        초심상담자 발달에 영향을 미치는 수련기관의 환경 적 요인에 대한 연구: 대학상담 기관을 중심으로

        본 연구는 초심상담자 발달에 영향을 미치는 수련기관의 환경적 요인에 대해 탐색하여 효과적인 상담자 교육환경을 확인하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권 소재의 대학상담 기관에서 1년의 수련을 마친 상담 경력 3년 이하의 초심상담자 10명을 대상으로 수련 기간 중 상담자로서의 발달에 영향을 미친 기관의 환경적 요인에 대한 면접을 실시하였다. 합의적 질적 분석 방법(CQR)으로 자료 분석 결과, 동료, 상급자, 기관, 커리큘럼, 근무조건의 5개의 영역 그리고 19개의 하위 범주가 나타났다. 초심상담자들은 그들의 상담자로서 발달에 있어 기관 내에서 다양한 구성원들과의 상호작용뿐만 아니라 전체적인 기관의 분위기에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수련과정 중 기관의 운영 시스템 및 분위기, 커리큘럼, 그리고 물리적인 근무조건에도 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 기존 연구들과 달리 수련기관 내 다각적 상호작용 및 환경적 요인이 수련과정 중 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다는 것에 의미가 있으며, 추후 효과적이고 안정적인 국내 상담자 교육 시스템 구축에 발판을 제공 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the environmental factors of training institutions that affect the development of novice counselors. For this purpose, 10 counselors with less than 3 years of counseling experience after having completed a year of internship at a university counseling center were interviewed. The results from a consensus qualitative research method showed 5 major domains and 19 subcategories. The results indicate that the development of novice counselors was affected not only by relational environments, such as members’ interaction, but also by the general climate. Furthermore, they were influenced by the institutions’ operating system or climate, curriculum, and physical working conditions. These findings have implications for examining multilateral interactions and diverse environmental factors that affect the training process of counselors and provide a scaffold for an effective and stable counseling training system.

        한국어판 부부 만족도 측정도구 및 단축형의 타당도와 신뢰도

        Purpose: The study aimed to translate the Couple Satisfaction Index (CSI 32) into Korean, to evaluate the reliability and validity of CSI 32 and short-form (CSI 16, 4) in the Korean context, and to determine a cut-off score for Korean couples. Methods: Korean Versions of the Couple Satisfaction Index (K-CSI) 32 was translated, back-translated, and reviewed by five bilingual experts. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted with data from a sample of 218 couples (N = 436) to test construct validity. Validity and reliability were evaluated. The receiver’s operating characteristics curve analysis was used to obtain the cut-off score. Results: The construct validities of K-CSI 32, 16, and 4 were verified using one-factor structures. The results of CFA showed a slightly better fit for K-CSI 16 and 4 than for K-CSI 32. Convergent validity was supported by significant positive correlations of K-CSI with Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale, Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Family Relationship Assessment Scale. Moreover, the significant differences in K-CSI between normal and depressive group demonstrated known-group validity. Cut-off scores of 105.5 on K-CSI 32, 50.25 on K-CSI 16, and 13.25 on K-CSI 4 were validated to identify distressed couple relationships. Conclusion: For clinical practice, the reliable and valid K-CSI 32 has the potential to measure changes in couple satisfaction after couple therapy or interventions. Applying K-CSI 32 may facilitate research on couple and family relationships in nursing and contribute to the discussion on the role of couple satisfaction in mental health.

      • 가족공동체를 떠난 간호대학생들의 대학생활체험

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and explain the experiences of college life among junior nursing students who live apart from their families. Methods: 14 junior nursing students living apart from their families for at least one semester were recruited through snowballing and convenience sampling. Participants were interviewed individually using open ended questions. Data were collected from July to October in 2017 until data saturation. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed by using hermeneutic phenomenological method proposed by van Manen. Results: Five essential theme clusters emerged: (1) faced with diverse problems while living apart from family, (2) depend on family when stressed, (3) adapt to college life by being independent and forming self-initiative lifestyle, (4) confront with difficulties once again when adapting to academic curriculum restructured by practicum, (5) pave the way to nursing career and feel proud of overcoming the difficulties independently. Conclusion: Although most participants faced diverse problems in college life, they tried to adapt independently by forming self-initiative lifestyle and overturn the difficulties to positive experiences. In conclusion, the process of living apart from families transformed participants into proactive individuals. Adopting counseling programs could support starting their junior years successfully.
