서울시 전기차 구매행태에 대한 시장분할 분석

본 연구에서는 이항로짓모형 기반의 시장분할을 고려한 전기차 선택모형을 추정하여 전기차 잠재 수요층의 전기차 구매행태를 분석하였다. 모형 구축을 위하여 서울시에 거주하는 차량운전자를 대상으로 전기차 구매가격, 공용 충전인프라 구축 수준, 1회 충전 주행가능거리 등의 가상 시나리오에 대하여 전기차 선택여부를 조사하였다. 차급별로 구분하면 경 소형 차급 보유자는 차량 구매가격이 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 중 대형 차급 보유자는 공용 충전인프라 구축 수준을 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 주택유형으로 분할한 경우 공동주택 거주자는 전기차 선택 시 공용 충전인프라 구축 수준을 가장 크게 고려하지만, 단독주택 거주자는 차량 구매가격에 가장 민감한 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 자동차 제작사의 전기차 보급 전략이 전략적 구매층을 어디로 설정하느냐에 따라 달라져야 함을 보여주며, 정부의 전기차 보급정책으로는 공용 충전인프라의 확대가 가장 우선적으로 추진되어야 할 필요가 있다. In this study, we analyzed the electric vehicle (EV) purchasing behavior with market segmentation in Seoul using the binary logit model. For the model estimation, the experimental design of SP survey generated 24 scenarios with purchase price, charging station availability, and driving range of EVs. The results of market segmentation analysis indicated that the owners of subcompact and compact size cars were primarily affected by the purchasing price while those of mid and full size cars were more sensitive to the charging station availability. By housing type, the charging station availability was the most important factor for the residents of apartment while the purchase price was the most important factor to choose the EVs. These results presented that the EV supply strategy of the automobile manufacturer should be diversified according to the marketing target and the expansion of the public charging infrastructure should be the top priority in the government policy.

지역간과 대도시 화물자동차 통행발생 특성 비교

본 연구는 지역적 범위에 따른 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 비교 분석함으로써 지역간 및 대도시 화물수요모형 추정의 차이점을 도출하고 지역적 범위에 적합한 화물수요모형 개발의 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 지역간 및 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 분석하기 위하여 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목을 고려한 서열로짓모형을 구축하였으며, 이를 통하여 다양한 특성이 화물자동차의 통행발생에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역간 화물자동차와 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성은 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목에서 모두 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지역간 화물자동차는 대도시와 달리 출발지 및 도착지 유형이 제조업이고, 출발지 및 도착지의 산업단지 생산액이 클수록 통행수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. this study is to deduct the difference between regional and urban commercial trips by analyzing the characteristics of the regional and urban truck movements. To achieve this, we investigated the relation between the number of truck trips and various truck generation attributes such as truck attributes, origin and destination attributes, and commodity type using ordered logit models, which are separately estimated for regional and urban truck movements using truck diary data of Korea Transport Database (KTDB). According to the estimation results, regional and urban truck movements have different characteristics in truck attributes, origin and destination attributes and commodity type. Especially, the number of regional trucks trips increased as origin and destination are manufactural area and as the total value of products of industrial area in origin and destination increase.

오존농도 시뮬레이션과 배출량 변화에 따른 민감도 분석

The variations of ozone concentration and the sensitivity test for VOC emission intensities was investigated by means of a PBM(Photochemical Box Model). Compared to monitoring data, the typical variations of $NO_2$, CO, $O_3$ for days were successfully reproduced. Model results revealed that maximum ozone concentration got increased with the increase of VOC emission, that is, VOC played the important role in producing the photochemical smog.

스마트팩토리 PLC 데이터 수집을 위한 Modbus 통신 설계 및 구현

스마트팩토리는 제조생산 전 과정이 디지털 자동화 솔루션으로 결합돼 생산성 및 품질, 그리고 고객만족도를 향상시키는 지능형 공장으로 스스로 제어할 수 있는 공장을 말한다. 독일, 유럽, 미국 등을 중심으로 전세계 제조 산업에서 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 우리 정부도 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해 중소중견기업을 위한 스마트팩토리 보급확산 정책을 펼치고 있으며 산업자원통상부, 중소벤처기업부, 중소기업기술정보진흥원, 각 지역 테크노파크 등 관계부처 및 기관들과 삼성, SK, LG 등 대기업들이 스마트팩토리 지원 사업에 적극적인 투자를 하며 제조 스마트화에 나서고 있다. 공장자동화(Factory Automation, FA) 구축에는 이기종 장비의 연결에 대해 많은 이슈들이 있다. 다양한 장비로부터의 다양한 통신 구성이 가장 힘든 측면이 그 이유이다. 같은 회사 제품들로만 구성되거나 표준안이 존재하면 모르겠지만, 오래된 장비와 최신의 장비, 사용 환경도 제각각인 장비들이 일련의 통신을 통해 통합 구축을 하려니 구축하기가 쉽지 않다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기위한 방법으로 전 세계적으로 널리 보급되어 있는 자동화 프로토콜의 하나이고, 대표적인 설비 제어시스템인 PLC의 수많은 공업 기기에서 통신표준으로 사용하고 있는 FieldBus중 하나인 Modbus를 이용하여 통신 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Smart Factory refers to a factory that can be controlled by itself with an intelligent factory that improves productivity, quality and customer satisfaction by combining the entire process of manufacturing and production with digital automation solutions. The manufacturing industry around the world is rapidly changing, with Germany, Europe, and the United States at the center. In order to cope with such changes, the Korean government is also implementing a policy to spread the supply of smart factories for small and medium-sized companies, and related ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Venture Business, the Korea Institute of Technology and Information Promotion, and local technoparks, as well as large companies such as Samsung, SK and LG are actively investing in smart manufacturing projects to support smart factories. Factory Automation (FA) construction has many issues regarding the connection of heterogeneous equipment. The most difficult aspect of configuring various communications from various equipment is the reason. Although it may not be known if there are standards or products made up of the same company, it is not easy to build equipment that is old, up-to-date, and different use environments through a series of communications. To solve this problem, we would like to propose a method of communication using Modbus, one of FieldBus, which is one of the many industrial devices of PLC, a representative facility control system, and is used as a communication standard.

한국형출혈열에서 Kallikrein - Kinin 활성에 관한 연구

N/A Although it has been suggested that the basic lesion of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Korea (Korean hemorrhagic fever) is the vasculopathy consisted of dilatation of generalized small vessels, increased permeability, permeation of plasma components and diaphedesis of blood cells, its pathophysiologic mechanism has been under debate. We purposed to investigate the role of kallikrein-kinin in the vasculopathy and its relation with the clinical findings of Korean hemorrhagic fever. We measured serially plasma prekallikrein, kallikrein and kallikrein inhibitor activities by amidolytic assay with synthetic substrate and compared with the variable clinical indices that has been regarded as the prognostic factors. The results obtained as follows; 1) The plasma prekallikrein activities were significantly reduced and kallikrein activities were significantly elevated in the group of the 5~7th day of illness compared to those of .15~21st and over 22nd day (p<0. 05, Scheffe's test). But those of kallikrein inhibitor were elevated in the earlier day of illness without significant change during the course. 2) The plasma prekallikrein activities were significantly reduced in the hypotensive phase compared to those of the febrile phase, and in the hypotensive and oliguric phases compared to those of the diuretic and convalescent phases (p<0.05, Scheffb's test). The plasma kallikrein activities were significantly elevated in the hypotensive phase compared to those of all the other phases, and in the oliguric phase compared to the diuretic and convalescent phases (p<0.05, Scheffe's test), But those of kallikrein inhibitor were elevated without significant change in each phase. 3) The plasma prekallikrein activities were significantly reduced in the groups with primary shock, severe azotemia, leukocytosis and thrombocytopenia. Those of kallikrein were significantly elevated in the group with primary shock, hemoconcentration, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia and higher scores of clinical severity. 4) In the 11 cases with kallikrein activation, clinical characteristics were shorter days from onset to admission, higher scores of clinical severity, hematocrit, leukocyte counts, and lower thrombocyte couots and initial creatinine. 5) The plasma Cl inhibitor were elevated without significant change in the day of illness or each phase. And there was a good correlation between plasma kallikrein inhibitor and C1 inhibitor (r=0.76, p<0.01). Thus we concluded that the activation of kallikrein-kinin in Korean hemorrhagic fever plays significant role in the pathophysiologic mechanism and is related with primary shock, hemoconcentration, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia and clinical severity.

친환경차 보급에 따른 온실가스 감축 효과 분석

정부에서는 2015년부터 전기차 구매보조금을 전국으로 확대하고, 중·소형 하이브리드 차량 구매시 추가 보조금을 지급하는 등 친환경차 보급 확대를 위한 노력을 강화하기로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 2015년부터 추진되는 친환경차 보조금 정책에 대한 효과를 검토하기 위하여 다항로짓 기반의 차종선택모형을 추정하고, 장래 친환경차 보급 시나리오에 대한 온실가스 감축 효과를 분석하였다. 차종선택모형 추정 결과, 대안일반변수와 대안특성변수의 경우 경형에서는 price, fuel, station 변수가, 소/중형에서는 price, fuel, distance, station 변수가, 대형에서는 price, distance, station 변수가 통계적 유의성을 확보하였다. 또한 2020년까지의 장래 친환경차 보급 시나리오는 총 3가지로 설정하였으며, 시나리오별 온실가스 감축 효과는 친환경차 차종별(HEV, PHEV, EV) 차급을 다변화한 시나리오 3의 효과가 가장 높은 것으로 검토되었다.
