With the domestic condition of construction environment, masonry is continually used, as in the form of various walls such as unreinforced masonry wall, masonry infilled wall, reinforced masonry wall, etc. However, there is no domestic code about the masonry infilled wall, so that it is easily ignored when designing structures. Through many studies, it has been proved that the structural performance is enhanced by using the infilled wall. The brick and block, which are used as the masonry unit, are made into the products in the form of rectangular types. However, if you utilize the hexagon type which has the most formal stability, you can save the material of units, so that it is not only economic but acquires the structural stability in its form. This study was to compare the performances of between the infilled walls which used the existing rectangular block and the hexagon block. In order to check out the contribution of the infilled wall, the analytical study of the frame without wall and the frames which used the rectangular block wall and the hexagon block wall as the infilled wall was carried out. In analysis, the failure behavior of infilled wall was presupposed as equivalent diagonal strut compression failure, and the hysteretic behavior was expressed using the Bouc-Wen model. The analysis result was that the infilled frame with rectangular block showed the enhancement of stiffness by 40% and of strength by 30% compared to the frame without wall; the infilled frame with hexagonal block showed the enhancement of stiffness by 80% and of strength by 37% compared to the frame without wall.
주파수 변조 연속파를 이용한 레벨 측정 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

본 논문은 주파수 변조 연속파 레이더를 사용하여 화물 선박의 탱크의 내용물의 깊이를 측정하는 레벨 센서의 개발에 관한 것이다. 사용 주파수는 10~11 ㎓를 이용하였으며, 테스트용 물체는 RCS가 0.8 ㎡인 도체판을 사용하였다. 실험은 연구실 내부와 운동장에서 하였으며, 스윕 주기가 100 ㎳, 안테나 이득이 약 22 ㏈i인 사각형 혼 안테나를 사용하여 약 8 ㏈m의 신호를 안테나에 인가하여, 40 m까지 물체를 움직이며 비트주파수를 측정하여 이론치와 비교하였다. 실험치와 이론치가 잘 일치하였으나 전압제어 발진기의 비선형으로 인해 분해능이 약 10 ㎝ 정도로 측정되었다. In this paper, it is presented a level sensor for measuring a level of the contents of cargo tank using frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW). The frequency range is 10~11 ㎓. the radar cross section(RCS) of test target is 0.8㎡ of metal plate. The experiment is performed in laboratory and ope ground, the sweep time of the signal is 100 ㎳, the pyramidal horn antenna of about 22 ㏈i gain is used, and input power of antenna is about 8 ㏈m. The beat frequency according to the target moving to 40 m is measured. There is a good agreement between measured and calculated results. But the resolution of the FMCW radar is measured about 10 ㎝ due to nonlinear of voltage controlled oscillator(VCO).
여성 장애인의 주체적 잘삶을 위한 평생교육 현황과 실천적 과제 고찰

인간은 가치 있는 삶의 주체로서 자신의 욕구와 필요에 진심으로 몰두하여 개인의 잘삶을 구성하는 가치 있는 활동을 모색하고 선택하며 즐거움을 얻을 수 있는 활동을 진행할 수 있어야 한다. 그 중 특히 중장년 여성 장애인에게는 직업훈련 교육을 통한 역량 강화, 경력 단절 문제 해결, 경제활동 촉진을 위한 평생교육이 반드시 동반되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 이중적 차별구조에 놓여있는 중장년 여성 장애인의 삶의 질을 향상해 경제활동을 촉진하고 경력 단절을 예방함으로써 주체적 잘삶 및 행복한 삶을 누릴 수 있도록 장애인 평생교육 활성화를 도모하고자 장애인종합복지관의 평생교육 및 여성 장애인 교육지원 사업 프로그램 현황을 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 보건복지부 여성장애인지원 사업안내 보고서와 존 화이트・섬너의 잘삶 이론 관련 학위 및 학술논문을 고찰하고 장애인종합복지관 현장 방문을 통해 평생교육팀 운영자와 여성 장애인 대상 심층 면접을 진행하여 장애인 평생교육 운영 현황 관련 내러티브 내용을 해석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 토대로 여성 장애인의 주체적 잘삶을 위한 평생교육 경험을 위해 실제 교육 운영 현장의 실천적 과제를 모색 및 제안하였다. Women with disabled have to highly involved in what they want and need to do activity that can give much happiness which is valuable component in one’s well-being. Repeatedly, Women with disabled need to raise the ability which is finding the own interest and concern. By this process, going life-long education with a life is inevitable. This research is mainly focusing on life-long education in welfare center for the disabled and current state of educational support program for the women with disabled to vitalize the life-long education, which can finally elevate the quality of life of the women who faced the double discrimination. Researching method is about reviewing the Report on the Ministry of Health and Welfares project to support women with disabilities and John White and Sumners academic papers and degrees related to the theory of well-being and visiting the site to interview the manager and disable women. Finally, based on the lasting result of this study, suggesting the practical tasks of the genuine education operation site for life-long education experience aiming for independent well-being of the disabled women.

Masonry structures are used throughout the world for the construction of residential buildings. However, from a structural viewpoint, the masonry material is characterized by a very low tensile strength; thus, masonry constructions often present diffuse fracture patterns. Moreover, masonry bearing and shear walls have been found to be vulnerable to earthquakes. In this study, to improve the seismic performance of masonry structures, hexagon blocks were developed and six hexagonal block walls were tested to failure under reversed cyclic lateral loading. This paper focuses on an experimental investigation of different types of hollow hexagonal block walls, i.e., walls with different hexagon blocks and with different reinforcing bar arrangements, subjected to slowly applied cyclic loads. The cracking and damage patterns and hysteretic feature are evaluated. Results showed that damage to blocks is reduced and brittle failure is avoided by the comparatively hexagonal blocks walls than the existing masonry walls.
