network, which is the construction of integrated logistics infrastructure of the Korean Peninsula.

        한국 지식서비스 스타트업기업의 중ㆍ일지역 해외진출 전략 및 정부 지원정책에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present of support policy direction for the classification foreign knowledge of knowledge services company’s overseas strategy. For this purpose, it was studied a variety of case aimed at overseas expansion was drawn to the success factors of social capital perspective. As results of this study, the Japanese market as a result of the relationship between social capital research relative to said structural social capital is important and the importance of the Chinese market. Also distinguish between the various government support policies needed for start-up in preparation for overseas expansion with localized knowledge, it was broken down by country and efficient support policies to be utilized.
