빅데이터 분석에 있어 감성사전은 감성분석의 정확도를 제고하는 데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 감성사전을 구축할 때 긍, 부정 판단에는 주관적인 측면이 들어갈 수밖에 없다. 그럼에도 그동안 감성사전은 일반인의 판단에 근거한 경우가 많아. 한국어 전문가의 판단이 필요했다. 이에 빅데이터 분석 영역 전문가와 한국어 분야 전문가의 체계적 판정을 통해서 비교적 객관적인 긍정 부정값을 도출해 내야 한다. 더욱이 기존에는 실질형태소에 치중되어 있어, 분석의 정확도에 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 실질형태소뿐 아니라, 형식형태소와 정도부사까지 망라한 최대의 한국어 감성사전을 경영 및 한국어 전문가 들에 의하여 구축한 방법을 제안하고 그 성과를 제시하는 것이다.
Cloning and Expression of Protein-arginine Methyltransferase Ⅰ

Purpose: PRMT I gene was cloned recently, but the biological function of these enzymes has not been clear yet. This study was designed to produce recombinant PRMT1 in Escherichia coli for the future production of monoclonal antibody. Methods: Partial human PRMT1 cDNA was amplified by PCR from human placental cDNA library. The hPRMT1 was cloned to T-vector, again to Trx fusion vector for expression. The transformed bacteria with Trx-hPRMT1 vector were induced. The induced fusion protein was purified with His-bind chromatography and was digested with recombinant enterokinase. Digested proteins were passed through His-bind column to remove TrxA protein. Results: The recombinant fusion protein, Trx-hPRMT1, was expressed in E.coli. And the pure recombinant hPRMT1 was purified from His-bind chromatography and the digestion with enterokinase. Conclusions: The purified recombinant hPRMT1 protein was adequate to use for the ^production of monoclonal antibody.
건물공조용 TMA 包接化合物의 충진량 변화에 따른 想變化 特性의 實驗的 硏究

TMA 25wt% clathrate compounds among the clathrate for various concentration, was found to have the most superior thermal property. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effectiveness of latent heat medium for thermal storage applications in the residentional air-conditioning in order to use the energy reasonably. Especially, the study is to analyze the specific heat, the latent heat, the subcooling and the phase change temperatures according to density composition in TMA clathrate compound and various temperatures of heat source. Thus, TMA 25wt% clathrate compounds are found to be the promising compounds from the viewpoint of thermal property.
