Maintenance is carried out over a long period of time, and various documents are utilized in the maintenance work. In maintenance work which is progressed simultaneously in a short period of time, it is important to provide relevant information to the parties in a timely manner. As the types of work increase, manager needs more time and effort to select and utilize the documents. It is necessary to have an information system that supports the person in charge by grasping work procedures for each construction and providing the necessary documents and information for that step. This paper proposes an process based nexus model that can provide necessary documents to the parties to the work steps by linking the maintenance work process and BIM. Through the nexus model presented, manager can efficiently acquire the necessary documents and utilize them for the construction works currently being carried out.

The procedure of predicting the construction cost and selecting the best alternative is performed based on comparative review of each building case. In the case of office building, it is required continuously until design is complete, since the owner requirements are various and likely to change during the design process compared to a standardized apartment. However, since the comparison work for each alternative in practice uses only the unit construction cost, there is no correlation between the alternative and the final result, and it is difficult to quantitatively determine the effect of the determined design factor on the total construction cost. It is needed that a means to support the generation of design alternatives using similar building cases during the design phase. This paper proposes a BIM-based data replacing process to support creating and comparison of design alternatives of internal finishing for office building. When design alternatives are created through the proposed process, it is possible to compare several similar cases with current project under equivalent design circumstance. Because only some finishing properties are replaced while maintaining the shape information such as the length, height, and base constraint of the object to be replaced.

Co-embedded graphitic porous carbon nanofibers(Co-GPCNFs) are synthesized by using an electrospinning method. Their morphological, structural, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties are investigated. To obtain the optimum condition of Co-GPCNFs for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs), the amount of cobalt precursor in an electrospinning solutuion are controlled to be 0 wt%(conventional CNFs), 1 wt%(sample A), and 3 wt%(sample B). Among them, sample B exhibited a high degree of graphitization and porous structure compared to conventional CNFs and sample A, which result in the performance improvement of DSSCs. Therefore, sample B showed a high current density(JSC, $12.88mA/cm^2$) and excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE, 5.33 %) than those of conventional CNFs($12.00mA/cm^2$, 3.78 %). This result can be explained by combined effects of the increased contact area between the electrode and elecytolyte caused by improved porosity and the increased conductivity caused by the formation of a high degree of graphitization. Thus, the Co-GPCNFs may be used as a promising alternative of Pt-free counter electrode in DSSCs.

The aim of this study was to examine the affects of increased age on the pulmonary functions in elderly women. Methods : The subjects of this study were 68 healthy elderly women without lung and heart disease. Subjects were classified in the following age categories: 60s, 70s and 80s. The study’s methods and purpose were explained and these women agreed to participate. The items of pulmonary function were maximal-effort expiratory capacity(MEC), slow vital capacity(SVC), maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP) and maximum expiratory pressure(MEP). A spirometry (Pony FX, COSMED Inc, Italy) was used for measuring of the pulmonary functions in elderly women. The test was performed 3 times, and its mean value was used for analysis. Result : An ANOVA test was used to compare the change of pulmonary functions among categorized age in elderly women. Among the items in MEC, forced vital capacity(FVC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1) were significant difference according to increased age . In case of SVC, there was a significant difference in inspiratory capacity(IC), vital capacity(VC) and inspiratory reserve volume(IRV). Also, MIP and MEP were different significantly among categorized age. Especially, items which were FVC, FEV1, IC, VC, IRV and MIP were significant difference between 80s and 60s, between 80s and 70s. MIP was significant difference only between 80s and 60s. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that pulmonary functions decreased remarkably as age increasing. Especially, this study showed that the age of 80s in elderly women is the critical time which pulmonary functions were decreasing significantly.
