Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of cognitive impairment assessment due to subjective oral dry symptoms in older adults. Methods: After a three-month survey of patients visiting some dental hospitals in Busan from December 2019, the final 111 people were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. Results: Groups with high subjective mouth dryness showed higher levels of cognitive dysfunction than those with lower subjective mouth dryness(<.001), and subjective mouth dryness showed a static correlation with the evaluation of cognitive dysfunction(r=.338, p<.01). Conclusions: Therefore, this study is considered to be a meaningful study that approaches the elderly s health problems in the aged society from various angles, and it is intended to be used as a basic data for the development of elderly health prevention programs as well as the prevention of geriatric diseases.
웨어러블 센서와 커널 기법을 이용한 낙상 탐지에 관한 고찰

최근 들어 기계학습 분야의 여러 우수 방법론들은 관련 분야에서 우수한 성능을 보이며 계속적으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 커널 기법은 오랫동안 이러한 경쟁에 동참하며 우수한 성능을 산출함으로써 많은 주목을 끌어왔던 방법론 중 하나이다. 그 중에서도 확률론적 커널 기법인 가우시안 프로세스는 함수 근사, 패턴 분류, 비선형 특징 검출 등의 기계학습 문제에서 뛰어난 예측 및 오차 범위 결과를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보행 중 낙상이 발생하는 경우를 탐지하기 위하여 웨어러블 센서와 가우시안 프로세스 및 커널 탐색 등을 이용하는 방안을 고려하였다. 이러한 연구에 있어서, 가우시안 프로세스 모델링 단계에서는, 가우시안 프로세스 기반 동적 모델링과 자동 커널 탐색을 고려하였다. 가우시안 프로세스 기반 동적모델링에서는 인덱스의 역할을 상태 벡터가 수행하는 반면에, 자동 커널 탐색에서는 시간이 이러한 역할을 수행한다. 고려된 방법론의 응용 가능성을 관찰하기 위하여 실험을 실시하였고, 가능성 있는 결과를 관찰하였다. Recently, many advanced machine learning methods have demonstrated excellent performance in many related fields. The kernel methods have been one of such advanced methodologies that have attracted a great deal of attention because they have long been involved in this competition and producing superior performance. Among them, the Gaussian process, which is a probabilistic kernel method particularly effective for machine learning problems such as function approximation, pattern classification, and nonlinear feature extraction, is providing excellent prediction and error-bar results. In this paper, we consider the problem of detecting the occurrence of fall during walking based on wearable sensors, Gaussian process methodologies, and kernel search. Here in the Gaussian process modeling stage, Gaussian process-based dynamic modeling and automatic kernel search were utilized. In Gaussian process-based dynamic modeling, the latent state vector performs the role of the index, while in the automatic kernel search, time plays the index role. Experiments were conducted to observe the applicability of the proposed methodology, and promising outcomes were observed.
치과위생사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에 있어 소진의 매개효과

First, as a result of analyzing the differences of each category of job stresses according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in the group of unmarried people, in their 20s, a relatively short work experience at a hospital or a lower position each other. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference of burnout according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in middle grade dental hygienists or in their 20s each other. Third, as a result of analyzing variables which have an effect on turnover intention according to general characteristics, there was a significant correlation in part-time hygienists who work at other places (like public health center, not dental clinic), middle grade dental hygienists or in their 20s each other. Fourth, as a result of analyzing routes aimed at figuring out the effects that job stress have influences on burnout and turnover intention, it shows that work-related factors had a direct effect on burnout and an Indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout In addition, the personal relation-related factors had a direct effect on burnout and turnover intention and also had an Indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout. After all, burnout turned out to act as a mediator between job stress and turnover intention, and it shows that working environment-related factors and role-related factors didn`t have a direct or indirect effect on burnout and turnover intention.
한자의 의미소 연구 - 「 붕 (朋) 」 「 로 (盧) 」 「 소 (?) 」 를 중심으로 -

我們一般認爲絶大部分的漢字屬于形聲字, 而形聲字又是由聲符和意符組成. 那마我們理所應當從灌字的字形中能구判斷幷歸納出漢字的聲和義. 可是我們흔難從纖字的字形歸納幷擴繹出其字義, 這就濾味着戮儒決畿濾符的因素遣不努充分 那廢決定漢字字義的關蹇性部分到底是字形中的나一部分니? 此論文就此關濾了作者時觀點. 語言反映使用該語言的社會或集團的意識或潛意豫識. 漢字也如此. 타反映着中國人民的意織或潛意識. 這種我們所認爲的意識談漏意織或潛意識臟在漢字或是組成漢字的某一部分(偏旁或是部首)當中. 作者把還一部脅構徵「義素」,我們認爲 中國人的潛意織以義素的形態存在于漢字之中. 此論文試看證明「朋, 盧, 조」三個漢字的組成部分具有義索功能. 其結論詩「朋」具有(+兩, +平衡, +在一起, +崩壤, +貨幣)等義素; 「廬」具有(+黑色)等義索; 「조」具有(+초聲, +繁盛, +乾燥)等義素. 這些義素都能구生成由以上三個宇形來組識的漢字原始義. 今後, 我打算繼縷硏究遵種由原始繼派全出的字義規律. 我確信整理漢字派生義的工作將會廊爲語言派生義硏究的楷模. 因爲漢字中蘿藏着人類對諸曾締最脚始的意織形態.

Graphite reinforced conductive polymer composites for PEMFC bipolar plates were fabricated by the compression molding technique. Graphite powder was mixed with an phenol resin to impart electrical property in composites. In this study, conductive polymer composites with high filler loadings(>60wt.%) were manufactured to accomplish high electrical conductivity above 100S/cm. The level of compaction is important because graphite powder increase electrical conductivity of composites by direct physical contact between particles. The optimum molding pressure according to filler was proposed experimentally. Various tests(electrical conductivity, flexural strength, compressive strength, leach test, etc) were carried out to verify the performance of fabricated composites for PEMFC bipolar plates. Fabricated composites have good electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. The results of leach test and contact angle measurement showed similar characteristics compared with commercial bipolar plates.
