In this study, central heating system energy saving control proposal by outdoor air temperature compensation. Various environmental variables and control variables are changed according to the analysis procedure. Predict outdoor temperature reset control and set indoor temperature point by comparing the simulation shows the performance of energy savings.

이 논문은 전투차량의 주 장갑재료로 사용되는 금속장갑재료의 개발현황 및 방탄성능에 영향을 마치는 조직학적 요인들을 중심으로 방탄성 향상을 위한 요소기술을 살펴보고, 향후 급속장갑재의 발전전망에 대하여 서술하였다. 금속장갑재는 요구되는 방호특성에 따라 사용되는 합금계가 다르지만 강도와 인성을 최적화하여 위협 단에 대한 관통저항성 및 취성파단에 대한 저항성을 극대화하는 것이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 금속재료의 방탄조건에서 특징적으로 나타나는 단열전단현상을 이해하고 적절히 제어하는 기술이 요구된다. This paper describes the state of the art for the development of metallic armor materials which are mainly used as armor plates of the combat vehicles. Several important micro-structural features affecting ballistic properties of the metallic armor are discussed. Optimization of the strength and toughness balance of the metallic armor is necessary for the improvement of the ballistic performance resulting from maximizing the resistance to the penetration of the bullet and also to brittle failure of the plates. Understanding and control of the adiabatic shearing phenomenon developed remarkably during high strain rate deformation is needed to prevent brittle failure of the metallic armor materials.

Superplastic forming/diffusion bonding(SPF/DB) processes with inner contact were analyzed using a 3-D rigid visco-plastic finite element method. A constant-triangular element based on membrane approximation and an incremental theory of plasticity are employed for the formulation. The hierarchical search algorithm for the contact searching has been applied. The algorithms for contact force processing were designed to handle equally well contact between deformable bodies, as well as rigid bodies. The plate of three and four sheets for 3-D SPF/DB model are analyzed using the developed program. The validity for the analysis is verified by comparison between analysis, experiment and results in the literature.
